Great location on Siesta Key Beach with a wraparound balcony! Close to pool!

Talk about convenience! Unit 310 in the Sea Shell Condominium complex on Siesta Key Beach is just steps from those famous white sands, and the wraparound balcony overlooks the large, heated pool. You can keep an eye on your family while enjoying the ocean breezes on your private lanai.

This condo sleeps 6, with a king bed in the master and two full-size beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are complimentary. Both bathrooms have been recently upgraded and feature grab bars in the shower/tub areas for added convenience.

There's also a large TV in the living area with plenty of comfortable seating for your friends and family. The dining table seats 6, and the kitchen is fully equipped for any level of cooking you would like to indulge in.

Sea Shell Condominiums has a private beach that is accessible only to our guests. We offer a range of amenities, from charcoal and gas grills to beach lounges, chairs, and towels. Our complex has elevators and laundry facilities on each floor. Each unit has one assigned, covered parking space.

In addition to the accessibility to the beach, right across the street there is a plethora of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and more. Once you arrive, you may not need your car again until you're ready to leave. There's even a free trolley that runs between the Sea Shell and Siesta Key Village from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Nice stay

So everything was great accept for the broken kitchen faucet that had to be fixed. We couldn’t use the kitchen sink for one night and it could be a little cleaner but it’s fine.

There is a restaurant, small market, coffee shop, ice cream shop and a clothing store right across the street. Also there is umbrella rentals right on the beach. The unit (310) was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Laundry facilities were right on the same floor. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable beds (except one in the double bed room) Provided lots of towels for showers and the beach.Bonus, they have 2 hairdryers, Keurig coffee machine, ice maker and pull out couch. We wanted a gulf view but they were not available so we took unit 310. So glad we did. It overlooks the nice warm pool and the music, restaurant district. Never a dull moment sitting on the very large balcony. The beautiful beach is your backyard with soft white sand. We ordered 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for 3 weeks for less than $300 and they set them up everyday for us. Now that’s a vacation. Very walkable area. Highly recommend Owen’s Fish Camp and Walt’s restaurant (both a short drive) Across the street at Captain Curt’s it has the best clam chowder around. Don’t forget to go to karaoke night right across the street.

Beautiful Beach and comfortable condo

We loved the beach. The condo was accessible to restaurants and shops. However, the condo faces the street, so we had to listen to the music and patrons from Captain Curt's every night (it does stop at 10). Also, the traffic was pretty bad since it was February break when we were there.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great trip. Room was clean & just like it was advertised. Our code for the front door did not work upon arrival on Sun. so we had to call an answering service but they were able to recode it over the phone in an hour. Music plays at the restaurant across the street but ends at 10 pm. Pool was clean & warm & was directly below us but was quiet the week we were there. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice spot for a family getaway

The property is right on the beach and across the street from restaurants, shops, and marina. It is also just off the bridge from Sarasota, making it easy to get on and off the island to explore other areas. There is a free trolley that runs frequently that picks up in front of the building to go to the village or Turtle beach and anything in between. Unit was clean and well stocked with a good floor plan. It is on the side of the building facing the road, but you can get a peek at the ocean from the balcony. The pool is small and on the road side of the building. Front office staff was responsive and helpful.

Perfect beach Getaway

From the initial contact to the final goodbye everything was wonderful. The beach was amazing and so. Lose with a private beach and there was so much to do in the area. Only drawback was the pool closing at dusk. I would recommend this property to anyone either wanting a quiet beach getaway or looking for good music and the bar scene as there are several across the street.

Perfect location for Girls Getaway!

Condo was clean, rooms were well appointed, expendable supplies were just as stated. Pool was nice but the beach was incredible! Lounge chairs were plentiful and comfy. We will definitely book again for next year.

Perfect location

The location was perfect! I loved that we were able to use the lounge chairs for free each day. It was a quick walk right onto the beach and it was the prettiest Fl beach we have been to. I had mentioned that a blender would be nice to have in our condo and one was left on our counter that very day!! We also loved that we could walk across the road to a restaurant and ice cream shop.

Family and Friends getaway

We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Sea Shell Condos - the property was comfortable and the location was great! A bit south of the main section of Siesta Key so traffic was not a major issue but we could walk to the Sand Castle Competition which was fun. We will be back. Also nice the property provided sun chairs to use.

Girls Trip

We loved the condo and the location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store. It was our first time to Siesta Key but we plan to make it a yearly trip!

Right on the beach and covered parking

We wanted to be able to walk right out onto the beach so this was perfect! Plenty of room, clean, nice balcony to hang out on, covered reserved parking was a nice bonus! Only 6-8 minute drive into town and lots of places to walk to just from right at the condo. Beds were comfortable, beach towels and chairs provided, we had a great stay.

Great spring break

Great location. Loved Captain Curt's across the street. We enjoyed the live music and proximity to groceries, shopping, coffee and food. Beach was beautiful and chairs were very convenient. Trolley stop right in front of the complex. Unit was extremely clean and comfortable. More than enough room for our family of 5.
