Beach front condo on 2nd floor of low-rise building. Quiet and no hassle waiting for elevator but has all the amenities offered at the Resort. One bedroom with king size bed, two full baths, queen sofa sleeper in living room. Full kitchen, newly remodeled w/ all full size stainless appliances, built-in microwave. All dishware, glasses, utensils furnished. Nice size balcony with table for outdoor dinners or the coffee in the morning. Watch the dolphins or the sunset/sunrise and enjoy the quiet. Two TV's and Free Wi Fi.

Enjoy swimming or sunning by pool between Leeward and Windward buildings or swim at the Lagoon pool just a few steps away. Beverages can be purchased both in or out by the Oceans Restaurant by the Lagoon pool. Kiddies splash area and Cabanas are available also near Lagoon pool. Full service restaurant, pizza place, gift shop, beauty shop all on-site for owners and their guests.

Had enough beach? There are tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness center, Par 3- 9 hole private golf course, All without leaving the property. And, a tram to take you to them is Free for the asking.

Panama City Beach offers new Pier Park open mall w/ restaurants, shopping, cinema. Hiking biking trails, mini-golf, water sports of all kinds, helicopter rides, boat rentals, fishing, an overall great vacation spot for everyone.

Some of our favorite eating spots: Sharkey's, Wicked Wheel, Saltwater Restaurant, Pineapple Willie's, Firefly, American Charlies and Oceans that is on-site.

The little ones and older ones alike will enjoy Wonder Works, mini-golf, Zoo World, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island water park, to name a few.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort offers these amenities: 110 acres along the World's Most Beautiful Beaches of White, Powder Sand. 9 hold Par 3 executive golf course, The Club pro shop, Beach chair rentals, on property dining at Ocean's Bar and Grill, Paradise Pizza and Edgie's Corner Market. Edgewater is our favorite resort ... and we prefer the Leeward and Windward buildings (the smaller structure is preferred over the taller towers).The only suggestion we have for improvement is for the host to include a bit more supplies: we had to go out to buy toilet paper, dishsoap and laundry soap

Great beach stay

Stayed at Edgewater plenty of years, didn't even know this part existed. Perfect place for us. Not crowded like the tower area. Most days it felt like we were the only ones in the water. Highly recommend

Beautiful beach, lovely accommodations

We enjoyed our stay very much. Both the owner and cleaner were very responsive and kind. The location was great. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.

The unit is just as described. Very nice and just a short walk to the beach. A little noise from hall near elevator during the night and with it being a high peek weekend and graduation, but after they left it was not a problem at all. I Would book again!

Excellent stay!

Had a wonderful vacation staying in this condo. Great location, right outside the elevators, but we couldn’t hear people coming off or a lot of noise. Going to the beach was so easy. Sharon was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. The only slight wrinkle would be the kitchen. I had to borrow supplies a few times from another condo that my family was renting while cooking dinner. The bedding in the bedroom could use some updating. Overall this is one of the best condos we have stayed in. We will definitely be staying there again!

Great beachfront location

I loved the location on the beach and on the strip. I also enjoyed being on the second floor because you could easily run up and down without waiting for the elevators, and you felt connected to the beach as opposed to looking down on the beach from a hi-rise. The exercise facility was very nice and reasonably priced. The king mattress was very comfortable along with the dining chairs and sofa. The unit is somewhat dated but I am not buying it, I am renting it for a vacation! We will definitely choose this unit again when vacationing on Panama City Beach.

Great stay!

Our stay was perfect. The condo was just as described! Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Unit size was perfect for 4 people. Right on the beach. Rarely had to take the elevator due to it only being on the second floor. Multiple pool areas to choose from, one being right next to the building. The only downfall was the noise in the hallway. Bedroom window is right next to the hall and elevators. Very noisy in the morning! If you are a light sleeper that might pose an issue. Stay was perfect minus that! Highly recommend!!

Fabulous Family Retreat!

We vacationed with our family of 4 (2 kids, ages 9 and 12) over Spring Break this year. We had never been to the Gulf Coast of Florida before or to this property. What a great trip! We had incredible weather, so we spent a lot of time on the beach with kids soaking up rays. The beach was quiet and family friendly. Apparently, we arrived after most other Spring Breaks were over and it was just the perfect environment for a family. The pools were pretty, especially the large one that is central to the resort, with many lounge chairs, greenery and waterfall elements to create a beautiful atmosphere. There is a restaurant with a bar right there by the pool, at which we ate lunch several days. I recommend the grouper--delicious! And plenty of choices for the kids, as well. There is a little beach shop adjacent to the pool called Edgies where you can get toiletries, etc., and also a coffee in the AM or ice cream cone as an after-dinner treat. Great tennis and golf, too! The condo itself is very clean, well-maintained with new appliances, attractive cabinetry, and plenty of space for a family of 4. Our kids slept on the pull-out sofa and my husband and I took the main bedroom. I loved the beach décor that set the vacation mood but was not overdone, especially the really cute sea-themed accents chairs in the living room. We cooked in one or two nights, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Three best things about the condo: 1) it's on the 2nd floor and is just steps from the beach (we could literally sit on the balcony and watch our kids play on the sand in front of us); 2) the balcony itself was so relaxing--we loved enjoying our morning coffee and watching the waves come in; and 3) it has TWO full baths, which meant I didn't have to share space with my kids towels, swimsuits and various other kid's items. Plus, the price is a fantastic value for all that Edgewater offered. As far as Panama City Beach itself, it also had so much to offer. Best beach sand my toes have walked on in the Continental US! Soft and white. We went to a local restaurant for dinner--Pineapple Willy's--our first night and it was a very fun atmosphere with good food. The ribs were yummy! Other suggestions: --Pier Park for shopping and lunch. Lots of beach shops (eg, Ron Jon's) and dining. --Nearby beaches like Rosemary Beach (Paradis Resturant) and Seaside (Shopping, sno-cones and art galleries) --The Donut Hole (best cream-filled donut EVER)

Accurate Listing

Accurate listing to what is noted on VRBO. Awesome location on the beach - less crowded than over by the high rise towers in Edgewater and easy to park. The decor/furniture is a bit outdated compared to the condos our other groups of friends rented, but it did the trick for the purpose of our visit! Sharon was great with communication and the check in process was super easy and efficient.

Spring Getaway

Perfect size for 2 people. Awesome view of the ocean and beach. Pools were nice but were not heated as water was pretty cold. Good centralized location within Panama City Beach. Restaurant on site had good food. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was wonderful. Had an issue with the condo not being clean upon arrival but we cleaned as much as we could and once Sharon knew we came back from the beach to a clean condo. We had a great time and hope to stay again.

We live in NW Arkansas but originally from Northern Wisconsin. We love the beach and particularly Panama City Beach. There is so much to do whether you like golf, fishing, shopping, or just relaxing around the pool or on the beach. Panama City Beach to us, has the best, cleanest beaches of any place we have ever traveled. We've owned condos in PCB for over 25 years and have made many memories with family and friends here.

I think this is the only beach front resort in Panama City Beach that offers much more than just pools and hot tubs. There is tennis, golf, restaurant on site, fitness center, Splash Pad, ropes course, etc.
