Great location!

This was a nice, pet-friendly tennis villa. Location was excellent - walking distance to the pool, beach, and coffee shop. Well appointed kitchen for a rental.

Quiet clean and convenient Condo

A classic tennis villa on quiet street sooo close to the best pool at Seascape. Clean and updated with walk in shower, grill on private patio- wish there was an umbrella. A/c is not totally up to cooling its best, we were cool but barely. Great covered parking. It would be nice if your management company left more than 5 small bathtowels for four large adults for a seven day stay- we have stayed at seascape for 25 years and all the other management companies do. Still one of the best places to stay in the Destin area. Even if its crowded you dont feel that way at seascape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in a Tennis Villa at Seascape Resort. I’ve been staying at this resort since I was a child, 30+ years. We typically stay at the Golf Course Villas. I did not expect the condo to be as spacious as it was. It was also very clean and quiet. The only complaint I could make is that the dryer was very noisy. We look forward to our annual trip this fall and will definitely consider staying at the Tennis Villa! Thank you for making our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible!

Our stay

Some of the electrical plugs didn’t work. And the supply of toilet paper wasn’t enough for a family of 7 for a full week. We had 2 rolls to last all week. The paper towels given was 1 roll. We had to buy more to get through our stay. We had too few of towels for 4 adults and 3 kids to shower. We were given 6 towels and had to do laundry every day to have enough. We had to provide the laundry supplies. . . Also within the listing there was no mention of an additional $325 for a pet fee. It just mentioned that the property was pet friendly. It would have been helpful to have know that upfront. Also while we were there, another family knocked on our door on Thursday at 5:00 pm to inform us that we were in their unit. We were not. It had been double booked. It was a huge hassle and was very scary. If we hadn’t of been there …. The other family had a code to get in…, what could have played out next is unthinkable. Overall it was as listed. 6 blocks from the beach. Nice community. We had a very pleasant stay. The above mentioned was not an obstacle for us but mentioned to help you list it for others to stay there.

RAT INFESTED CONDO

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been staying in Seascape for 15 yrs...and have never had an experience as bad as this. Our condo was dirty upon arrival...very dusty and moldy. The condo had a peculiar smell inside that we couldn’t place. The garbage was still full outside the unit (emailed day two of vaca-no response) Any time you would go in or out-you would get wafted by a terrible smell...literally like death. It was death. It was a dead rat’s carcass on the units patio (not hidden...in plain view) At night we would hear noises-thought it was the AC unit...nope. The condo is invested with rats. They chewed thru our food-and peed and pooped everywhere. The rats actually had another renters old cereal box...on the cabinets...covered in feces. If this wasn’t enough...I had to see a Dermatologist first thing when I got back to ATL. I am covered with bedbug bites...it is miserable. This vacation was terrible. I’ve emailed Seascape multiple times about “our experience” but am still waiting for someone to contact me back. In the mean time-DO NOT STAY HERE!

Easy process. 1 check avalbity 2 Make your reservation * The property manager or owner will text & email you updates and a list of things available to do during your visit. 3 check in link delivery by email and/or text, check in online 4 Recieve visitors entry code just prior to check in 5 Go to your unit. Welcome package left on counter. Easy-peasy. Enjoy. Rest, relax or check off your list of "to dos" in the area. *We loved the community feel @ Seascape. Will return.

Loved the TV, with the channels, it was a great place..thank U for sharing it who ever owns it..I keep it very clean..and took good care of everything..I still have February I am very comfy in this Villa..

We had to clean the condo when we got there, dirty and upkept.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just wanted to let you know that the condo was not clean. The floors were dirty with hair and the bathroom sinks were dirty too. The outside light bulb was burned out. The grill was rusted. And there was a large tree limb from the condo behind this one in this courtyard. The courtyard was covered in weeds. There was small dog poop left there. I picked up my dog’s poop. The rug was stained and there were spots on the sofa. The faucet in the kitchen was leaking and the garbage disposal had food in it and came out when we ran the dishwasher. The frying pots and pans were not clean. One of the frying pans had a broken handle and could be dangerous and the can openers did not work. There was a broken spot that was in the ceramic tile in the kitchen. There were only 5 towels so we had to wash them everyday. (We were there for 5 days.) We washed and dried them before we left. The corner of the condo parking place was busted (the vinyl siding). These are just some of the things that we noticed. (I have pictures of these things.) We had to clean the condo when we got there very dirty and upkept!

Great vacation stay!

Our condo was bright, clean, and very welcoming. It was everything we wanted! Easy access to golf, pools, tennis, and the beach. Great area-very family oriented and friendly people. Helpful staff and beautiful listing.
