Authentic place with private pool

Great and authentic place, lots of equiptments i the kitchen, nice beds and bedrooms, great garden and outdoor place with the big private pool. Easy check-in and check-out. Fantastic nature and surroundings. Great place for a great holiday!

Thank you for your review. We are glad you loved the house and the great service given by the housekeeper here.There is a slight leak in the pool which will be investigated over the winter. Beautiful rustic farmhouse with idyllic views

This is a wonderful character property with amazing views and a lovely pool. It’s well equipped although we struggled a little with water pressure and hot water. Daniella who caretakers the property was always helpful and even made us some delicious Italian food on our last evening! We hope to return again as we liked it so much!

Rural getaway

The property was great, amazing views and the swimming pool was perfect. Unfortunately when we arrived there was a heatwave which means some of the temperatures were unmanageable, so some fans would have been a great relief. We were allowed an early checkin which with 3 kids and an early flight it was extremely helpful. We never met anyone from the property management company but instead met Daniella from the house next door. She was amazing and gave great advice on local sights, restaurants and even gave us some food. You definitely need to have a car and to be comfortable with small mountainous driving roads. Would recommend as a tranquil getaway!

Peace and Tranquility in the Tuscan Hills

We booked this property for two adults and our two younger children and spent a year hoping two grown up children, a partner and a grandchild would come along too. The property manager was very flexible with not knowing numbers until shortly before we arrived. When we were all there at the same time there still felt like so much room. The upstairs areas were a particular help as they are totally separate - great for our eldest son, partner and baby who all woke up very early! The beds were all extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. There was one fan which was great for the room with the baby, but because it was so hot it would have been great if there was another fan for the other side of the house. We spent very little time inside because the pool area was absolutely amazing. We cooked at the villa several times and there was plenty of space for us all to sit at the outside dinner table. We loved that the pool was cleaned twice each week and that the sun loungers were comfortable. Loads of glasses, cups, plates etc and even pool toys. The housekeeper, Daniella, greeted us and popped over a couple of times during our stay with fresh vegetables from her garden and an Italian dish that was a great addition to our dinner that night. Her whole family were lovely and would wave each time we left the villa. Their house is at the bottom of the drive and over the road so the villa is completely private. It’s in an ideal location to visit many areas!

Die super nette und aufmerksame Nachbarin Daniela ist ein wunderbarer Mensch, wie andere Rezensionen auch schon zeigen.Das war ein uhrig eingerichtetes Haus, typisch italienische eben .Das mit den Betten, 1.4 m breit, fand ich auch nicht gut,die Zufahrt zum Haus ist auch nichts für Sonntagsfahrer .Alles in allem, wir waren sehr zufrieden und sagen nochmal Danke für die 10 tollen Tage. Super schön gelegen in wunderschönen alten Gemäuer. Wir haben die Urlaubstage dort toll verbracht. Gibt nicht zu beanstanden. Alles was man braucht ist da und ausreichend da. Schöne Terrasse tolle Zimmer. Nur das Bad mit der Badewanne könnte mal nen neuen duschkopf und nen neuen wasserabweisenden Anstrich vertragendIst eine schöne Ausgangslage um die Gegend in die Städte zu erkunden. Mit 30-90 Minuten Fahrzeit ist immer zu rechnen. Zum einkaufen entweder in den Ort oder in die andere Richtung zum Superstore. Beides gut 10min. Wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gibt das keine normale Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war. Wir haben uns dann einfach einen typisch italienischen gekocht. Und dass sich die Folie vom Boden des Pools leicht gelöst hat

Wir hatten wunderbare 3 Wochen in einer traumhaften toskanischen Villa mit einem Ausblick, der seinesgleichen sucht. Die Ausstattung des Hause ist top mit ausreichend Geschirr und allem, was man in der Küche braucht. Die Verwalterin Daniella, die nebenan wohnt ist eine so liebe und freundliche Person und war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Zudem kümmerte sie sich um uns mit frischem Gemüse und Obst aus dem eigenem Garten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, allerdings als einziges Manko nicht sehr breit (1,40m). Für Erwachsene sind die Doppelbetten für zwei etwas zu schmal. Die urige Küche mit dem großen Esstisch und der Pool (ca. 8x4 m) sind natürlich Highlights und wurden viel benutzt. Die Umgebung ist toll, viele wunderschöne Bergdörfchen in der Nähe und mit Castelnuovo hat man eine kleine lebhafte Stadt direkt in der Nähe, in der man gut einkaufen, essen und flanieren kann. Touristisch ist sie nicht so überlaufen, sodass man sich gut unter die Einheimischen mischen kann. Wir kommen ganz sicherlich noch einmal in den nächsten Jahren zurück und vermissen alles jetzt schon sehr!

Belle maison mais…

La maison est belle, dans un cadre vraiment canon ! La piscine est propre et fonctionnelle. La voiture est indispensable pour tout déplacement… Concernant la maison, nous l’avons eue vraiment sale ! Il y a visiblement plusieurs locations passées depuis le dernier ménage général. Nous avons passé une matinée à nettoyer les salles de bains et toilettes, les équipements fournis (cuisine, mobilier extérieur, literie, etc) mériteraient d’être renouveler… Bref de bonnes vacances car la région est géniale mais nous ne pouvons pas dire que le confort de la maison a beaucoup participé
