Welcome to the gated neighborhood of La Quinta Fairways (50th and Park). Home sits on a quiet street just minutes from old town La Quinta, where shops and dining choices abound. This incredibly beautiful location overlooks the 9th hole of The Dunes Course - part of the Waldorf Astoria's La Quinta Resort & Club. Enjoy South facing unobstructed views of the water lily-filled lake, majestic Santa Rosa Mountains and greens of the course from the house and the backyard patio with a pool & spa which are elevated from the fairway for privacy. The home features 2600 sq feet of space with an open floor plan and 3 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition, there is 1/2 bath in the main living area for guests. Home has all new kitchen appliances (installed in July 2017). Home has a private front gated courtyard and a two-car garage (full use). Home features new stainless steel appliances, luxury linens, memory foam bedding and down pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with new towels. Enjoy sunsets and views of the mountains and lake from under the covered dining patio that features a new stainless steel gas BBQ. This patio area also has an installed thermal ceiling heater with blower to take the chill off cool desert evenings. Enjoy spectacular views of the mountains, lake and golf course from the Kitchen, Dining, Living room and Master bedroom. Picture yourself luxuriating in the spa or floating peacefully in the heated pool in this private backyard. Travertine floors throughout home. The main living room has a new 70" 4k TV. Master Bed Room features a 50" Flat Panel TV and one of the guest rooms has a 40" LCD TV. All TV's have access to Cable TV which includes HBO and Showtime channels. The 2nd guest room provides a workspace complete with desk and 25" inch display and the entire home, courtyard and patio have access to 100mb high-speed Wi-Fi. Home is stocked with appliances and every comfort to make this your home away from home.

Paradise!

This was our second four-month stay, and it's absolutely paradise! The views are incredible and the home has everything we needed. The owner is a great communicator, which also made the stay very easy. Highly recommend this property!!

Such a comfortable and modern home in a beautiful setting

This property is well furnished, well stocked, in a great neighbourhood and has a beautiful view over a golf course and pond. The owner is very easy to communicate with and gets back to you right away. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfection in La Quinta

The house is great and very secure in a gated community. The setting is gorgeous with full mountain views. Just beautiful! Thomas is a wonderful host who provides excellent communication before, during, and after the stay. We had everything we needed and could not have been happier!

Desert Paradise

Wonderful home, but even better than that fantastic views. Golf/mountain facing view. Home had everything we needed and then some. Beds were very comfortable. Nice little pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of outdoor seating. Did I mention the view? Quiet neighborhood, close to nice restaurants. Owner very easy to communicate with and if you have any questions is quick to respond. Will be back next year. Did not want to leave.

Fantastic home with amazing views !!!

My husband & I recently spent Thanksgiving at this wonderful home, we have been travelling to the area for the last 10 years and and we have stayed at a number of homes. This home had by far the best views of the golf course, the lake and the mountains. What a delight to wake up to see the sun rise from the king sized bed in the Master Bedroom. We also loved that the homeowners allowed us to bring our dog Digby who is a part of our family. The kitchen was well stocked with pots,pans utensils and any appliance you could think of, luxury bedding and toiletries gave the place an extra touch which we appreciated. We loved the pool and Spa together with the BBQ and outdoor overhead heater were perfect for grilling and chilling in the evening. Great location too, very close to Old Town La Quinta and some great restaurants, would recommend Lavender's and Arnold Palmer's for great outdoor dining. Thomas the owner was very responsive to any questions and so easy to deal with. We thought the photos looked amazing when we booked but the home far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend to our friends. Thanks for a great stay !!!

A Little Slice of Heaven

We rented this property for 30 days in November and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We had up to 4 guests staying with us at various times and the fact that all three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms as well as super comfy King sized beds (with the option for one room to be made up as twins), was a huge bonus. The photos of this property do not do it justice. It is extremely well stocked, has beautiful views out over the golf course and distant mountains, and is in a great location relative to Old Town La Quinta, grocery stores etc. The pool setting is lovely with water spouts (optional) that provide relaxing white noise. One of our favourite pastimes was chilling in the floating pool chairs in the heat of the day. The owner went to the effort of providing a detailed binder with comprehensive instructions for the pool, spa, television, air conditioning/heating system etc. It also contained information on local amenities. Very well organized and greatly appreciated. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very pleasant to deal with. We couldn't ask for more!

Ideal location with fantastic views

This was our 3rd winter staying at Thomas and Tami's beautiful home in LaQuinta. The newly remodeled kitchen and beverage area were a welcome surprise. They are always updating the home which makes returning all the sweeter. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Old Town LQ. The views are a 10+. Thanks again for being gracious hosts.

A perfect winter in paradise

Thomas & Tami's home doesn't only have everything you need but also has the most breathtaking views of the mountains. The outdoor space is private, quiet, and a slice of heaven. This was our 2nd winter renting from them. Thomas is quick to respond to any questions. Our Covid winter turned into a blessing. Great place to have quiet time and watch the world go by. We are planning to return to next winter. Thanks for a great stay!

