Hello. I am here offering my beautiful , spacious, family oriented home to anyone looking for a memorable stay on the OBX. This property offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom one offers 2 queen beds, bedroom two offers matching sets of bunk beds, bedroom three offers 1 queen bed, and bedroom four offers 2 twin beds. The property also offers two full baths and an outside shower for your convenience. Located just minutes from the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and medical, this home is tucked away in a beautiful sound front community. The home sits seconds from the sound front and is located right on a canal capable of allowing you to dock your boat right outside the residence. The newly constructed wrap around decks (2 levels) offer a beautiful view of the canal, sound, and offer one of the most beautiful sunset views around from the top level. The back yard is grassed for our four legged friends and does offer a small sand beach area for enjoyment for all. Fishing and crabbing from the deck located directly behind the house are productive and offer hours of fun for anyone interested. A community center is available that offers a fresh water pool, basketball hoop, and other amenities for your enjoyment. We do ask that you supply your own paper products and linens while enjoying this amazing residence. This is our second stay at the house and we were all very happy with our stay. The owners were excellent with communication and whatever little issues popped up, they were quick to address them. Highly recommended place to stay while in OBX

Fun by the water

We loved the family experience of canoeing, and paddle boarding. Our granddaughters age 17 and 7 loved playing on the boat landing, Making mud pies, and catching crabs

Great family memories

My parents, daughters, and I all very much enjoyed our stay at the house. Having the little beach in the backyard was a hit for my youngest daughter. The access to kayaks and paddle boards were another huge bonus. Beautiful property and the owner was quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend!

Andy's Place

We had an awesome vacation at Andy's place! Location was excellent, close to restuartants, shops, beach, etc. We also took advantage of the community pool. House had a great view of the canal & a large backyard that our dog & grandchildren could play in. There was a small beach at the canal & we used the kayaks & paddle boat that Andy provided. Both the bedrooms & bathrooms were large. I highly recommend Andy's place!

Beautiful home!

We really loved our stay in this home for our vacation. House is super roomy with a great variety of beds/rooms for our family. Awesome yard for our dog and he loved swimming and playing in the backyard. Home was very clean and owner super responsive as the Wi-Fi glitched some (due to internet provider) but he took care of it right away. Incredible availability of kayaks and fun equipment and love how close to the water we were. Enjoyed some paddle boarding and kayaking, fishing and crabbing.

A new take on our favorite place to vacation!

We had the most wonderful stay in nags head! We received a call from the property manager a week in advance, letting us know that we could reach him via cell phone, and making himself available to us for any questions or concerns. I thought that was incredibly kind! The house was fantastic! It was nice to have space under the house to park-this made unloading really easy. The entrance is one flight up, and you walk directly into the living room, which is exactly as pictured the house has an ā€œ old nags headā€œ vibe, reminding us of camps on the river down south, with its wooden walls and floors. Thereā€™s a great big dining table that served well as a game table for us, along with an outside dining table, which was well loved! (Yes, there is a propane grill here!). The kitchen is well equipped, and has a Keurig. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both of which have queen size beds. Thereā€™s also a full bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom is spacious and has lots of storage. The second floor has a bunk room with several sets of bunkbeds (twin size), and a room with two queen beds in it (with the sofa). There is also a full-size bathroom on the second floor, which is also large and spacious with lots of storage. All of our teens slept upstairs, and had a great time! House comes with surfboards, paddle boards, kayaks, a dinghy, and a paddle boat. Thereā€™s a small beach that leads into the canal that leads out to the sound. The dock is great for fishing! Great spot

House and location were great. Had our boat tied up at the dock for the week, perfect weather so got plenty of use for that. I would have liked a few more sizes of frying pans in the kitchen cabinets, but I'm a chef by trade and that's just me being picky probably:) House was clean and spacious, furniture in living room was a tad dated and not the most comfortable for relaxing in the evenings after a long day on the water, but overall not something that would make me hesitant in renting again. The drive to the closest beach access was about 5 mins, I used Enterprise road, get there early they fill up quick, we actually did our beach days on pea island because it can get crowded in nags head, especially where the condos are all lined up. My daughter and husband used a kayak through the canal, we didn't use any of the other toys available but liked that there were options if we chose. Definitely appreciated the response from Andy and Brian, with questions throughout the week.

