This 4-room semi-detached house is spread over 90 m2 and is located in a south-facing position. The house was renovated in 2022 and has modern and cosy furnishings. The open living room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. You can exit to the garden and terrace from here. There is also a small room with a French bed of 140 cm, air conditioning, and no wardrobe.
The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. You can exit to the garden and terrace from here as well. There is a shower/bidet/WC and double hand-basin on this level.
The upper floor has a large double bedroom with air conditioning. There is also a room with two beds and air conditioning, which has sloping ceilings. There is a bathroom on this level too. The house has gas heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The terrace and porch are furnished with terrace furniture and a barbecue. Additionally, there are facilities such as a washing machine and a hairdryer. The house has WiFi, and reserved parking for two cars. There is also an electric vehicle charging station.
