A 5 minute taxi ride or a 25 minutes' walk brings you into the historic harbour town of Kalkan. The quaint centre is a treasure trove of narrow streets, whitewashed Ottoman style houses and cobbled streets. with an abundance of interesting shops, sophisticated restaurants, stylish bars and cafes. There are also a number of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Ground Floor

Upon entering the villa, the ground floor has a spacious open plan living area with a sitting room, kitchen,and dining area. There is plenty of comfortable seating, plus a wood burning fire for the cooler months, a large flat screen TV with DVD player. Sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.The dining table comfortably accommodates six people, and there is a guest cloakroom adjacent to the villa’s entrance.

First Floor

On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with en-suite bathrooms and a shared balcony overlooking Kalamar Bay. The front of the villa houses the double bedroom, which is semi-circular and has floor to ceiling windows. Sliding doors lead to the communal balcony, which has a table and two chairs for each bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features a built-in bath and a separate shower, and it boasts a gorgeous view of the bay below.

The villa's private pool is filled with fresh water so ideal for guests with sensitive skin. It is 5 m x 3,5 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.6 metres.
