Esta encantadora casa de pedra privada com 4 quartos e piscina infinita privativa está situada no Garfagnana, com vistas deslumbrantes sobre a montanha, totalmente inigualáveis, que são mais apreciadas na piscina, quando alguém sente que está realmente nadando nas montanhas !!!
Este é realmente um refúgio de montanha!
Esta casa de pedra construída com telhado de ardósia tradicional foi cuidadosamente renovada e restaurada pelos proprietários e mantém muitas características originais, como pisos tradicionais, janelas castanhas, tetos com vigas expostas.
Apesar da sensação quase rústica desta casa e localização, há confortos modernos, com cozinhas bem equipadas, casas de banho modernas e WIFI!
Externamente, há um grande jardim, uma linda área de piscina, alpendre para refeições ao ar livre e churrasco para completar sua experiência de vida ao ar livre.
Detalhes completos:
Entre na propriedade via pérgola coberta (ideal para relaxar à sombra com um livro e um copo de vinho) na área de estar / jantar em plano aberto. Tetos com vigas, lareira, TV com canais de esportes, sofás, mesa de jantar. Há um DVD player, CD player e Wi-Fi.
Através da entrada em arco na cozinha principal com forno, fogão de 6 bicos, lava-louças, freezer e microondas e uma moderna casa de banho com máquina de lavar.
No andar de cima da sala de estar para o desembarque, levando a um quarto duplo romântico com tetos em arco e janela grande, dois quartos duplos e uma moderna casa de banho. Um dos gêmeos tem janelas tradicionais de ripas com portas francesas.

Acessado por uma porta separada, é o anexo de um quarto que possui uma sala de estar / cozinha / jantar em plano aberto, completa com forno, fogão e geladeira / freezer, sala de banho e um quarto duplo no estilo mezanino. The villa was an amazing setting for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Spectacular mountain views surrounded the property, creating a truly memorable experience. The villa was exceptionally well maintained, and the pool was both beautiful and refreshing.We highly recommend hiring Chef Alessio for at least one gourmet meal or a cooking lesson. His food, expertise, and hospitality were outstanding.The drive into town takes about 20 minutes, so it is helpful to plan ahead and allow extra time for outings.We could not have imagined a better place for a family vacation while celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. It was the perfect setting for this special milestone.

Beautiful & Peaceful

Our little group of 4 had a wonderful stay at Pian di Luca! The view was spectacular, and the accommodations were perfect. From “Pizza & Wine” night at the property to afternoons by the pool, we loved every minute of our time spent here.

The place is spectacularly beautiful and the house is lovely. The pool is not large but is amazing, with finches. during the day and fireflies at night.There was supposed to be a separate suite with a bedroom and bathroom in a different part of the structure, but unfortunately it was unusable because the mildew/musty smell was so overwhelming. So it was effectively a three bedroom, two bathroom property. This was enough for us but if we had had the other suite, we would have used it.One very small pet peeve: I think at this price point it would be nice to have just one roll of paper towels and one bar of bath soap in the house in case guests arrive after grocery stores are closed. Maybe also to have bedding for all the beds instead of just some.

Great getaway on a mountain

Metello is a very relaxing property with a great pool. The house and annexe are relaxing and homely. Outside bbq and pizza oven are amazing and the views are beautiful.

You can’t beat that view

We greatly enjoyed our time at this house close to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana The view from the house and the pool is absolutely amazing. The house is spacious and beautifully remodeled. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. We went for day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Isola Santa Lake. Returning back to the house in the afternoon to relax at the pool and enjoying the view felt like special treat. Hope we can return one day.

A slice of heaven on Earth! Originally we had intended to use this as a home base to visit other areas. Once we arrived and witnessed to beautiful surroundings we only made a couple of trips. We could not have had a better family experience. The owners made it very special leaving a basket of farm fresh goodies that we made the most delightful Potato Leek soup. The downside, we had to leave to go home!! :( Just delightful!!!!!

Top location between cities and the mountains

We had a great time in early September. The house is beautiful and lies very secluded. The nice thing for our group was that we could split between city tourism (Pisa, Florence ...) and mountain hiking since both is easily reachable from the property. The stone oven is great for making Pizza and the kitchen equipment in general was very good for a holiday home. The owners have been super helpful during the reservation process and were also reachable during our stay. We would love to come again someday :)

Amazing view

We were 4 adults 1 teen and 2 children and we had a very lovely stay at this house. The rooms were big and had everything needed. The house was clean and very nice furnished and the surroundings was well maintained. Only thing missing was better wifi. Outside the house there was absolutely no connection. The view from the house is amazing and we would definitely come back.

Wow !

