Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the local area and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue to improve. We’d like to clarify a few of the concerns mentioned: The villa is situated on the upper Ovacik road, which is typically quieter than the main Atatürk road. To date, we’ve not received similar feedback regarding road noise, but we understand that everyone experiences locations differently. We were advised that the villa next door would be completed by May, and unfortunately, the continued work was out of our control. We sincerely apologise for any disruption it caused during your stay. The villa was renovated last year, with fresh interior painting, new pool tiles, bath roos renovated and an additional outdoor shower to improve guest comfort. We’ve consistently received positive feedback since then, and we always aim to keep the property well-maintained. We employ a regular gardener and pool technician. When we were informed of the pump issue, it was addressed quickly, and the system was back up and running. We do our best to resolve maintenance issues as soon as they arise to minimise inconvenience. Finally, we appreciate your comments about the outdoor lights and interior maintenance. Our local team is always on hand to assist, and we’ll ensure these items are reviewed and corrected where needed. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us.

thank you for your response. The private garden pool and now outside jacuzzi is secluded from the road which is the quieter upper road, very central to all the amenities.

the lady decided to leave as she had found a slightly cheaper place and tried to seek discount after booking and arriving at the villa and despite offering her a discount and sending someone to provide an extra clean, she left immediately before even staying an hour in the villa. She then tried to seek a refund. This explains her low rating. I tried to help her and offer a discount however, her intention was never to stay.
