-Housekeeping Included- For bookings during the period of 1st January - 14th April and 7th October - 31st December, there will be cleaning for 10 hours per week (not Sunday). For bookings during the period of 15th April - 6th -October, there will be daily cleaning of 6 hours per day (not Sundays). Gardener for exterior cleaning.

-Security Deposit: €1000 which is payable via bank transfer 30 days before arrival.