We had the most relaxing week at metello - the photos of the pool & view are far exceeded in reality The accomodation was immaculate & had everything you would need - comfy beds & sofa - great WiFi connection Andrea & his father were very welcoming and responded quickly when we had questions - the complimentary wine was lovely Will definitely return - our most relaxing holiday ever. The drive up the mountain is definitely worth it!

Closer to heaven

Wow! That was our first impression of this property and it’s location. If you are tempted by the photos online then just book it as it does not disappoint. The views are just stunning and the villa itself is perfect. The infinity pool is great but very cold, that would be my one improvement to this property, pool heating. If we ever win the lottery we will be putting in a bid for this place, that says it all. Tutti fantastico 👍🏼 Grazie, Douglas and Carol 2nd to 9th June18

My family and I stayed at this property for a week in June, and and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The photographs don't do it justice, seeing is believing. The peace, tranquility and privacy are superb , the drive up the road is well worth it believe me! Castelnouvo is a small pleasant town with plenty of little shops and a weekly market, the locals are very friendly. I'd like to thank the owners for the lovely bottles of wine, while not pretending to be an expert I can safely say they were delicious!! Grazie!! The house itself is excellent and everything is to a high standard, cool enough at night to sleep comfortably. We will return here again hopefully. Arriverderci!

Beauty, Comfort, Great Hosts!

It was our first trip to Italy, and this was the perfect family dwelling. The pictures don't begin to capture the breathtaking Dolomites or the outstanding accommodations! The kitchen is a gem! So convenient and easy to cook. We had a chef come in to fix dinner on our last day, and he loved the kitchen, too. We took walks/hikes on the surrounding trails, and relaxed by the gorgeous pool which, by the way, has beautiful night lighting!! The owner fixed pizza in the outdoor pizza oven one evening, and it was a highlight of our trip with fresh, delicious ingredients and gracious conversation...and fabulous wines. We did not mind the narrow and winding roads on the days we drove to Lucca (90 minutes) or Florence (2.5 hours), but be aware of the challenging driving that we saw as a Tuscan adventure rather than a negative. It's the perfect get-away!

Back again

Having stayed here for one week last year we decided to book for 2weeks in early September this year. The weather forecast on the run up to the holiday was not looking great but in the end it turned out to be 27 to 30 degrees pretty much every day apart from a couple. We do love the house and the peaceful location but as we mentioned last year the pool needs to be heated. We sat by it every day and I did force myself to get in it on a couple of occasions but it was just too cold to enjoy even in the current temperatures. It did spoil the overall holiday feeling having it there but not being able to enjoy it. We still love the house though!

Pian di Luca bevindt zich op een schitterende plek in de Apuaanse Alpen. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. Op zich is het erg privaat, maar helaas staat er nog een vakantiehuis achter het gezamenlijke toegangshek. Wanneer je de pech hebt, zoals wij in de derde week, dan is dat 2e huis verhuurd aan een gezin met een hullend kind. Dan staat dat huis net te dicht bij.Het verblijf is goed uitgerust, al zou de WiFi snelheid wel wat hoger mogen/moeten. Over het algemeen was het huis goed schoongemaakt, maar het kan beter. Vooral de badkamer op de begane grond had schoner gekund.Al met al is Pian de Luca een prachtige vakantielocatie en kunnen we het zeker aanraden. Vooral het zelfstandige 2e appartement kan erg handig zijn, wanneer je er met meerdere mensen vertoeft.

We are sorry that during your third week you were disturbed by noise from a child staying at the neighbouring property. Whilst the two detached houses each have their own gardens, pools, driveways and entrances, sharing only the gate, and with the pools around 60 metres apart on separate levels, we appreciate that even distant noise can occasionally interrupt the peace. We are also sorry that the cleaning did not fully meet your expectations. This is unusual for the property, but we will discuss your comments with the owner to ensure standards remain high. Sehr erholsamer Ferienort, super schön. Wir sind nach 1 Woche entspannt nach Hause gefahren. Besten Dank für alles auch das Gemüse war sehr lecker.

mooi huis maar vooral een prachtige omgeving met idyllische uitzichten

fijne vakantie met de familie op dit prachtig plekje. De verhuurders hebben ons wijn en een doos vol met bio groentjes gebracht die we dan ook lekker klaar gemaakt hebben. De living is niet enorm groot, maar het huis is zeer proper en praktisch. Onze zoon met zijn vriendin genoten van de aparte studio en hadden zo alle privacy. Wel was een tweede sleutel misschien nuttig als niet iedereen dezelfde uitstapjes maakt. zo kan iedereen in het huis. De afstand naar een dorp voor restaurantjes en of inkopen is wel een bergrit van ongeveer een half uurtje. Maar de rust die je hiervoor krijgt is deze rit wel waard. wij deden verschillende uitstappen en genoten van onze vakantie in de bergen.
