Home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with large eat in kitchen. Enjoy the evening on the large front deck taking in the sunset and sea air. Home features all brand new furniture and appliances. As well as cable tv and WI FI.
Enjoy a relaxing summer vacation without the crowds and traffic of the cape. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard! Seastreak ferry Just 20 minutes away will whisk you off to oak bluffs on the island in just under an hour.

Check in through the garage went smoothly, but the front door lock was broken, making it impossible to enter through the front door. Owner was contacted, but did not repair. House was immaculate, location near Horseneck Beach was perfect and kitchen was well provisioned,Attn needed: Front door lock, Master Bath lights over sinks and coffee maker outlets didn't function. Loud vibration from AC vent in Master Br. FYI, These were small annoyances needing attention.

Fantastic Westport rental

House is new and clean. The upper level affords a great view of the east end of the Westport River. 10 minute drive to Horseneck beach and downtown Westport. Kitchen is fully appointed with good appliances and spacious refrigerator. We couldn’t have been happier with our rental.

The house was very nice. Close to really good restaurants and about 40 minutes from Newport RI. I

On a private road, so nice and quiet. Only bummer was that it does not have water access. However beaches are only 10 minutes away.

Family trip

The house was lovely. Really enjoyed watching the sunrise over the inlet. Easy drive to Fall River, New Bedford and the Cape.

Best place to stay in Westport!

Beautiful house with views of the water tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. Super clean! Host had everything set up for a perfect stay. Really enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking out on the water. Short drive to the beach and excellent local restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great family week

Beautiful view in Westport

Stayed at this home for a little staycation. I live locally but was looking for a change of scenery during COVID. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Home is very pretty and well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful views from the open kitchen/living room and master bedroom. Front porch perfect for having a drink and a pretty view.

The house was spacious, modern and comfortable with great amenities. It is in a great location, a quiet area near the beach. The owner was very responsive. We had a wonderful week and I would highly recommend the property.

Perfect Views!

This delightfully clean, modern, and beautiful house was a perfect place to stay with our family on the water. Water access, great views, and a quiet neighborhood made it perfect. We were even able to have socially distanced dinners on the huge terrace with local relatives!

A wonderful beach vacation!

We had a great time at this house—we have always stayed in the other branch of the river in WPT but thoroughly enjoyed this area. Highly recommend this home, the winery and brewery, osprey kayak rentals—so much to enjoy!! The neighbors are very friendly and the area is safe and easy to access.

We loved our week here.

We were a family of six adults. This is a beautiful, new spacious beach home in a lovely beach and historic town. Property manager is very responsive. Home is well stocked, immaculate, and comfortable. Great views of the river.

Perfect vacation!

We picked this house for a family getaway with 6 adults. It was immaculate and well appointed. We were most impressed by the owner who was prompt with all of our correspondence. In fact, she even ordered and delivered a lobster pot for us. Bottled water and coffee were great to have supplied too. Everyone in our party enjoyed the house and quiet location. Thank you Colleen for a wonderful vacation!

We had a lovely vacation stay at this property. The location and the neighborhood was perfect! We kayaked on the river and had a blast. The house has a beautiful view--I miss the sunrises. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful beach house in wonderful location!

We had a fantastic time in Westport, and were so pleased with Colleen’s home. It is beautifully decorated, spotless, and all nice and new! The beds were so comfortable too. Colleen is a great host, and goes out of the way to get you anything you might need. This home is in a great location as well, with beautiful views of the water. We loved our stay here!

Perfect Place!

Colleen was an amazing host. The property is even better than described: huge, spotless, comfortable, stunning views, a short walk to a kayak put-in, beautifully appointed kitchen and quite grand throughout. We particularly enjoyed the deck off the master suite and the freestanding tub. The front deck was a lovely place for us to assemble as a family. Thanks Colleen!

A Beautiful Home!

Really, just a tastefully created home with so many warm, modern touches. An open space layout on the first floor and a large master are just some of the highlights. Beautifully appointed kitchen with modern appliances and bathroom which are so relaxing! Colleen is a wonderful host and prompt with any questions that arose. A great place for families or couples to stay and visit!

August in Westport

Better than advertised. New construction, immaculate, hardwood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 4 beds (2 twins, a queen and a king), queen pull out, 2 full baths with amazing shower stalls. The best part is the awesome view from the second story master bedroom deck-catching the sunrise each day over the Westport River. Colleen was responsive, helpful and not intrusive. She put together a very nice handout detailing nearby sights, markets and restaurants. Horseneck State Beach is 1.5 miles by car ($20 parking per day for out of state, $13 for MA residents), free when on foot or bike. We biked to then just walk along the shoreline. Drove if spending the day. We would definitely return to this lovely home if vacation plans bring us back to Southeasten Massachusetts.

Had a lovely week!

We had a wonderful stay in Westport Point. The house is beautiful, and in a great location; close to the beach and adjacent to the river. Kayaking from the house was easy, and we discovered hidden areas of the river to explore. Colleen was very easy to work with and accessible with answers to any question. The house is brand new, and was very comfortable. We would stay there again with no reservations.

Beautiful house, beautiful town

The house is brand new. Super nice and well done throughout. It's in a great location; whether you just want to 'stay put' on the deck and look at the water, or travel around the south coast to neighboring towns (we did both). Nice quiet spot. Nice people. Best recommendation: visit the Westport Rivers Vineyard mid-afternoon and sit outside with a glass of sparkling wine. Great host. We will be back.
