Security Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Short Breaks: These are available between October and March excluding school and Bank Holidays.
Location and Area: The famous beautiful Connaughts Gardens with an excellent range of plants and café are situated on the coastline, from these gardens a flight of white steps called ‘Jacobs Ladder’ takes you to the sandy beach below.
The seaside village of Branscombe with working forge, Old Bakery Tea rooms and mill, two traditional inns serving excellent food and the fishing village of Beer are a 15 minute drive away, passing by the famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston.
The stunning coastal resort of Lyme Regis is only a 25 minute drive. Ideally positioned for the many coastal walks on the South West Coast Path.
