SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Villa Dated not a true condition from pictures on website

Very dated and not true reflection off condition from website pictures. Pool table had one cue, no chslk all otger cues we're brocken on arrival. White ball was too heavy so nade playing unplayable. This was one off the main reasons for booking as pool abd table tennis tables were in villa. Also main spa bath unuseable plus shower cubile taped off in main bedroom. Wasnt a great first impression to start off holiday. Villa was a great size and know the area well but did feel very dated and needing urgent upgrading.

What was Great: We had 3 generations of our family and we found the property set up to be excellent. Air conditioning on every room was fabulous. The Pool and outside space were excellent and was cleaned during our stay. The pool table and table tennis tables were great. The BBQ area was excellent ( but needed utensils).Taxis from and too the property to the old and new town were around 4-5 euros. Rancho park was great and easy taxi ride at €8. The wifi was good in the upper level of the villa. There was very good communications with the rental company and they were very accommodating. Things that could make the stay better: Wifi extender to give wifi downstairs as there is no wifi or network signal (we had a teenager downstairs who was not amused). A few more kitchen pots and utensils. The shower in the ensuite bathroom was out of order and we had a parent with mobilty issues in this room. There was a shower room on this level to compensate, but the additional private shower in the ensuite would have been better. Wish List: Dart Board in the pooltable room Ramp to the pool for wheelchair Taking all point above, this villa stay for our family was excellent and we had a great time there. I would go back.

Home Ok, clean but decor could do with updating

Home was very, clean. Good beds. But basic furnished. Bit old fashioned. Could do with updating. Small dishwasher for you stay with 10 persons. But all works. Towel change and pool cleaned during the week. Location high up in Tías. In between other homes. So bit of al walk to town and boulevard. Communication was good , incheck information etc good

The property was a good size for our party of 7, 5 adults and 2 children, property itself was very dated, and i don't think it got a great clean between us and the last group, pool was cleaned twice while we were there, i hadvto fix a few things while i was there, door handle and shower head, a lot of the issues were cosmetic but really left it down, a little TLC and it could be a great property. Its a bit out of town but we had a car so not an issue for us. Overall suited us because we had a large party but I wouldn't stay there again. I'm trying to be honest but fair here but compared to the villas other family members got it was a bit of a let down

The first impression is the Villa has great privacy but it needs a bit of TLC. The pool is a decent size and was well maintained. There were enough sun beds and you got the sun at all hours of the day. Tiles are very slippery when wet so care is advised.The house itself needs a deep clean. It was tidy but under the beds and seating was not cleaned recently.The kitchen was small but did what we wanted and we had everything we needed. Cutlery may not all match but that was not a concern in any way.It is about a 15 to 20 min walk downhill to the old town. Not an easy walk back for anyone with mobility issues.There are ants around the property which is expected but we did not experience any in the kitchen. As long as food was put away, we did not have any issues. There were plenty around the dining area outside so keep that sprayed.The pool table is not very good and was not used after about 20mins playing. We had a very enjoyable holiday here. It is a pity that the property is not updated as it could be a great spot with its private location. I would stay again if traveling in a group.

Host quick to answer questions, however villa is very dated with quite a few broken items.Paid extra for heated pool but not sure it was on, if it was wouldnt recommend as was still cold. However this wasn't too much of an issue. If you're wanting to cook meals while staying this proved to be a big issue, oven wasnt cleaned for a long time, only 1 oven tray and loads of missing utentils. There was a bit ant problem especially in the kitchen. We contacted the host to be told to buy ant spray and dont leave food out. All food items were stored in cupboards, fridge and freezer yet ants were crawling all over our shopping. We ended up buying loads of ant traps.Served the purpose of somewhere to sleep and of course did have a pool but the sofas are dirty, lots of broken items ext. We went with this property as we have an autistic child and loved the way the pool was gated off, this did serve it purpose but we wouldnt use this villa again.

