Contemporary Beachfront Retreat: Condo 108 on Siesta Key Beach.

Welcome to the epitome of modern comfort at Condo 108 in Sea Shell Condominium. This tastefully redesigned 2-bedroom, 2-bath island-view haven features a freshly painted and redecorated interior. It sleeps a maximum of 6, with a king bed in the master, a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room. You can access the deck from either the master bedroom or the living room. The master has a bath en-suite with a shower, and the second bedroom has a connected full bath.

The fully stocked kitchen includes all-new Samsung appliances, a touch-free faucet, and a Reverse Osmosis water system that negates the need to purchase bottled water during your visit. There are flat-screen TVs in each room and free HBO and Wi-Fi are included. The Sea Shell supplies beach towels, chairs, and loungers to all of our guests. In addition, our complex has a large, heated pool, gas and charcoal grills, laundry facilities on each floor, two elevators, and one assigned covered parking space per unit.

Sea Shell Condominium is a gated complex with 49 units located just steps from the beautiful white sands of Siesta Key Beach - with no streets to cross to access our private beach area. It's also just across the street from dining, shopping, entertainment, and even a grocery store!

Our rental office is on-premises for easy check-in and check-out, and to assist you with visitor information and other needs. We have after-hours check-in available for those with late travel plans.

Great location! Restaurant's, grocery store, coffee shop, icecream shop, shopping, free trolly that takes you around the island, and steps away from the beach make it perfect.Only recommendation I have is upgradding the cooking pans to a non stick. We had difficulties making eggs, minor right, when your vacationing on the beach.

Excellent location

Excellent location a lot of stuff was closed because of covid which was a bummer but overall we had a great time!

Great Beach Getaway

This condo was PERFECT for our family beach trip!! It is steps from a beautiful private beach and the decor has been updated since and is better than the pictures!! They even had a pack n play available for the baby. The host was quick to respond and kept us updated - our stay was right after the hurricane hit but it had no effect on this property. Great food in walking distance. Bring your quarters if you want to do laundry but they do have them available in the office too.

Great location .. room had musty smell .. but overall great experience

Location was great. Beach was excellent! Room had a very funky musty smell. Probably issue with the AC. It didn’t keep the master suite cool. But very spacious. And well equipped. Listing says remodeled but it’s a bit dated and worn. Front door had large gap when closed. Be warned if checking in after hours .. no communication with host! Office was closed.

Red Tide

If they say Red Tide stay away that was a terrible thing that happened to the Florida coast. beautiful beach that was really at it's worst the last few weeks. the dead fish and smells were more than any one wanted to bare. The condo was nice with only a few challenges but all in all great location

Great location, okay condo

This condo has a great location. A short trolley ride to the Village but far enough away from the public beach. It’s just a short walk from the condo door to the beach. Restaurant, ice cream, bar, grocery and gift shop just across the road. The condo itself could use some work. The master bed was not comfortable and squeaked anytime you sat on it. The decor could use some updating. The condo worked for our purpose since we spent most of our time at the beach. For the money having a more updated condo would be nice. Our friends stayed in this same complex and their condos were nicer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 108 is fresh and very modern. Beds are comfy, couch is nice. Location is great, price is fair. Pots and pans need to be tossed and replaced with stainless steel. Otherwise had everything we needed. We were disappointed with the pool as we could not see the bottom the entire duration of our stay and there was scum on the tiles. Was told by management spring breakers were using the pool and trashed it. There are keypads everywhere to grant access but not one for the pool which I find necessary. We did not get to enjoy the pool. Did find cockroaches in master bathroom but was told they come out when it rains, which is probably accurate. Otherwise housekeeping does a great job keeping the place clean.

seashell unit 108

We recently stayed at this unit and found it to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything was in excellent operating condition. Furnishings and kitchen items were all updated. The office staff members were very accommodating and quickly responded to requests. The beach was beautiful and very clean with very soft white sand. Ocean was clear, calm and warm. Great beach for families with young children. There were plenty of chairs and lounge chairs for the beach available all day. The entire property was very well maintained. The location was excellent with a small grocery store across the street, several restaurants, and stores, all within walking distance. Enjoyed the restaurant Clayton's about a half block from the condo. This was our first visit to this area of Florida, but we look forward to returning and would highly recommend this unit for future stays.
