Blue Ocean Tias is situated on a quiet area in TĆ­as and 4 minutes driving to Puerto del Carmen old town. Built on a plot of 500 m2. The villa is equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The 180 m2 villa has a fabulous open plan living area with air conditoner, comfortable sofa , smart TV with International channels, loud speakers etc. The modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar offers a great space and is well equipped for self catering and has all the usual facilities including microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The house also has an game area with a billiard and darts. The highlight of the villa is the nice terrace area with stunning view and a 8 m x 4 m pool including a water feature and hydro-massage for your comfort, a generous BBQ area, an outside dining area, and a sun terrace A perfect place to chill out!
The accommodations comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suites has a double bed and a bathroom en-suite. There are 2 twin rooms with interconnecting door. Annex to the villa there is a studio which consists of a double bed and an en-suite bathroom . The annex has its own entrance and can not be rented separately.
THE ANNEX IS AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OVER 7 PEOPLE. If your group is smaller and you want to rent the annex, please inquire as there is a supplement.
The solar heated pool can be also electrically heated. Please, note that there is a supplement to heat the pool electricall of ā‚¬ 20 per day. It requires the use of the pool cover at nights to keep it warm

Great villa

Few days to relax and disconect, couldnt of chosen a better place. Spacious, Clean, fresh and a nice layout. Great games area, pool with water jets and a jacuzzi area within the pool. Barbaque area also very well equiped. Really enjoyed our stay.

Family holiday

We have had a fabulous week in Tias. Such a beautiful villa, with everything we needed. Teresa was so helpful and answered any questions we had and gave us lots of great recommendations - dive centres, places to eat, park and shop. We look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic villa

Property is very well equipped and has a beautiful pool, plenty of sun beds and a great bbq area. Teresa was excellent in her communication prior to the holiday and was there to meet us at check in. The only downside is noise from the road but that is outside of anyoneā€™s control and this great house more than compensates for that! We would thoroughly recommend

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Tias. It is a quiet town with excellent shops and eating places. The tapas at La Ermita is really outstanding. The villa is right at the sea end of a long one way street. It has a super terrace with great views of the sea. It also looks down on the airport which isnā€™t a problem because it is far enough away not to be noisy.Teresa couldnā€™t have been more helpful and always responded quickly if we contacted her about anything. She is very proud of the Villa and plans to live in it herself one day.We were in the Villa for ten weeks and are happy to recommend it to others.

Fantastic views

Spotlessly clean villa, lovely views just as we hoped. Note that the separate studio bedroom is completely separate from the villa. Only criticism was the pool would be better without the shallow area around the edge and full size for swimming. Pool was making some odd noises towards the end , was reported and sure it will be sorted for next guests.

Beautiful Villa - Lovely View

We had a great holiday. Tias is a good location to explore the island from. Villa is a good size and very spacious. Kids loved the pool table and dartsā€¦.definitely kept them occupied. Pool area is great for relaxing with a morning tea, for sun bathing all day or a glass of wine of an evening. Cabs to Puerto Del Carmen, Puerto Calero are only 5 mins. Bus stop with services from TĆ­as to Playa Blanca and Arrecife is a short walk into town and reasonably priced. Sone nice restaurants in walking distance too. La Ermita (tapas) San Antonio bakery (breakfast pastries and lunch) and Millio Y Millio (Tapas and Burgers/Chicken) Teresa was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the property šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ»

Stunning Villa Blue Ocean

An absolutely immaculate villa in a good location. We didnā€™t hire a car for our one weekā€™s holiday given the proximity to the airport. It wasnā€™t an issue. There is an hourly bus service to Puerto del Carmen (from the football stadium) or taxis. The villa is modern, spotlessly clean with pretty much everything you would want (including hairdryers in every bathroom!). The welcome pack was very gratefully received. Finally, Teresa is a really wonderful host. She is incredibly thoughtful and makes you at home instantly. MuchĆ­simas gracias, Teresa. Ā”Hasta la prĆ³xima!

