The pool is maintained weekly and stays in pristine condition with pool toys located in the deck box by the pool. Spa is available year round at no extra charge, with a cut off of 38 Fahrenheit outside temperature at which point the freeze protection will over-ride. There is a charge if you desire the pool to be heated. In the summer the pool maintains and average temperature of 80 Fahrenheit on its own.

There is plenty to do all the time and then rest in the scenic backyard with a private pool and hot tub.
