This cozy 750 square foot home with a quiet backyard is nestled against the Wrigley Estate. Enjoy a romantic sunset dinner outside on the balcony while sitting on brand new deck furniture. The ocean view is completely unobstructed and absolutely breathtaking. Watch as cruise ships weigh anchor and the parasailers take flight! | | Both bedrooms and the living room are adorned with hardwood walls, there is coin-operated laundry on site, 40 inch HD smart TV with Roku, DIRECTTV NOW and wifi. Grill some burgers on the stainless steel barbecue. Relax on the couch in the living room as you look out the large windows at the gorgeous view of the harbor. This home is perfect for people who want to see the town without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Quiet, gorgeous, and out of the way, this island home is waiting for you! The view was phenomenal, we enjoyed the use of the cart, but the unit needed a deep cleaning. All the furnishings showed excessive wear and use. The master shower needed a nonslip mat, which we discovered the hard way.The rental office provided a mat when requested.Two richity stairways to reach front door. Lots of “stuff” everywhere.

Great stay overall, and the golf cart made this 100% worth it. Only complaint is that the listing said it came with a travel crib, but when we arrived they said we had to pay extra to have it. Also, don’t count on sleeping on the pull out couch as it’s very old and you can feel every coil springing through the mattress— this made it unusable. That aside, the property was great and the views were spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay in this hillside rental. Amazing views, as depicted in photos, of the harbor from the living room and balcony! Check in process was smooth. The golf cart was wonderful to have full time use of, for exploring, grocery runs, and shuttling teens to the beach and zipline park, etc. Thanks to the owners for extra tips on parking and location of gas station. We would stay here again! Kitchen was stocked, but a few helpful tips for the owners would be, could not find potholders, and an extra roll (or two) of paper towels would be a benefit. Oven was a bit tricky to figure out and cooked unevenly (burns on the bottom), so just be aware when using. Otherwise it was a nice time on the island, thanks!

The best parts of this property are the view, the golf cart, the resident cat and pretty comfortable beds The property itself is poorly maintained, old and dated. Not much care is taken for the outside, tons of leaves, cobwebs and weeds in the yard. Broken living room furniture and sloppy slip covers on the couch, dirty pots and pans put back in the cupboard, dirty walls and windows that don't close properly. Couldn't figure out how to get the oven to turn on and no dishwasher so guessing if the dishes were really clean. Feedback for the Management Company, a bit more information about how to get from the ferry to the home would probably be very appreciated by guests as this is up some pretty steep hills which isn't super easy if you have a lot of/or heavy luggage.

The views were wonderful! Beds were comfortable, but the pull out couch and, most of the furniture really, is old and very uncomfortable. Having a golf cart available to use was so much fun, but the home is within walking distance to everything as well. Besides the uncomfortable furniture the place was not very clean. Lots of dust, hair in bathrooms, dishes and utensils were grimy and needed to be washed before using.

Poorly maintained house. The house was dirty and Kitchen ware was filthy. Staff who assisted with check-in was not friendly at all.

Great place to stay

Use of the golf cart is invaluable. Made the stay so much more comfortable. The house is clean and quiet with amazing view. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place, needs a Deep Clean

Overall, the place was good. Not Great. Just Good. Needs a deep clean and organizing reset. Grime in the bathrooms, on the walls, behind furniture, window sills, cobwebs all over the ceilings and in corners, heavy layers of dust, cluttered shelves, drawers and storage spaces. The place needs a spacing up and a good deep clean to be Great again. Otherwise, a nice stay ... just don't look too closely at the details.

A wonderful, cozy and charming little place that it a bit out dated (windows from the 50's that won't close....no central heating) but the view was wonderful. Management company does a great job of the "basic" cleaning and set up...but the property needs a refresh or deep clean. We went to pull out the sofa as an additional bed and there was several years of food crumbs, etc in it...gross! With some fresh covers and a bit of TLC, it can be brought up to contemporary standards. It would seem to be worth the investment as this property is in a great location.

Cute bungalow with fantastic views

We were very pleased with our stay. The view of the harbor was amazing. Very accessible to the to shopping and dining in Avalon. The golf cart that comes with the unit had issues...gas fumes and lights did not work. The owners were responsive and gave us the use of another golf that belonged to their other in it that was not being used.was not very safe. Gas fumes and l