Lovely villa

Teresa is very welcoming and provided a lovely welcome basket of essentials. We had a tour or the property and Teresa was able to quickly and easily resolve a couple of little niggles with the property. The villa is spotless and very well appointed. Comfortable beds however if I was being very picky, there was not enough pillows. Pool area and outside dining is lovely with a great view across the ocean. Tias is a five minute walk and only 7 mins in a taxi down to Puerto del Carmen. Would highly recommend this property for a family getaway.

Great Views Day & Night

Just returned from an 11 night holiday at the villa for my husbands 65th Birthday. Teresa let us access the villa early, was friendly and helpful both prior to our arrival and on meeting in person. Whilst we were there we hired a private chef to do a BBQ for my husband (Teresa has the details). It was great as we could enjoy the heated pool and food in a relaxing lovely environment. As well as the wonderful well equipped villa I would recommend the restaurants in the old port area and crepes along the strip;)

Villa dotata di ogni confort. Spaziosa, locata in un contesto ideale, fantastico il panorama sull'oceano. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'accesso al garage privato. L'immobile ĆØ tenuto ottimamente, ordinato, pulizia meticolosa ed ordine nella dotazione. Teresa ĆØ straordinaria: nel momento difficile di restrizioni relative al coronavirus e nella nostra necessitĆ  di rientrare in anticipo dalla vacanza abbiamo trovato massimo supporto psicologico e logistico. Amazing pool house

This place was great, even though it was winter, we were still able to enjoy the pool every day and just about everything was thought of for the property. You have a great location in the middle of the island, walking distance to groceries and several great restaurants and bars. The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed the outdoor eating area and lounge chairs. If we come back to Lanzarote, we'll be back here.

Fantastic Villa

We were travelling as a group of friends with young children and the Villa was perfect for us. Itā€™s really quiet, clean and very comfortable. It was so helpful to have baby cots, high chairs and even a playmat for the babies in the villa. The bedrooms have blackout shutters which was great for daytime naps for our 5month old. The local town is small but has everything you need and the beach is only 5mins away by car. In addition to this the owner Teresa is such a kind and helpful lady. She really went above and beyond for us when we had a personal issue. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend this villa to friends & family and we are hoping to return again for another trip soon.

Excellent stay

We had a fabulous stay . Teresa is an excellent host and was helpful and flexible regarding check in and check out . She advised us on good places nearby to eat also - nothing was too much trouble . She also left us a welcome pack which we much appreciated . The villa was spotless and well maintained . The pool table and the hammocks were a delight for our teenager and the swimming pool ( with heating ) was enjoyed by all of us . The town is very pleasant and the villa is close to restaurants and supermarkets . Itā€™s also very close no more than 10 minutes from the airport but not noisy and we enjoyed the sea view and outlook down the hill to see the planes . Itā€™s also a very short drive to Puerto Del Carmen Thank you so much Teresa - it was a pleasure !!

Modern villa with stunning view

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Ocean Villa Tias. Teresa was a wonderful host, very welcoming and accommodating. We were kindly allowed to check in a bit early and Teresa was at the villa to give us a detailed walk through. The villa is very modern, and the interior design was of a very high standard and very much to our personal taste. The pool was perfect for a refreshing swim everyday, we travelled as a couple but can see how the shallow areas would be great for young children. The location provides stunning views, but also good amenities nearby, large supermarket less than 10 minutes walk, and various cafes and restaurants on the same street. When we wanted to venture further afield we phoned the local taxi service from the villa, which arrived within minutes every time, to visit Puerto Del Carmen (Harbour Old Town) and Puerto Calero. This was one of the best holidays we have experienced and would love to return next year.

Family vacation

What an amazing villa holiday . All 8 of us would highly recommend this villa for a holiday . The welcome pack on arrival was superb .Teresa offers an amazing service . We had a slight issue with the water and she appeared with the handyman within 20 minutes then the fan in one of the rooms stopped working again this was solved within half an hour . Very comfortable spacious villa with all mod cons . The best villa holiday we have all had .