Peaceful Family-friendly home

The home is at the rear of a quiet community on the canal connecting to the sound. Pictures do not accurately represent the space inside. The large table comfortably sat 8 and could easily fit 10. The living room had a couch, loveseat, and chair to comfortably seat 6. We pulled over kitchen chairs to accommodate the whole group. The smart TV came in handy too. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking pans, utensils, and cups/glassware. We cooked most of our meals during the week and had plenty of space and supplies. The main bedroom is on the main floor with a queen, dresser, and large closet space. The second bedroom has two twins and a good-sized closet. Upstairs is a larger bedroom with a couch and chair (dated, but comfy) and two doubles. The second bedroom upstairs had two twin bunks, a couch and a table. The gas grill is small and needed cleaning, but worked well for what we needed. Favorites: The back deck overlooks the canal and is a wonderful place for morning coffee and evening dinners. The front porch was great for shaded cover. We enjoyed the toys. They have cornhole and croquet, a paddle boat and rowboat that we didn't use, and four kayaks. There are two tandem kayaks - one river and one ocean, same for the singles. We all enjoyed the private, newer outdoor shower. Some requests: second-floor bathroom handle doesn't lock and needs a trash can. Front bunk room needs a dark curtain. Cleaner grill. We loved our stay and want to return!

Awesome stay

This was by far my favorite place to stay in Outer Banks yet. The house was perfect for our family and very clean. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The outdoor furniture was very nice and we had an awesome view from the decks looking over the canal.

Great house with lots to do

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is very spacious and clean. The owner has provided kayaks and paddle boards to use on the canal. The yard is huge and the kids had fun playing corn hole and croquet. The location is also very convenient to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The property is great. Very relaxing, good fishing from the boat dock area. Quiet in the evening hours. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats go by. The owner is an excellent host. We had a very good time. Going back next year.

Lovely family-friendly stay in Nags

The house is very comfortable, clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us. The beds were very comfortable, as other reviews have noted. The boat launch is just around the corner, which is super convenient. I loved the wrap-around porch (could sit outside all day), took advantage of one of the kayaks and enjoyed all the land birds and daily visits from a cormorant and a pair of ducks. We also used some of the games provided. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and the neighborhood was quite nice. Great place to stay.

Beautiful location

This was our first time staying on the sound in OBX and we loved it! It was so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the boats go in and out from the sound. We enjoyed the kayaks and riding bikes around the beautiful neighborhood. We are hoping to go back here again!

Excellent Thanksgiving Week

Everything was awesome. Very clean. We spent many hours on the dock enjoying the atmosphere and wildlife on the canal. Owner was ultra responsive and provided bikes and Kayaks. The onsite jet ski would have been cool to have access to, but then again, no rental home offers that. Thanks for a great week Andy.

A Fun Family Time

We have loved staying at Old Nags Head Cove for years. This was our first stay at this property and our family thoroughly enjoyed it! Great location and love the canals there. We brought our own boat and also enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards at the rental.

Awesome Outdoor Amenitities

The owner was wonderful to work with. The house was spacious with 2 downstairs bedrooms, 2 upstairs bedrooms and a full bath on each floor. The kitchen was well stocked. Outdoors, there is a massive deck with comfortable seating overlooking the water and on the front, there's a comfortable seating area offering shade from the afternoon sun. The grandkids really enjoyed the beach, shower and water toys. The dining and living room offered ample seating for all family members (7). The massive manicured lawn was enjoyed by the 2 family pets. Cable TV downstairs and in the queen upstairs bedroom. A few MINOR suggestions: 12 cup (vs 8 cup) coffee maker, TV in downstairs queen BR and expanded viewing of channels on TV in upstairs bunk room.

Great house, neighborhood and toys!

Wow - this house is so much more spacious than it looked in the pictures. We had originally planned for my brother and his family to join us, but they had to drop out. It would be great for two families or a bunch of friends. We certainly enjoyed it on our own! Lots of deck space, really big dining room table, and comfy beds. Being right on the canal to the bay and having access to the water toys (Kayaks, Paddleboard, Paddleboat) was fantastic. We went out every morning and sunset. We also visited the community pool one day and kids really liked it. My dog came with us and we enjoyed walking her around the neighborhood and taking her to the beach with us. Overall, a lovely rental in the Outer Banks.

Super fun property

This is the 2nd year we stayed here. Great crabbing off the dock which the kids love. Easy access to the sound and a beach area in the back yard for my wave runners and launching kayaks. Very quite neighborhood and great place to relax. I highly recommend! Andy and Brian are both very kind and helpful. We will be back.