AMAZING

I can't recommend this property enough. Let's start with the owners. Thomas and Tina were so gracious and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home in their home. They were very responsive to any questions we had - prior to and during the booking process. Their communication about the property and how to make the most of our stay was nothing less than impressive. And this continued throughout our stay and even during the check out process. Not only did they do a fabulous job of communicating, they have a great "book" at the property with detailed instructions on how to heat the pool, how to operate the tv and many other hints including restaurant menus, hiking trails etc. The pictures of the property are very accurate, but honestly - it's even way better than it looks in the pictures. The view is nothing less than spectacular. Their taste in decor, artwork, furnishings etc. is enviable. The kitchen is so VERY well equipped and well laid out etc. They have seriously thought of everything to ensure you enjoy your stay. And they actively solicit feedback in case there is something that could be improved. How cool is that? In addition, the neighbors are FABULOUS and the location is excellent. It would be very hard for me to pinpoint one thing we liked the most, but among the things we enjoyed: The lovely furniture and decor. Love the mix of classic, contemporary and whimsical. They have FABULOUS taste. The motion sensitive night lights and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. The rain shower showerhead in the master bathroom. The very quiet dishwasher. The well equipped kitchen and bar. The organization in the cupboards. The spices/seasonings left for your use. The bbq that is tied to the gas line so you don't have to deal with propane tanks. The outside ceiling fan and heater. The resort like patio furniture. The floaties and pool noodles. The fun orange planters in the front courtyard. You will be very lucky to find this property available and I would highly recommend you book it immediately if you do find it available. We will definitely be back!

Great home

I've been staying here for the past 2 years and I enjoy every day of it. The house itself is very well kept and very clean. The views are amazing and it is conveniently located to great shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this home and I look forward to staying here again next year.

Magnificent views in an ideal location

The home is much more than what is described. The outdoor living space is ideal if you enjoy nature and magnificent views of the mountains in La Quinta. It's obvious the owners use this home for personal use because the home has a lot of "extras" such as a well stocked kitchen, outdoor dinnerware, large BBQ, and other things to make their home feel like home. Very comfortable in a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance to Old Towne La Quinta. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and go above and beyond in helping us through the Covid19 pandemic. We plan to return next year.

Highly recommend this 5 star home.

We have nothing but good things to say about this special home. First! It is in a pretty and secure gated community. Then there is the lovely 3 bedroom (great for guest) home. And lets not forget the spectacular view of the mountains. From the court yard out front to the pool, spa; golf course and mountains views out back it offers a wonderful outdoor living space. The home is immaculate, well stocked, decorated and maintained. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need. The family room and master bedrooms have huge televisions and the enire home has the most comfortable beds. It is located very close to Old Town, La Quinta (walkable). The home is also close to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, golf, biking and hiking. We have rented many homes in La Quinta and this was by far the best. The property exceeded our expectations. Thomas the owner is easy to work with, helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The folder provided in the house with home instructions is comprehensive and very helpful. We would highly recommend this home and would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful 3 months. Paradise in the Desert

Perfection is the one word I would describe staying here.. From the moment you enter into the secure guard gated community. To the moment you walk into the beautiful home and have your breath taken away by that amazing triple mountain view! You truly cannot get any better then this! We have stayed at this home 3 times now. Thomas and Tami are by far the best host. They have put so much thought, care and attention to detail as to what their guest would need in order to be comfortable with this home, nothing is left out! Anytime I have had questions, they have been quick to respond, even if they were out of the country. Each of the rooms are very spacious, the home is light and bright. Super close proximity to Old Town, literally walking distance. Close proximity to grocery, shops and dining. About a 5 minute drive to the 111 Hwy. If you are thinking about a stay in the Desert, look no further! You are not going to find a more perfect home then this one, and more accommodating host! Cannot imagine my stay being any more perfect being anywhere else! Thank you so much again Thomas and Tami! Very much looking forward to my next stay!

AMAZING

Super clean, attention to detail.. Gorgeous home, very private. Close to shops, dining and entertainment.. It was truly the perfect home for a getaway to relax before the new year. Thomas and Tami were fantastic host. Answered our questions and gave clear instructions on how to operate things in the house from the pool to the Keurig coffee maker. We are blessed to live in beautiful sunny southern California and make our full time residence in the beachside community of San Clemente. We enjoy trips to the desert to get away, go hiking in nearby Joshua Tree and riding our bikes all over town. We also love to visit Palm Springs but wanted a place that was out of the hustle and bustle where we could relax and maybe read a book by the pool and hear the sounds of birds chirping or the wind dancing with the palm leaves.

We discovered the La Quinta area thru good friends who own a home in the area. After looking at many properties my wife and I walked into the front door of this home and fell in love with the panoramic views and knew we wanted this as our desert hideaway home to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. Just outside the gated community your a short bike ride into Old Town La Quinta - a great little shopping and dining area that feels historic but was completed within the last 15 years or so. Welcome to Nuestra casa de sueños del desierto- Our Home for Desert Dreams.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The home has a great calming effect and the views are postcard perfect. The weather in the desert is about as wonderful as you could want September thru April and the area is full of dining options at every level , things do to and world class shopping on The Paseo in Palm Desert. The home is a short drive into downtown Palm Springs for nights on the town and to visit the many eclectic boutiques and galleries that line the main strip. If you are a golfer - there are too many choices to play - each course offering different views and undulations to master your game. We hope you enjoy the home and the tranquility and peace that it brings us.
