⭐⭐Modern 5 Bed, 4 Bath Home on Calabay Parc | Private Pool | Minutes to Disney⭐⭐

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re really glad to hear that you and your family had a great stay and that everything—from communication to the cleanliness and comfort of the home—met your expectations. It’s especially nice to know you enjoyed the pool deck—that’s one of the best features of the home, and we’re happy it made your vacation even more relaxing. We also appreciate your note on the location being convenient for both Orlando and Lakeland. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime in the future!

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us. We’re so glad to hear that the home’s location was convenient for your visit and that it worked well for your son’s baseball event. We appreciate your feedback regarding the additional charges for early check-in and pool/spa heating. These are outlined in advance as optional services, but we understand how this can still feel frustrating, and we’ll continue looking for ways to make this clearer and more accommodating for our guests. We’re also sorry to hear that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations, particularly the cleanliness of the shower tile and the appearance of the window panes near the main door. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we’ve shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these areas are addressed promptly. Thank you again for your valuable feedback—it truly helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide an even better experience.

Thank you for leaving your wonderful review Claire, it's very much appreciated, but more importantly I'm really pleased to hear how much you all enjoyed your stay, that's the main thing! Great customer service and satisfaction is our main priority, so I'm really pleased that you had a great experience. We would love to host you all again, please feel free to contact me any time. Thanks, Nick

Thank you for your positive review, Adam. I’m really pleased to hear that you had a great time and would recommend the house to others. We’ve recently made several updates, including a full repaint, new pool furniture, and new bedroom furniture, so I’m sorry to hear that two of the beds weren’t comfortable for you. I completely understand that comfort is very much a personal preference, and I appreciate you sharing your feedback. Thank you as well for mentioning the pans. Had we received a quick message during your stay, we would have happily looked into replacing them right away. I apologise that they weren’t quite right for you. Thank you for being such wonderful guests. I hope we’ll have the pleasure of welcoming you back again in the future. Kind regards, Nick
