Three acre farm house with water view and contemporary furnishings.

A two story farmhouse built in 2000, surrounded by stone walls. Located on three acres of land, this residence is situated on top of a small hill which provides beautiful expansive views of Nonquit Pond. The decor is modern with traditional touches; beamed ceilings and wood floors throughout. One feels remote yet not isolated for it's a short walk to Historic Four Corners for food and/or shopping.
You will see and feel the breathtaking outdoors from every room in the house!
There are 3 upstairs bedrooms that sleep 6.
This is a designer owned home that has special details both inside and out!
There is an exterior security camera located on the front and back of the house. The cameras can easily be unplugged and removed for your privacy.

Wonderful place!

This was a terrific place to stay - welcoming, comfortable, convenient, and decorated in an array of beautiful colors. Thank you, Billy, for your kindness and attentiveness. The location is perfect - walking distance to Tiverton Four Corners, and close to beaches that were ideal for our little granddaughters. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Great vacation rental

Billy and Debra were the best hosts I can imagine. The house was spotless, fully equipped and beautifully furnished. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Time

Beyond the beauty of the property and its privacy, the hosts had everything we needed and more. Everything was thought through and we were able to spend time with our family and not worrying about running out for this and that. Plus Tiverton is terrific and we could walk to the ice cream place, to the bakery, to the food store. It was a truly memorable time and our hosts, the McQuires, are exceptional. Very happy!

Absolutely delightful!

My family and I were looking for a peaceful getaway and couldn’t have imagined a better place than this. The home was spacious, unique and wonderfully appointed. There were an abundance of fresh linens and everything you’d need in the kitchen. The owner was accommodating every step of the way, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. But of all great the things To be said about the house, the surround area of Tiverton and Little Compton really sealed the deal. I’ve always heard about t was a nice area, but just, wow! With the fall foliage in full effect, it was magical mix of working farms, gorgeous ocean views and historical significance which time seems to have forgotten about. If could give more stars, I would. Hope to visit again sometime!

Beautiful stay surrounded by nature

We stayed at Billy and Debbie’s house for 5 days with my parents, my husband and kids. The place has breathtaking views. The house is comfortable, decorated with style and love. It is ideal to enjoy in any season of the year. We went at the end of summer so we really took advantage of the garden and the grill. Although the house is located in a quiet area, it is only a few minutes walk from Four Corners, a town full of charm. nearby is also Newport and Little Compton. Billy was very attentive throughout the stay. We look forward to returning!

Another wonderful stay

We spent two weeks at this property for our second summer in a row and loved it again. It's a beautiful home and property. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and clean, and it has everything you'd need. We love the easy walk to Tiverton Four Corners and the easy drives to Little Compton, Wesport, Bristol, and Newport. Billy is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back again and again.

Amazing Place

We had a such a great stay at this beautiful home. The property and the home are in pristine condition, and it is ideally located- short walk to four corners and Gray's ice cream and a short drive or bike ride to the local beaches. We particularly loved the decor and communal space in the interior of the home and the backyard is prefect for yardgames, cookouts, and s'mores by the firepit. Lastly, Billy, was easy and great to work with- we couldn't recommend this home more highly.

Better than imagined!

Magnificent home. The property was clean and serene. We had room to spread out but also enjoyed the common areas for meals and hanging out. The mornings were perfect for a fresh coffee on the deck and a run to town afterwards. The owner has thought of everything and sent an occasional text to check in and make sure we didn't go without. Our entire trip to the East Coast was perfect and wouldn't had been the same if we stayed anywhere else. Thanks Billy, for everything - we will be back!!

Amazing property in great area but also close to Newport, beaches and amazing shops. The house was pristine. It is a beautifully decorated, well loved property with a great energy that naturally reflects the owner. Incredible find for our summer vacation.

Great bonding

Billy was very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect. Our daughter and husband are Navy, were on the west coast and now moving to Guam so this gave the family the perfect place to be together and bond.

The house was clean and well cared for, the property mowed and neat. A lovely view, quiet yet within walking distance to a nice café and an upscale coffee shop. The owners were super helpful for planning and check-in. We had a great weekend in a a lovely area.

Beautiful home offering privacy and walkable to shops

Our family of four loved staying in this home. It was clean and beautifully decorated with a nice layout. The huge yard was great for our cookouts and games. We also loved how it offered privacy at the same time as being walkable to the local shops of Tiverton Four Corners. Billy was great to work with. He was very responsive and clearly wanted to make sure we had a nice visit. I would highly recommend this home and we hope to return again next year.

The best!! The location and views are spectacular - very private yet a short walk to 4 Corners for coffee or snacks. The interior is super comfortable & decorated in an informal, artistic manner which we loved. Immaculately clean with many thoughtful details throughout. Great set up for cooking and dining with friends. Billy was very accommodating and we felt most welcome. Highly recommended!

Wonderful home in a lovely town.

Even with freezing temperatures outside this house made our group feel warm and cozy! The bedrooms were all terrific and the kitchen in the morning light is just stunning. We appreciated the sound system as well as the full TV set up for a fun winter weekend. The people in town were also very nice (at the cheese shop, vineyard and the general store). Location is great and even driving in the snow to get there was just fine. Everything was clean and the house had just what we needed.

Great Escape Into Tranquility

The house is beautiful, has been well kept and has a wonderful energy about it. Waking up to the pastotal setting of the sunrise each morning was magical. The Home provides true serenity. Everything we needed was provided for from the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms to the laundry facilities. Even the grounds of the home were meticulously kept. All of the recommendations for restaurants, coffee and sweet treats were in their perfection as well and conveniently close to the house. This was a brilliant experience that we hope to share with our entire family in the year ahead. The home is a hidden jewel.

The house is removed from the road which provides a great deal of privacy. Spend time walking or biking the country roads.
