In Praia d'el Rey, one of the most exclusive resorts in the country, you have at your disposal this ground floor 2 bedroom house with access to swimming pool, garden and children's playground. The house is immediately next to the Club House (Golf Club, stores, bar, restaurant) and underwent improvement in infrastructure and decoration. It includes:

- 1 double bedroom with balcony;
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (1 twin);
- 1 complete bathroom
- Living room with flat screen TV, cable TV and internet;
- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, wand and other kitchen utensils)
- Barbecue
- Long balcony around the house w/ relaxing net;
- Sheets and towels included


Beach access is only a 10 minute walk or 5m drive from the main beach.
Marriot Hotel is a 5m walk away.

off season - 125 (minimum 2 nights)
June - 130 (minimum 5 nights)
July - €140 (minimum 5 nights) -
August - 160 euros (minimum 7 nights)
September: €130 (minimum 5 nights)
*10€/night discount when booked two weeks

Form of payment: 50% on reservation. 50% at check-in. MBWay or bank transfer.

*Cash deposit: EUR200. Payable on the day of check-in or up to 7 days before the beginning of the stay. The amount will be fully refunded as long as there are no damages in the property.
*Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
*Capacity: 5 persons (including babies/children). Reservations for more than 6 people will not be accepted!
