Step right out onto the beach from this ground-level one bedroom one bath condo. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset from your private covered patio with a ceiling fan for added comfort. This updated coastal living cottage is the perfect retreat. The living room has wide sliding glass doors to the porch and comfy furnishing with a TV. The kitchen is newly renovated and perfect to make memorable meals. The bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, and TV. There is a Washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi in the unit for added convenience. There is one assigned parking spot. This property and building are completely non-smoking. Ask rental manager about FREE Perks, weekday free bikes and Free DVDs. This condo does not have any heating.**

Great location...Condo could use a little TLC

Kitchen is not equipped well for people like us, who travel with VRBOs for the reason of want a fully functional kitchen to cook some meals in. We had to buy a frying pan and utencil. Had a 5cup coffee pot, had to make multiple pots of coffee.. Couch was uncomfortable. Bathroom ceiling has water damage and pieces of paint falling. Both units on sides of ours, were fully equipped with beach use items. Ours had 2 crappy chairs and a frisbee. Was a great location for access to beach and IRB restaurants.

Amazing week!

We had an amazing week. The main office is two blocks away, so super easy check in and out. They have beach items to rent for the whole stay, so that was great too. Being right on the beach was worth it! You can literally walk from your bed right to the water in minutes. Take nothing or take a whole days worth of stuff and feel confident in leaving your whole setup on the beach while you head back in for lunch or whatever you want. The apartment is nice and decently maintained. Our only complaint would be a poorly lit bathroom. If that’s the worst thing I gotta deal with, I’m happy. The area is nice and everything you need is within walking distance and Clearwater beach is minutes away by car. We would go back! If you book, book directly with Plumlee, they’re great!

Perfect location

Property was exactly as advertised. Walk straight out your door onto the beach. Great restaurant directly across the street. CVS conveniently located across the street as well. Close to everything you need.

Summer vacation 2022

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Retreat at Indian Rocks Beach (week of June 4-11)! Small issues include non-working ceiling fans in the livingroom & out on the patio. Positives include the very short walk to the beach as well as minimal noise heard from other units. Awesome vacation overall!

Great location

Perfect ground-level beachfront location Not the the fault of the condo, but unfortunately we had a cold, rainy, cloudy week. At least we had a good place to hang out and see the beach from inside. Nicely equipped and good size for just the 2 of us. Bed was very comfy, but the couch not so much. It looked good, but too soft our senior bodies. Very clean and plenty of towels. Thanks for taking good care of your condo. As renters we appreciate it. I always look for comments about cleanliness.

A great place to stay at the beach. Just park the car and walk to wherever you want to go.......and out the patio door straight to the beach.......Perfect!

Beautiful view and great location

We have stayed at this location for the last three years, but this was our first time in this unit. We loved being on the lower level. It was so close to the beach with such a beautiful view. It is close to several restaurants and a CVS, and grocery stores are not far away. The room has a king size bed, which was a huge plus for us. There was also a washer & dryer in the unit, and that was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location & beautiful view

This is the perfect little place for two to stay to enjoy the beautiful gulf coast. The “island retreat” was absolutely perfect & had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. Plumlee rentals are the best!

Old & rundown

The condo was well used and filthy. Vents looked like haven’t been clean in decades, hair from previous guests, water damage to the ceilings.... the list goes on. Best advice go somewhere else!

Great place to stay

I love this property and I will definitely be back! It was clean, quiet and safe. My only issue was that we bought ingredients to make margaritas and there was not a blender.

Wonderful location,booked again for April

Had everything you need or want,gorgeous sunsets,fluffy sand,close to rested and shopping! Even a washer and dryer so no dirty clothes to bring home

Wonderful!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We came to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and it was just wonderful! The place was clean and neat and very convenient to the beach. The only concern we have is with the sliding glass door; it would be nice for it to lock on the outside. We had to lock it on the inside and go out the main door to go to the beach; we just like to lock our things up. This wasn't a huge issue because the walk around was short. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to anyone! Hope to visit again one day!

Location, location, location

You can’t get any closer to the beach and we love it. You have to make concessions for this kind of convenience (maybe just one—-no ice maker) but it was worth it. We left early because of the Red Tide and Plumlee Rental’s was very accommodating. We will book with them again for this unit.
