This exceptional waterfront 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo has everything you need without the hectic crowds. Situated at the west end of Pensacola Beach, adjacent to Ft. Pickens state park. You'll have 11 miles of basically private beach at your disposal. The sugary, white sands of the Gulf are steps away, across the street. Two balcony's to enjoy watching the dolphins, kite surfers and so much more. Updated and very clean. 2 story with stairs inside unit, elevator located directly in front of where you park. (2 covered spaces)

The hosts responded promptly whenever we had any questions. It was a beautiful property and it had everything you could need for a great beach day. It was comfortable and had great beach decor. I loved that you could go to the ocean or have the bay available to you every day. The pool was also a nice perk!! We would definitely stay again!

Our Snowbird trip of 2025

Great location, communication with host was timely and courteous. Just wish January weather had been better, but hey none of us had contol of that. Therefore we witnessed a historic event when Pensacola Beach got 8 inches of snow breaking there 130 year record of 1895.

FLYING HIGH!!!

From the start our Host updated us on everything going on with the condo from the elevator getting worked on to when it was done and we didnt have to take the stairs!!! Big plus in my book! Condo was beautiful and welcoming. The master bed is the best bed we have slept in on vacation yet.

Very relaxing trip!

This was our first time staying in Pensacola, and we will definitely be back! The place was so clean and nicely decorated. Comfy beds and seating. Loved being able to enjoy the bay view and also sitting by the water in the mornings and evenings. Host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Would definitely book again!

Just Wonderful!!

Amazing place. Had a very relaxing stay which is what we were looking for. Condo is actually bigger than the photos make you think. Plenty of room. Did not feel cramped in any of the spaces. Outside of condo has recently been updated with new paint. Pretty blue color. The pool area has been updated with very comfortable chairs and umbrellas. Decking appears to be new as well. Composite type material. Landscaping appears to have also been updated recently. We saw dolphins daily ( bayside from the balcony, and just sitting in the indoor area by the large windows ) Would suggest you bring binoculars with you to get close up view. Owners very responsive to messages and responded timely with needed info. Everything in the condo is in working order. Upon arrival, the condo was spotless. Snacks even left on dining table. The parking was wonderful, just by the elevator. There are beach chairs, etc, in the storage unit just in front of where you park, Complex was very clean including the restroom close to the pool. Checking in was a breeze, no issues. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, this is the place to go. We plan to return next year.

Family Beach Paradise

Beautiful, clean, well organized, perfect location to the Gulf, Ft. Pickens, the Sound. Really nice pool. Family friendly. I would highly recommend this unit and the Palm Beach Club!

This was the best place we have stayed. The location was perfect not a lot people on then beach and the best of the beach and the bay. Wendy and Steve answered whenever I had a question. I will definitely recommend this place

Great place to unwind and be with family. Bayside is very calm and pleasant. We always enjoy this area. Very clean place and had everything we needed for a week long stay.

Amazing location and property!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect for us. We wanted to do nothing but sit on the beach for this vacation. With the location its the very end of the "busy" part of the island. You can also hear the water from the bay if you leave the balcony door open during the night. Due to the rules the property is quiet when it needs to be and the beach is also quiet and not busy for the most part. Unfortunately it stormed 2 out of our 3 night stay but thankfully the second bedroom is more of an interior room and we switched to that room when the storms got loud. I am from Louisiana and have a bit of anxiety after hurricane Laura and the second room I couldn't hear the storm and was able to sleep very well. Condo is stocked with games too so that came in handy for us! This is our second pensacola trip in a few years and we decided that this condo will be the one we return to due to location, the hosts, and just overall experience. Unforgettable stay and loved it 100%!

One if the best places I have stayed!

Everything was great! The beds were comfortable! My kids came in and immediately perked up at the excitement of the aesthetics of this home. We did not want to leave. We want to come back here as soon as possible!

Beachy getaway

The condo is absolutely lovely with a great pool for the guests. Beach was just steps away and we watched dolphins in the harbor in the mornings. Absolutely sublime. ❤️

Did not want to leave!

This is only the second time we have booked on Vrbo and our first time was not so pleasant so we were a bit worried, but it turned out to be FANTASTIC and one of the best places we have stayed and visited. Pensacola is so very beautiful and the condo is in the perfect location with easy access to the bay and beach. It wasn’t crowded at all which is a plus as our teen who has autism doesn’t do well in crowds. The bay behind the condo we found more kid friendly than Oceanside that is across the street. Oceanside is breathtaking but the waves were a bit rough. The bay was calm and you can walk out very far. I like to treasure hunt and found baby sand dollars in the bay and hermit crabs (I didn’t keep any!) Also saw what I do believe were perch in the bay and blue crabs. Ocean side I got lucky and found a shark tooth the first day! Now the condo itself is beautiful and cozy. My favorite spot was the chair closest to the window overlooking the bay. I could just sit for hours. I watched our last beautiful sunset from that chair and was treated to a dolphin in the bay earlier that day! We didn’t really go anywhere but did visit the pier one day which I am glad we did as we saw some dolphins and sea turtles from the pier. We also were able to see the Blue Angels practice from a distance when we were on the bay beach. Condo was quiet and the only complaint…wear shoes if you go to the pool as the decking gets extremely hot lol. Hosts are excellent! Highly recommend!

Stunning location

So many thoughtful and fun details in this house! Cabinet full of games (and the Pac Man machine works). Easy walk to the beach and the bay. Views of sunset over the bay from upstairs living room and downstairs bathtub. Really unique and fun space. May 2023 they were doing renovations (painting etc.) to the exterior of the buildings but don’t let scaffolding and initial appearances put you off. There were no problems with noise or the views. It’s a great complex.
