The space includes the Interior 770 Sq Ft 1-Br, 1.5 Ba Living Unit, as well as the Exterior Access starting from the secure Entrance Gate, along the South Walkway, and Stair access to the private elevated 2nd floor Deck. The Guests can also utilize a 1-Vehicle Parking Space in the covered, secure Garage. The Garage is a shared space with the Homeowners, as is the Driveway.

Our laid-back and calm block has plenty of free, accessible, safe parking. Guests are welcome to park their vehicles on the street or in the driveway for convenient access. With two air-conditioner units, one in Bedroom and the other in Living Room, the Apartment's indoor temperature remains consistently cool in summertime and controlled by wall-mounted handheld remotes in the unit. The rooms are protected from direct exposure to sunlight by solar-blocking curtains, blackout honeycomb cellular shades, and mature trees shading the house.

Great Place to Visit Your Student at CU Boulder
This apartment is a great alternative to a hotel room, in a quiet neighborhood a mile down from the university. One bedroom, fully stocked kitchen. This is an impeccably designed place. The owners are great communicators as well. 2 thumbs up!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful unit again, having stayed in this unit last summer, and again I can’t recommend it enough! The hosts are incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring every detail was perfect from the moment we booked. The space itself was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—think cozy bedding, fully stocked kitchen utensils, and even some thoughtful touches like fresh coffee.The location was ideal, just steps away from walking/bike paths, making it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was seamless, and the host’s recommendations were spot-on. We truly felt at home and appreciated the warmth and care put into making this stay memorable. We are already looking forward to booking again!

Best place to stay!
I recently stayed for 90 days, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, the place felt like a home away from home. The unit was impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully furnished, with every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home.
One of the standout features was the attention to detail. The property management clearly goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a hassle-free stay, with thoughtful touches like fresh linens, plenty of toiletries, and even a welcome basket with snacks and essentials to get you started. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was crucial for as we were working remotely during our stay. The workspace was perfect—quiet, comfortable, and well-lit.
The location was another big plus. It was close to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being in a convenient location, the unit itself was incredibly quiet and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat at the end of the day.
Communication with the host/property manager was seamless. They were responsive, friendly, and quick to address any questions or concerns, although there were very few. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
