Remodeled in 2024. Absolutely Gorgeous. This 2nd floor unit, 207, Tower 3, overlooks the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Located in the Prestigious Edgewater Beach Resort and Golf Club in Panama City Beach, Florida, it is a perfect fit for your vacation stay. You'll enjoy relaxing on the beach or your private balcony while taking in gorgeous sunrises or sunsets.

Unit 207 features an incredible kitchen with stainless steel appliances., comfortable and stylish living area with great views. The Master bedroom has a new King size bed and mattress. Complex itself offers 10 swimming pools, 4 whirlpool spas, a full-service spa, a game room, Fitness Center with free weights, 2 ocean side restaurants and bars, gift shop and ice cream shop, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, live music and activities poolside (summer only), a Par 3–9-hole Golf Course and a tram service to get you anywhere you need to go. (some of these amenities are for an extra charge)

The place was perfect for my teen daughter and I. Very nice decor and clean. Has a few small things that needed attention while we were there and Deann was super attentive and helpful. It’s really small so more than two guests would be crowded for sure due to the small bathroom but we made it work for the two of us. Overall a great stay at a cute little condo in the perfect resort. I would definitely recommend this place for a little mom and daughter get away!!

Overall, a good place to stay. This particular unit was a little noisy since it is so close to the elevator & the door was very creaky. There were no trash bags or toilet paper when we arrived, but the cleaning staff brought some later that evening.

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and has the most up to date appliances. The bedroom was a little tight with the king size bed. Not a tot of room to walk around it and the bathroom countertop was small. The living area was plenty large enough. The view was great and the room was close to the elevators. The whole resort was beautiful. All in all it was a great place!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic. The unit was spotless and clearly recently renovated—something that truly sets it apart from many of the other outdated units at Edgewater. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully put together. From start to finish, this was a 5 out of 5 experience. My fiancé and I had an amazing time, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Don’t hesitate to book your next vacation here—you won’t be disappointed!

Nice Ocean front stay

Property was clean and exactly as described. Centrally located and close to many attractions only a short drive away. We found a number of good restaurants in the area. Beach and pool access were very easy.

Exactly what we expected. Clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view.

Perfect!!! Clean and that view was amazing!! Only suggestion is to hang a few hooks for towels and clothes.

Wedding Stay

We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. Deann has a great taste for decorating which appealed to my Wife and I. We had an issue with the refrigerator of which I communicated with Deann and she addressed immediately. Edgewater has the best pools in PCB and we would stay again.

Beach birthday

Overall, it was great! Loved the view of the ocean. Loved that we could walk to a lot of things. Last day there, the air conditioning quit working. Other than that, would love to stay again!

Beautiful

The condo was updated beautifully. Location was perfect. We chose to walk the stairs a lot of the time since the elevator took a while. Being on the second floor helped a lot. It also made bringing in groceries a lot easier. Direct access to the beach was glorious! The kids were able to use the large pool at tower 1 easily. The photos make it look far away however, it’s next door to tower 3. There was no charge to use the large pool. The condo is really designed for two. My husband and I had our 10 and 13 year old with us and it was extremely cramped. We had to line the wall with suitcases and bags. You are only provided 1 towel per person, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod and 1 trash bag. Make sure you bring your own supplies and extra bath towels. Beautiful place!!!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in unit 207. Great views, convenient access to elevator, overall nice condo. Condo could use a little TLC, sliding door does not lock, tub drains very slowly, curtains need replaced, kitchen faucet needs work, kitchen drawers need new shelf paper. With a few minor repairs this could be the best condo in the tower.

Convenient Location

Lovely views from balcony, directly above pool, short walking distance to all tower 3 amneties/exits...we enjoyed our stay however...the floors/carpet left our barefeet dirtier than expected and the shower curtain liner could have been replaced prior to our arrival and the face/hand cloths were tattered, again easily replaceable but was not

Owner was responsive regarding an issue within the unit requiring multiple people coming to fix. I didn't like that one of the maintenance guys just knocked and came in while I was inside.

A great get away for our family!

We had a great stay! Our host was great with communication! The condo was simple and what we needed. Everything about the condo itself was as described. There was an issue with parking when we arrived, but we were able to resolve things the next day. The resort information was a little unclear. When you look at the amenities it appears as though there are 11 pools, tennis courts and fitness center. While that is true, it doesn't state that you don't have access to all 11 pools. It is also not very clear that you have to pay extra to use the fitness center or the tennis courts. There is a general statement that states "some may require additional costs." When the fitness center and tennis courts are mentioned with the golf course, one would assume that the "additional costs" would be referring to playing golf. The tennis courts are 15.00 per person per hour and the fitness center is 10.00 per day or 50.00 for the week. A little disappointing in that regard, but not enough to ruin our vacation. We found a local park to play tennis and just got creative with our workouts. Overall we had a great time.

Where do I start

From the moment I opened the poorly sealed door which the lock barely worked the place was nothing like I had hoped. You walk into the bedroom and the TV on the wall was barely hanging on with wires hanging out with no connections. Somebody stole the remote and the cable box!!! The shade at the window didn't fit and I think there where blood spots on the bed under the sheets. The bathroom was no better, the toilet rocked back and forth ,the seat was the wrong size and it too was falling off. The shower curtain was all moldy at the bottom and rusty at the top. The living room wasn't to bad except for the sliding door had no lock on it at all and a couple of cockroaches running through the cabinets. Oh and good luck trying to figure out how to operate the TV. This place needs a total makeover!!!

Wonderful little condo

We had a fantastic stay. The property owner is lovely to work with. Access to the beach was easy and the grounds were awesome. The pool below our room was hardly ever crowded. We actually loved hanging out by the large pool. It was so much fun and they had some sort of live music every day. We did not eat in the restaurant on site but we ordered from the poolside window (full menu). Absolutely delicious. Wish we had known about it earlier because the pizza was fantastic. Seemed pricey at first but we hadn't quite adjusted to the FL prices yet. It was very much in line with everything else. We ate there another time and loved everything we ordered: chicken tenders, buffalo sliders and tacos. The room location was literally outside of the elevator and so convenient to walk the steps vs waiting. You couldn't hear noise outside either. Great location. They had an umbrella in the closet, some sand toys and a boogie board as well. Things we always are curious about is Keurig or coffee maker and if they have a blender. They have a coffee maker with extra filters in the cabinet and a blender (and a large drink pitcher). We didn't cook while we were there but they had all the necessary pans. We also didn't notice until the last day but there was a store over by the restaurant that you could purchase ice and I believe there was a Starbucks sign also. Great trip, our girls are outgrowing staying on a pull out sofa together now but we did have room for a blow up twin mattress. Both the pull out couch and the mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable.

Beachfront Condo

The second floor condo overlooking the beach was perfect for relaxing views, easy beach access, and just a calming getaway. The pool and hot tub were just beneath us whenever we felt like a swim. My only criticism would be that the fountain by the pool drowns out the sounds of the ocean waves.
