The unit is identical to the first floor with 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed in one room, 2 twin beds in the other two rooms), and one full bath,. The unit offers its own gas grill, washer & dryer, fully-equipped kitchen (including a Keurig machine), window air conditioning units, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, wireless Internet, flat screen cable HDTV with a variety of channels (including on demand music and HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Starz channels). As a precaution measure, we kindly ask our guests to bring their own comforters/blankets, pillows, sheets, towels, and beach chairs, we will include boogie boards, and beach badges.
In addition to the items listed above, this fully equipped kitchen includes new flatware, silverware, glassware, microwave, toaster oven, blender, mixer, regular coffee machine, lobster pot, and cooking ware.
Surf City is a great beach community where one can walk comfortably to several gourmet delis, cheese and specialty stores, variety of restaurants, butcher shop, art galleries, gift shops, church, ice cream parlors, barber shop, bike rentals, hair and nail salons.
Please note that 4 beach badges (valued at $40 each) are included with each unit; however, tenant is responsible for lost badges. Also, no smoking or pets allowed, We welcome families, no groups please. Thank you!
