Able to suit yourself and come and go as you please.

Cosy and convenient for visiting many of the local villages all around. Quiet and private. Excellent parking. Well equipped. Personal as it's a family business and a working dairy farm. This was a return visit and we hope to come again soon.

We had the most lovely, relaxing experience staying at Hook Farm Cottages - highly recommend!

Hook Farm Cottages are set in an idyllic rural environment, with many native birds and a beautiful outlook. The cottage was very comfortable and spacious, and very clean, and the hosts were lovely and helpful. The location is perfect for driving to a range of attractions including Stonehenge, Bath, Salisbury, the Cotswolds etc. We loved being on the farm and the home-made apple juice! We will be back!

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay for our time in Swindon

We have stayed here many times before and really appreciate the comfortable cottages with everything we need for our stay. It's very peaceful and we enjoy the rural outlook and outside sitting/dining area, it's also very conveninent for Swindon and surounding area. Claire is a lovely host .

This accommodation is in a lovely area, owned by lovely people. The kitchen is very well equipped, the whole place is nicely decorated. The Owners Claire and Richard, his son Sam are super friendly, helpful and kind.

Peaceful and Relaxing

A lovely, well equipped property in a good location - perfect for visiting our family and the local area. The proprietors were very friendly, helpful and accommodating and the property was immaculately clean with special measures having been put in place to address Covid-19.

A perfect stay in a perfect cottage

Our cottage (Peacock Pen) was lovely. It was very clean, warm, comfortable and had everything we needed - we couldn’t have asked for more. We were warmly welcomed by Claire, Richard and James when we first arrived which got our stay off to a great start - our thanks to each of them. We would highly recommend the cottages to anyone considering booking.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Lovely siting. Helpful and friendly family owners. We were able to come and go as we wished. Convenient by car to local villages. Well resourced. We hope to come again next year.

Extremely happy with every aspect from initial contact through to our arrival and stay.

Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Ideally situated for Swindon and Wilstshire surrounds. Richard and Claire were very accommodating and the immediate surrounds were fabulous which included the deer coming through the paddock behind the cottage of an afternoon. Very quiet location but within minutes of motorway making access very easy. Highly recommend Hook Farm Cottages for any length of stay.

A true home from home experience

The converted barn was exceptional and had everything you need to feel at home and in a perfect location. Best of all, waking up to the cows. Claire and Richard should feel very proud of their achievements in offering such outstanding accommodation. Definitely would recommend Hook Farm and if we return to the Uk we will without a doubt stay hopefully in The Goose House barn.

We fell in love with the cottage. Between us both we couldn't think of 1 single thing about Hook farm that is a negative. We only left yesterday and were already making another booking for next month.

Comfortable home from home

We had a great stay in this cottage, we had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing holiday.The rooms were of a good size. At home we have a king size bed, but this bed was even bigger than the one we have. It usually takes me a day or so to sleep well in a different bed, but on this occasion I was out like a light every night and got a good 7 or 8 hours sleep.