A shame

Found villa ok with maps. Was hard to navigate at first but when went onto google images was easy enough.. We had a car so was easy enough to get around but used taxi services also. What I felt with this villa - i have stayed at many villas in puerto del Carmen there was no proper communication asking if we got in the property ok No water on arrival so had to go out and get water late at night after a busy day travelling. The villa had a major ant problem which was annoying trying to prepare meals. There could have been a brush for indoors so we can sweep up - there was an outdoor brush but obviously did not want to use that inside The WiFi didn't stretch to the bedrooms downstairs which was also a downfall There was 5 of us staying in this villa and had to stagger our showers as hot water ran out very quickly and I appreciate it is on a water tank but this villa is made for 10 people so that would be a huge problem for a party over 5. Most of the time 2 got a hot shower then the 3 left got cold. The villa wasn’t very clean when we got there either, we had to actually go out and buy cleaning stuff to clean it so we didn’t feel so dirty. There were cockroaches down stairs also. We kept the villa clean and tidy the entire time, but no matter the ants were everywhere. We didn't pay for heating the pool but it didn't need the heating and it's a big pool area. The villa has potential but needs a lot of work to update and get it to a good standard. It was cheap though.

Der Buchungsvorgang und die Ankunft liefen problemlos ab. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und verfügte über die entsprechenden Zimmer und Schlafplätze. Nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes wurden die Handtücher getauscht und der Pool gereinigt. Die Einrichtung war leider schon etwas veraltet. Eine Dusche war defekt. Die Küche war einfach ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank hatte keine Flaschenhalter in der Tür. Schön wären auch Sonnenschirme beim Poolbereich gewesen. Aber wir würden trotz der Einschränkungen wieder kommen, es hat uns gefallen.

Villa Candela is the perfect villa for a relaxed holiday. The inside of the villa is cozy and comfortable. Also, a nice outside seating area and a great bbq area. The pool is lovely and plenty big enough for all of us to have fun! Situated in the nicest neighborhood of Puerto del Carmen it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. There are lots of things to see and do nearby. Overall a perfect property and a perfect location, we loved it and we will come back for 2 weeks next year.

It was a very, very good holiday and we are very happy of choosing to travel with this agency. The villa was comfortable and perfect. Most of our time we spent around the pool or on some of the nearest beaches. Relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Honestly, we were so lucky to have such a wonderful outside area to prepare food!!! Just a quick note to say thanks for the excellent service from the agents.

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. It is well-maintained and furnished with absolutely everything you might need during your holiday. The villa is spacious for us and we really enjoy using the pool, especially in the morning. Nearby are a lot of restaurants, and we are glad that we visited those nice places with tasty specialties. We also tried some excellent Spanish wines. Much gratitude to everyone that helped us to book and look after us before and during our stay.

A perfect villa for a really relaxed holiday. Villa Candela was spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything you could need for a pleasant holiday. Great swimming pool. Also, great outside dining area and BBQ. Playa de los Pocillos is one of the beaches we visited while we were there and it is so amazing. We really enjoyed our stay in Lanzarote and we will definitely return.

Very enjoyable. The villa and pool were fabulous. Morning swims and evening walks around the block made our holiday really relaxing. Its in a great position and private. We visited Playa de Papagayo, Playa Blanca, and make a boat tour to Fuerteventura, which can not be missed while you are there. Nearby were some nice restaurants, where we tried the most delicious specialties. Definitely would return there for another holiday. Thank you so much.

Villa Candela and Puerto del Carmen were perfect. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. There were many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes drive from the villa. The nearest beaches, Playa Chica and Playa Blanca were absolutely beautiful and perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. We had the best holiday ever and we will come back for sure!!!

We had a superb holiday at Villa Candela. The villa was tastefully decorated. The inside was cozy and comfortable. The pool was lovely and plenty big enough for all of us to have fun! On very hot days it was very nice to sit under the veranda in the shade and enjoy a meal. Puerto Calero, Playa de Los Pocillos, and Playa Matagorda are some of the best places that we visited while we were there. The agents were so contactable and gave us all the information that we needed for our stay there. Highly recommend!

Nula comunicación con el administrador de la propiedad durante la estancia.

Propiedad limpia y espaciosa pero necesita de una actualización de mobiliario y decoración ya que se alquila denominándola como propiedad de lujo. El mantenimiento es deficiente: costaba abrir y cerrar las puertas, la barandilla de la terraza no estaba bien sujeta, a algunas sillas de la terraza le faltan tablillas, algunas hamacas están rotas siendo incluso peligroso su uso, en las fotos del anuncio aparece una mesa de Pin Pon que se encuentra rota en otra zona de la vivienda e incluso se nos cayó un azulejo de uno de los baños. Fue imposible contactar con el administrador vía telefónica y se solicitó a la agencia de referencia otro contacto por mail y a día de hoy (5 días tras el check-out) seguimos a la espera de respuesta.
