Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home in a Resort-like Community.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with expansive views of the golf course in the distance over the lake from the lanai, master bedroom and living room. One of the 2 guest bedrooms can be closed off with a bathroom by a barn door to create an "en suite" set-up.

Enjoy wonderful sunsets over the lake and golf course.
Herons Glen renters will enjoy all the conveniences that the Herons Glen Country Club has to offer (most at no additional fee).

Be it sports (tennis, golf on a PGA certified 18 hole course, pickleball, bocce ball), the numerous clubs (art, chess, photography, travel, quilting, etc.), enjoying the restaurant/bar, the brand new fitness center or just lounging by the community pool/hot tub this community has it all.

The location close to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and Naples means that there is plenty to explore year round.

Includes golf cart and bikes for use on the course or around Herons Glen.

Herons Glen generally allows renting the house for 30 days or more at a time. Of course you don't need the house for the whole 30 days. Let me know. Contact me through the VRBO website and I'll see if we can work something out. If this seems confusing contact us at with the dates interested and we'll explain it further.

Beautiful and comfortable home in a wonderful and welcoming community. Clean, comfortable, and everything you would need is provided in the home. There was an extensive variety of activities within the community to participate in. The entire process from booking, to arriving, right through to our departure was seamless and Ron regularly communicated to ensure we were aware of the activities and to ensure we did not need anything. We have traveled and stayed in many different types of accommodations but this was by far our favorite. I would recommend this location and this rental to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Myers Cape Coral area!!!

Perfect!

Ron and Diana's place had everything we needed for a comfortable transition on our move to Florida and a few pleasant surprises like the peaceful view from the patio. We were amazed at the amenities available in the community -- fitness center, pool, (affordable!) golf to just name a few. And, everyone we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Ron was always available for any question or concern and provided us with regular updates on the community to make sure we were aware of all of the available activities. Wonderful stay!

Quiet neighborhood and best sunsets

The neighborhood is very well kept and peaceful. The home is in great shape and very comfortable. But best of all are the sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and owners

The property was set up perfectly with a barn style sliding door effectively turning one bedroom into a self contained suite. The master was big with a nice bathroom and the third bedroom was perfect for kids. The TVs and bedding could be updated but the ascetic fit for Florida. The owners really thought of everything you could need and provided it there for you. The community was very nice and had good amenities. While we were there the golf course was under heavy construction and there was constant noise. They also seemed to mow the lawns and trim the weeds on alternating days. Meaning we were always hearing them. None of this is the owners fault but is why I rated the location a little lower. When the course is done I’m sure it will be beautiful. Our only other noteworthy point was a lack of diversity in the community. Again, nothing to do with the owners and not necessarily a negative or a positive, but if you are looking for a culturally diverse location/interactions this would not be the community. Cant say enough nice things about the owners! Seem like great people.

Lovely clean home. Well equipped, furnished, & amply stocked. Quiet friendly Guard gated neighborhood. HOSTS.. AWESOME easy communications Pre, Post and written documents to answer any questions you may have. Wild life amazing and guest even pulled a 10lb bass out of the pond behind the house. Thanks Guys

Beautiful home/ neighborhood, accomidating hosts, highly recommend

This home is beautiful with a gorgeous view in back of the pond. Lots of wild life. We occasionally saw alligators swimming in the ponds throughout the community and a variety of different types of birds. Hosts are very friendly and helped out whenever we had questions or concerns. We were able to use their gold cart and drove it to the community pool. Their restaurant was serving BBQ items for lunch which are very good. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Great Country Club Holiday!!!

Enjoyed this home very much! Light modern, high ceilings and tall windows and doors made it feel large and open. Then the lovely lake view, with abundant wild tropical birds visiting, bunny's playing on the grounds. Very relaxing. Worth saying the master bedroom/bathroom with large walk in shower and hand held shower head, private toilet room and double sinks, was more like a full bath, rather then a half bath, also very nice large walk in closet. Much better then expected .On arrival this home was extremely clean and was well supplied. Ron and Diana, were great to work with, made it all very easy. Herons Glen, is a very nice Country Club community. With all the amenities, and restaurant, all in the community. The Golf cart that comes with this home was great fun, and made us fit right in. The neighbors, we meet were all friendly and welcoming. Herons Glen is also beautifully landscaped and maintained, Would highly recommend this Home. Thank you, Ron & Diana for sharing, your piece of paradise

Wow!!!

Beautiful spacious home in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Home is equipped better than most homes. View from the lanai overlooks a lake & the golf course, a great place for morning coffee. Sunsets from the lania can be outstanding. The owners, Ron & Diana were a pleasure to deal with. After a month, we hated to leave. We highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it.

Everything was as advertised and more. The owners were super to deal with, very friendly and accommodating. The house was comfortable and the view from the linai was awesome. Amazing peaceful!

The owners were extremely helpful. A great peaceful neighborhood. I can't even tell how amazing the experience was. If I wasn't purchasing a home here I would definitely use this place as a destination.

It is amazing in that it is a wonderful place to visit rain or shine, summer or winter.

The people are amazingly friendly.

WARNING....You will likely fall in love with this community just like we did!
