This 3 bdr, 2 bath, exceptionally clean and spacious condo boasts a feeling of home as soon as you walk in! Great view and located on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, this MM 20.5 unit has a comfortable feeling of openness you won't find in other units. An added bonus is you won't hear others walking around above you! Plenty of room for parking, unlike some other buildings in the complex (i.e no struggling or hunting to find a parking stall nearby)! This unit has all the amenities of home, including waffle iron, coffee maker, griddle, crock pot, etc. A roomy deck with electric BBQ grill, table and lounge chairs offers views of the cove, pool and beach areas. Main channel and amazing sunsets can also be seen from the deck. This unit is located close enough to the pool and beach areas to where it is a convenient short walk, yet you won't be bothered by loud poolside noise (we are 2 buildings from pool). The Ledges are in the heart of Osage Beach, close to "hot spots" such as bars, restaurants, golf courses, Big Surf waterpark, Go-Karts, Mini-Golf and shopping to name a few.
