Downtown Pismo Beach Near Pier, Easy walk to beach just 3/4 block away. Coastal living with miles of sand and dunes. Adjacent to downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Living room has comfy seating, large flat screen High Definition TV with Roku for you to log into your streaming accounts, and an electric fireplace insert. Wood floors throughout including kitchen. Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped, including, cookware, dishes, small appliances, double wide fridge, and stainless steel appliances. Dining room seats 4, overhead fan, mirror wall, breakfast bar with 3 stools. Primary bedroom has queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bed and bath linens included. Deck off dining room with ocean views. Barbecue (must be used by the garage and returned to garage after use). Wireless Internet. Beach chairs, deck chairs, boogie boards, 2 adult-size bicycles available for use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Great location for access to the beach and pier and as a base to explore the area. Town view from street side. We went in October, which has the second highest average temperature (72oF) and lucked out with clear skies and warm weather. However, that meant the third floor with the bedrooms got up to 80oF as there is no air conditioning. There are a couple of small tabletop fans available in the closets. Instructions for entry came about 2 hours before checkin and I had to go to the management office about a mile away to pick up and drop off the keys, which I found inconvenient.

Fun at the beach

The property was clean and was nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards and some beach towels available to use. The kitchen is equipped with most anything needed to make meals.. Although, surprised it didn’t have crab cracker (well that I could find lol) The place is great location,as it is walking distance to beach and walking to all the shops and eateries. My only negative is that it is a little noisy outside in the early mornings…especially trash day. However, beds are comfy and easy to roll over and go back to sleep.

Awesome spot!

Overall loved this place. They made accommodations for us to check in early if needed for a surprise decoration for a birthday. They accommodated us with water and anything else due to the no drinking water issue the area had. Communication was phenomenal and had a blast during our trip here!

Annual family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go every year with our grandchildren and love it ! The location was perfect off the main st and feet away from the beach. We go to the play ground in the evening and let the kids ride the scooters I roll over our deposit and book before we leave town the staff makes it so easy and are super helpful if we need anything. The house is fully equipped with all essential items for our 5 night stay we love to bbq at least 3 nights . We did have an issue with the tv but it was fixable. We loved the view from our room. the house was clean and can’t wait till next year&#x1f495;

It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed all amenities the area offers. We had good food, sandy beach, shopping and entertainment within a short walking distance. We will return and highly recommend Coastal Vacation Rentals to anyone and everyone with a large family. The best part was the garage for parking. Excellent stay and lots of fun!

Highly recommend coastal vacation rentals for all their locations and the properties they manage. 177 Ocean View is one of our favorites because of how the owners keep it stocked of must need toys and things to make a beach trip memorable. Great place with a short walk to beach

This property we have stayed twice and its so close to the beach, great location and I will agree that this living room needs a L shape couch so more people can sit down as the current couch that is there now only sits 3 but overall we were pleased with the place and the garage is a bonus to park your cars in!

The place is nice, neat and clean with a parking garage for 2 cars and its location is perfect and it’s close to everything within walking distance. There are a lot of stairs to go up so keep that in mind with your luggage and stuff you’re brining along with you.

Nice and close to walk to Pismo Pier

Nice Condo, lots of stairs, which was good, needed the exercise. Everything was great, only two things to report for best reviews... We really needed to check in early because of a wedding rehearsal, and I asked Breana two times to please have our unit cleaned 1st, she said sorry no can do, so I stopped into their office about 1pm +-, and was then told the unit was ready. I hate to be a pain, but sometimes need some extra consideration. 2nd, the couch only seats 3 and 1 chair, but the unit is for 6 people, so an 'L' -shaped couch would sure make things more comfortable for watching a late night movie.

We take our grandchildren and our grown kids this is the first time we rented from coastal vacation rental I had to call the office for a new key cause my granddaughter locked us out they came right over in minutes . I booked for next year already . Love this place

Pismo Condo Family Get Away

We stayed at this condo for about three weeks. As advertised, it is close to the beach and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The condo was outfitted with much more in the way of towels, beach items and kitchenware than most places we’ve stayed. The only downside was the noise. The noise was not mentioned in other reviews we saw before scheduling. The end of the block has a turnaround used by trash trucks, street sweepers, large delivery trucks and weekend party trucks, which create a lot of noise in the unit. During the week is not so bad, but on the weekends there are also trucks with loud radios and folks who have walked to and from the bars late into the night. We enjoyed everything else about the condo but the noise.

177 Ocean View Pismo Beach "fantastic"

The property is in a wonderful location 3/4 block from the beach with many nearby shops and restaurants. The garage, bikes, boogie boards etc. were nice conveniences. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The only potential drawback is the two sets of stairs for the elderly or very young children. Overall a great experience.
