Great location nice neighborhood beautiful beach access

Check in process with easy, great location peaceful neighborhood and fantastic semi private beach access. Beds a little uncomfortable, dishwasher not great, fairly clean, plenty of towels for inside use and beach, plus semi decent beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only issue with property was the pool looked green when we went with the kids to swim. It was after front office closed for the day so we did not go see the managers about it. It should be noted that beach access and area to sit is limited due to beach front hotels having private areas. Great location to walk to various restaurants and shops.

The view was beautiful until the Hyatt was built. great pool area, convenient to everything.My only issues were the amount of beach space near the resort {the bigger places had flags for no entryso you had to walk a ways to find a spot} and the television had a buffering problem but we were not there to watch tv,,,lolwould stay again!

Great place, great people. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. The only issue is limited beach space near the resort and a minor issue with buffering on all the televisions but I cant complain too much...fun time.

Nice place but

This is a very nice small condo. Two bedrooms and a sitting room/kitchen. Two bathrooms. It worked for a quick visit for Siesta Key. The only issues were the windows had lights stationed right on the other side and light poured in at night. The blinds/ curtains on the windows did nothing to keep the light out. So it felt like day in the middle of the night. Sleep was difficult because of that. Then the kitchen was poorly stocked. It was hard to cook anything without any tools. We had to go to target to purchase a few tools to help make it easier to cook. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay.

Key missing from rental, need follow-up

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived with a late check-in that was communicated to the front desk, but there was no key left for us. Additionally, the after hours phone number on the rental office sign did not work. My family was locked out of our unit around midnight with three children wandering around the porch, trying to get someone on the phone after hours. My four year old got over thirty mosquito bites while we waited for access to an alternate unit that had a key. Then we had to move units the next day.

Pool was not working for the 2 weeks we were there. they said they were aware, and somebody would be coming. The other TV's did not have the right xfinity boxes on them. They said they were on order. also table and chairs did not look like photo. they were plastic and one was broken

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was somewhat deceiving in that the room picture on the website was not accurate. The chairs were very flimsy and the couch and coffee table were not the same. The water pressure in one sink was very low. One lamp switch was broken. One toilet made a very loud noise. We could hear neighbors through the bedroom wall. The property was clean and the pool and hot tub were very nice and great temperature. Customer service was very good. We stayed here last year in a different room that was nice. Great location close to beach. We feel it was way overpriced.

Wonderful week with the family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great start to the trip, as when I called the office, I was told that we could check in early! That really was appreciated! It only got better, as the Management was accommodating to a fault and provided me with two additional parking passes for family that was visiting that were not staying on the property. It really made a great impression, and made for a comfortable trip to the beach! We had a great time and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at this place a couple of times. The property is really nice and clean and very convenient to beach and food. Yes I would stay again. We did find a pile of fake nails on the bottom of the lamp and also a pacifier on the floor. Our last day we came back from the beach and it was a very hot day almost a 100 degrees and our air was out. I called the emergency maintenance number and it said to leave a message and will return a call with in 24 hours. We had a miserable night to say the least since our condo was 87 degrees inside and we had an early departure at 4:15 due to flight so I called once again to make sure they fixed it for the next person. I know things like this happen that why i said i would stay again.

Beach club review⁶

Overall it was a nice stay. I would recommend mopping the floors, dusting behind the bed. The amount of dust was gross. A previous renter must have spilt soda or something on the wall in the second bedroom that was not cleaned. Those are our only complaints.

Just okay

Location is good, but you cannot see the beach because of a Hyatt residence. Furnishings were bare bones, only one nightstand in master, only small sofa in living area. Water pressure poor. Bring your own beach chairs, the ones provided were not very good. Office staff, particularly Jamie, was very nice. We needed instructions for working the TV. Jamie came and set us up. All in all a reasonable place for the money.

Siesta vacation

Overall great location, pools and hot tub were great. Several minor items such as the kitchen faucet not working properly, damaged dishwasher silverware basket, kitchen and counter top not clean to start with. Saggy mattress etc. needs a little tlc. Overall functional….ok overall. Trash/recycle area was a mess. Some basic easy things to have in place for the price paid.

Siesta Key

Perfect long weekend for beach lovers. A very short walk to a gorgeous beach with beautiful sunsets. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and a 7-11 just down the road for snacks and drinks. We took a free car service to Siesta Key beach one day but you really never have to get in a car once you arrive.
