Sanitized Country home with backyard tiki hut and firepit

Family-friendly, comfortable country home with Smart TV, board games, beach gear, comfortable linens and extra touches throughout to make you feel at home. Spacious, and affordable 1300 square foot home with plenty of parking and nice country setting with many trees and large lot sharing 2.7 acres with the owners house. Only a 10 to 15 minute drive to beaches and only a 3 to 5 minute drive to 3 golf courses including award winning Monarch Dunes, Cypress Ridge, and Blacklake. Located in the quiet country area of Arroyo Grande, this 2 bd., 1.5 bath home is perfect for couples or families. Spacious, quiet and clean and we have included everything we could think of for you to have a stress-free and fun visit; including the softest of beds and linens, a fully-stocked kitchen, games, cable tv and beach gear.

Two large bedrooms and full bath upstairs, with extra queen sized futon bed in master room to sleep 6 comfortably. Large backyard with BBQ, patio set, and tiki hut with benches surrounding a firepit so the whole family can sit around the fire . Full sized cooler, boogie boards, beach towels, and lawn chairs.

We love pets, but we have had some inconsiderate pet owners so we are needing to pre-approve all pets before booking. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please send an inquiry BEFORE booking with the type of pet you have. Dogs must be over 1 year, fully potty-trained, does not bark or chew, and does not shed. Also, dogs must not be left alone at the property unless crated. Thank you!

This was a wonderful rental and perfect for dogs. They have an enclosed backyard for the dogs to free range. The beds are comfortable and unit has everything needed. Great hot water and pressure. The hosts are amazing, very helpful. We will stay here again.

We loved the house and it was ideal for our family and dog. Great neighborhood to walk the dog. Did not use the Tiki hut it looked less maintained than the house.

Quick get-a-way for July 4th holiday

Had a wonderful time with friends and my pup, Hanna (who needs to get away from fireworks in town). Quiet, relaxing, and everything we needed, we had. Owners were kind, accommodating, and helpful. Highly recommend this home with wonderful fenced backyard for my pup, who also enjoyed her stay.

This was our fourth stay at the Tiki Hut. On our way home made reservations for our next trip. We love it there so much. The tiki hut is so nice to enjoy after a day at the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and if something is needed all you need to do is ask. Joe and Trenda are wonderful hosts. If you happen to run into them during your stay it’ll be a plus! See you again soon!!

Comfy home

Great week-long stay!

My wife and I decided to take a week away from home and stay at this fantastic property. My wife was able to work remotely (great WiFi connection) and I was able to enjoyed the backyard with our two dogs. The privacy of the unit was great as well! The area is one of our favorites and we capitalized on our stay the whole time. Lastly, Joe and Trenda were awesome hosts….very accommodating and responsive if we had any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this property! 5-stars!

Wholesome fun

The best part of my experience was that the kids were entertained. They were able to work the TV so my husband and I could sleep in, but they quickly moved on to discovering new games to play from the game supply. Because we got in late, we ended up using the fire pit in the morning and the kids loved that too.

Great backyard!

Quiet, secluded, pretty area. Home met all our needs. It was a little older and dated, but would definately stay again. Absolutely loved the backyard patio. Played Cornhole and had a fire in the Tiki Hut. (wood was provided too!) Wished we could've stayed longer to use outside grill too. Very convenient location to beaches, wineries and coastal towns. Hosts Trenda and Joe were very responsive too!! They even had the makings for S'mores ready for us!

Nice get away

We stayed for a quick get away for a visit with our son at Cal Poly. It was close enough(30 minutes) to the campus for us. The fire pit was really nice. The place was very clean and well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood. Peaceful.

Wonderful getaway!

This was our second stay and we somehow enjoyed it even more ! The hosts are so welcoming and quick to accommodate. It was really nice to have a quiet secluded place to stay that was big enough for the whole family (plus our pooch) after long days at the beach.

A Five Star Review for Five Star Stay

This is our first experience staying at a VRBO. This property raises the bar for all others! The owners are responsive and welcoming. The peaceful retreat with its rustic five star atmosphere is filled with cute décor everywhere you look! Our dogs loved the big backyard, the quiet walks, and we all enjoyed the comfy beds and homey feel of this property. We also enjoyed the free Showtime, supplied board games, and the warmth of the remote controlled fire place. Plus, the s'mores you provided to use in the fire pit was such a sweet touch. Thank you for making our only 2020 vacation a rewarding, relaxing, and refreshing experience! We hope to return again soon!

Cozy and Fun Getaway

A few miles from downtown Pismo, but worth it to have the big backyard and away from the crowds. Totally worth the price. My family and I were completely comfortable at this house and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hosts were very accommodating to us and responded to every message quickly. We ran out of propane for the BBQ, and the host had a new tank brought to us within the hour. Great experience!
