Clean and contemporary this condo at Regency Towers #501E is ready and waiting for you to come relax on Pensacola Beach!

The spacious living room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, while the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make this your home away from home.

The master bedroom has a large king bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed as well as an additional twin bed. This condo sleeps eight people, and is centrally located just a few short miles from shopping and dining on Pensacola Beach. With flat screen TV's and complimentary WiFi this condo is sure to be a perfect fit for your vacation! Washer/dryer located in the condo.

Lovely layout! Clean (mostly). Beach access was wonderful and the condo was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, extra linens and pillows, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Balcony has a nice 180 view of the bay and the Gulf. Quiet. We will be back.

Great place right on the beach

Very clean unit, has everything we needed, right on the beach. Friendly staff as well. Convenient & close by all restaurants, nightlife, etc. Highly recommended

Great stay

We had a great stay. The condo was as described. We enjoyed being able to walk out to the beach, use the pool & tennis courts. The area was great & a short drive to downtown shops & restaurants. We were unable to use the balcony due to construction on the building. The property management company was very responsive.

I really want to give a "shout out" to the rental company staff - HEATHER SAUNDERS. After we had been home for a day - Heather called me because I left 4 swimsuits in a drawer at the condo. She actually boxed them up and shipped to me. I am/was very impressed with this level of customer service. Thank you again Heather!!!

Overall Nice Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off Paradise Beach Rentals is the most trustworthy rental company we have ever dealt with. This review is not a reflection of them. When we checked in the ice maker on the fridge was broken. No big deal it still makes ice in the freezer but we wanted to report it so we weren't accused of breaking it. The cable on the living room tv would also not work. We reported both and Paradise Beach homes had a maintenance man there within the hour. He said someone else would have to look at the ice maker. That repairman came the next day and said he would have to turn it into the owner. Never heard anything else the rest of our trip. Again not a big deal to us, but be aware it probably still isnt fixed. Mediacom was supposed to be there on Wednesday but they never did show up, so I doubt the tv still isnt working. We took our firestick with us so we had tv. The tv in the second bedroom doesn't even have a cable box for it so that tv doesn't work either if thats important to you. The faucet on the kitchen sink is pretty touchy to get to shut off. The worst part of the trip was the elevators in the complex. The west elevator had issues the entire time we were there. The repair man was there and had it working. The day we checked out we had our two carts and ourselves in the elevator on floor five. The door closed and moved about a foot down and stopped with us trapped inside. Thirty minutes later the fire department had to get us out of the elevator. After talking with maintenance they have had trouble with this elevator since the snow storm. This elevator should be removed from service until they can be sure it is fixed. Also the patio could use some better furniture and is actually kind of small for a two bedroom condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condos have a lovely beach and a great new walkway out to the beach. Loved the windows and sliding door in the living room area. Huge problem though - with a condo that sleeps five there is just a very tiny apartment size washer/dryer combo. Literally you can fit 3 towels, plus maybe a few wash rags, in the washer. Then the dryer will take 2 full drying cycles to get the towels dry. We spent the week putting on loads of towels everytime we walked in the condo. Really need a better washer and dryer.

The only issue we had is a leak that developed over the master bath sink and ruined a bunch of my wife's stuff. The Maintenance guys were great. No one offered anything for the inconvenience of having a garbage can on the counter for over 24 hours or the stuff that was ruined and thrown away. Otherwise we have always had good stays with paradise properties.

Great location

Property and location were amazing. Check in process was on point and very easy. Cleanliness in the living room and both bathrooms were the only downfall to this location. Overall very convenient access to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we were entering this condo a cleaning guy was leaving. He said he was double checking the cleaning. The condo could of been cleaned better. Other places I have been you can smell that they have been cleaned. There was hair on the shower walls and bathroom walls (I cleaned w/my cleaning supplies I brought). Furniture is exact what is in the pictures, but has been moved around. Mattresses in both rooms are horrible! For the price you pay to rent, you would think they would be better. Master-HARD! 2nd bedroom is like camp mattresses! Kitchen table is wobbly and the table by the couch is very wobbly and if you touch probably would fall over. The condo is spacious and really could use some new paint in areas. We reserved this condo because we were here for a dance competition and a lot of the families from our studio were staying here or in the area.

Beautiful location

The ONLY complaint I have is the condition of the sofa bed and the beds in the second bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom was rock hard, but they had a foam topper in the closet that made it bearable to sleep on. The property was beautiful and convenient to many different places. The kitchen was equipt with just about everything you needed to cook and prepare meals during your stay. They also provide games for rainy days. the view from the balcony of the bay side and the ocean is breathtaking. We saw dolphins in the morning from our balcony. The pool was open all but one day we were there. It was only closed for cleaning. The property management company gave us a gift of a set of cards and a cooler when we checked in. They text me early when the room was ready to allow us to checkin if we were in the area. I will say that if you are going to be going out to eat you will want to call ahead and put your name on the list, they are ALWAYS packed and has a pretty long wait. There is a toll that costs $1 each time you go onto the island unless you want to drive past Navarre into Pensacola. It is a beautiful drive if you go that way, but it is about 30 to 45 minutes longer. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend this property to anyone.

perfect family condo

This property was great! Condo was cute and clean. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and fit very comfortably. The pool was nice and the kids loved it. The best part was that the water was very close to the boardwalk, so we didn't have to haul all our beach stuff a long way to our spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We loved the condo! Everything was clean and orderly and just as advertised. The master bed was not comfortable to us but it's just a preference issue. We prefer a softer bed and the memory foam was a little hard but we still slept very well. It was a fantastic trip and we look forward to returning soon!

Great Stay

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Had a problem with the heater but they had someone out within an hour. Not inconvenienced at all. Would rent again.

We loved the proximity to the beach and had a nice view of side balcony. The space was good but could use a refresh. Some of the furniture pieces, such as the coffee table were very unstable. I was afraid to even touch it. Didn't want something to break.

Awesome trip

Everything was super easy. All other guests (or tenants) were all nice as well which was an added bonus. The boy that set up the rental chairs/umbrellas on the beach was very pleasant and helpful.
