The perfect answer for your dream vacation in Cancun no matter what size your party is. The two level townhouse style condo has a ground floor entrance, a large master bedroom with 2 queen beds, a private Ā½ bath and cable TV (both baths are in the first floor). There is also a full bathroom with common access. Upstairs there is another guest bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen/dining area, a living room with a full size sofa bed, cable TV and an ocean view terrace complete with patio furniture. Perfect for dining outside, enjoying a your favorite beverage or just relaxing.


The condo and the property.: The unit will accommodate up to 4 adults very comfortably.
The kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, matching dishes and utensils for 4 persons. The cleaning service is provided every other day, this fee is additional and is payable by the client upon arrival. There is a charge for preparing the room, the cleaning services in between and the check-out. The condo has marble floors, central air, an iron and board, ceiling fans, towels and linens and 2 televisions with cable that have both English and Spanish movies and news channels. Everything you will need in your home away from home!
Amenities: The condo is located in Villas Marlin, a private ownership property with controlled access to owners and guests of owners only! The complex features 3 swimming pool areas with plenty of lounge chairs, a swim up snack bar, 24 hr security, tennis court, private off-street parking, a mini-market, wide white sandy beaches and a gentle surf safe for swimming. Wireless Internet Access included.

Our great Location!: Right in front of Villas Marlin is Plaza Kukulkan, Cancun's largest indoor mall and just a few minutes walk down the boulevard is La Isla Mall, is an open air shopping center in Cancun. Most of the islands major area attractions are only minutes away by bus, taxi or car. It couldn't be more convenient!
Area: Villas Marlin which has three ocean front pools, is conveniently located on the beach right in the heart of CancunĀ“s 'hotel zone' close to all the areas main attractions. This is a safe well kept property. The kitchen is very well stocked in cookware and utensils. Pleanty of hot water. The beds are comfortable. Super views from the balcony. The pool areas are great. Jackie is an excellent host!!! The location is outstanding-the view you donā€™t get to see the beach but you see the ocean and enjoy the sunrise every morning while listening to the waves. The beach is so close!!! Just down the outside ā€œhallwayā€, down the stairs. Love, love the location!! Across the street behind the condo is a full grocery store, perfect for keeping the cost under control.

Jacky was excellent with responding to my questions, addressing and fixing a couple of issues immediately. It was great the condo is non-smoking, but unfortunately the neighbouring condos repeatedly had people smoking on the balconies (which is not allowed), with their disgusting smoke flowing into my unit, which eliminated being able to use my balcony or leave doors open to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The security for accessing the beach & property was great. The beach & water is exceptional & very clean. The area does not have much for food options other than pricey ones. The complex had numerous upgrades happening & is looking good. There needs to be signage & enforcement for the adult pool. Some guest had their kids in the adult pool & allowed them to constantly holler/cry. The grocery store across the street was a bonus, but Kulkana Plaza only has a few other stores open, with it being about 80% empty.

Good price for the location

Difficulty with hot water initially. Air conditioner had no temperature control. Upstairs never cooled down. Great location right on the beach. The pool area was nice. Great maid service. Nice to have drinking water. It would be nice to have more beach towels because they didnā€™t dry overnight.

First family visit to the Villa!

Our visit to Villa Marlin was for 12 days in April. Lots of sun but very windy. It eventually eased towards the end of our trip. Our unit was very clean and the view was fantastic, as was the central location. We found it very secure, safe and quiet. We were close to 3 shallow kids pools and a few steps to a larger deeper cooler pool for adults. There was no handrail in the main washroom shower. Overall we would recommend this 2 bedroom condo. Beautiful spot in the hotel zone

Huge complex with three different pool areas located right on the sandy beach of the hotel zone strip. Great swimming out front, plenty of lounge chairs on the beach and around the pools, stunning views! Oxxo and plenty of restaurant options very close by; itā€™s a great location. The apartment is simple but has everything you need, including a full kitchen and a lovely little patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the view of the ocean from your room as well.

We stayed for two nights. We were three married couples. We flew to Cancun from different cities and it was convenient to spend a few days before traveling on the beach. The apartment is located very conveniently, close to the airport, shops, cafes. This is the second time we have stayed with Jackie and we are very pleased.

Very Nice Stay

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Very convenient location, right off the beach. You can buy groceries in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants close by. The owner maintains the property to its best capabilities. Just some amenities are too old for her to handle, especially AC. Jackie is a very responsible host.

Month getaway

This was our first time in Cancun and longest stay at one resort. We had a great stay. The accommodation was what we expected from the description. We were close to all amenities required for a longer stay. Groceries, restaurants, bus/taxi right out the door. Security was phenomenal. Communication with the owner was excellent. The owner even went out of their way to accommodate a special request for beach chairs! We would highly recommend this VRBO unit

Cozy condo with amazing views

We were all very impressed with the views the balcony provided. The condo has very great cool AC which is nice because the climate is very humid and hot. Check in and check out was very easy. The cleaning person was absolutely wonderful as well as the property manager. The rental was kept very clean. I highly recommend giving this rental a chance.

This property is a PRIVATE CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX. This property is not a Hotel and does not have Hotel services, the owner shares this condo with other guests. There are many small mini-markets close by Villas Marlin including one on-site that are very handy for picking up small items but can tend to be very pricey. We suggest that our guests take a trip across the street from us to Plaza Kukulkan Mall, inside the Plaza in the second floor you will find SORIANA GROCERY STORE to do your initial shopping to stock up the condo. The prices are as good anywhere and it is probably a format that you are familiar with. There are also buses that run right in front of Villas Marlin marked ā€œWal-Martā€ that will take you directly downtown to WAL-Mart. If you arrive late in the evening and need some supplies there is an ā€œ0xxoā€, which is similar to a 7-11 store about a block down the boulevard that is open 24 hours.

If you are planning on renting a car at the airport just follow the signs towards the hotel zone. Keep an eye out on the right hand side for ā€œPlaza Kukulkanā€ about halfway through the hotel zone. Take the street that runs behind the Plaza and you will find the entrance to Villas Marlin located on the beach. There is safe, secure, off-street parking available. One parking spot is allotted for each condo.
