A two bedroom two bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of our Grand Tower Building. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 32? television. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a 32" television. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub with a glass door enclosure. The patio is enclosed with with windows that can be opened to enjoy the nice breeze and has a 26" flat screen TV. The living room which is equipped with a 55? flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and 12 cup coffeemaker and a Keurig. The condo is tiled throughout except the bedrooms have carpet, and the sliding windows allow you to allow enjoy the ocean breezes.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
