We are now welcoming bookings via VRBO and direct enquiries. Villa Palm, a beautiful 3 bedroom (3 ensuite) detached villa with own pool. Villa Palm offers a delightful, quiet setting on the hillside over looking Kalkan Bay. There is a private pool surrounded by excellent terracing with several seating areas set in a mature, colourful garden. Shaded verandah for comfortable alfresco dining. Fully furnished balconies and fabulous roof terrace. Sea views from pool area and all rooms, the gracious Taurus Mountains to the rear of the villa and stunning Kalkan Bay to the front. The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Private pool and terrace area. Pool and terrace cleaned daily. Wall mounted safety deposit box. Security alarm fitted to the villa. Ashtrays are provided however we ask that you please do not smoke inside the villa. Free WI-FI access for guests.

Outside:
Beautiful large terraced area with fabulous, unobstructed sea views. Private pool with lighting. Outdoor furniture includes comfortable cushioned wooden sunbeds and drinks tables. Two large cushioned wrought iron sofas with drinks table. There are moveable parasols for your comfort. Large covered verandah with rectangular dining table and comfortable highback armchairs for 6. There is a large free standing gas BBQ if you fancy trying your hand at alfresco cooking. Beautiful deep pink and red Bougainvillea together with sweet smelling jasmine and wisteria climbs over the verandah and railings and dotted all around the terrace/patio area are terracotta pots overflowing with pretty, scented, colourful flowers. The bedroom balcony is furnished with comfy cushioned wrought iron sofas and a drinks table. The roof terrace is furnished with a covered pergola, comfy wrought iron cushioned day beds, a drinks table and a dining table with 2 chairs. The pool and terrace are cleaned and gardens watered daily.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Towels, tea towels and linen all provided. Villa cleaned, towels and bed linen changed weekly. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

Just what we needed

This was our first visit to Kalkan. We only booked our trip three days before we went, and it was just what we needed. Donna's communication both before and during our trip was outstanding. The villa was one of the best we have ever stayed in, so well equipped and lots of thoughtful touches. The outside space was great and had sunny or shady areas depending on your requirements. We hired a car and had a mixture of days out and lazy days by the pool. We went to Kaputas beach, Patara beach, the town beach and over the mountains to Bezirgan. Temperatures were between 24-31 degrees, which was a real treat. Kalkan town had a nice buzz about it, and everyone was very friendly, honest and helpful.We loved eating out in the rooftop restaurants or down by the harbour. Being October nowhere was too busy. Ramazan was our local villa contact who was great. And finally we'll miss seeing little Squeaky the cat, our daily visitor. Villa Palm scores 10 out of 10 from us.

Brilliant villa

Brilliant villa with all the facilities you could wish for.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Kalkan beautiful town in Turkey. People very friendly and very helpful. Lots of lovely shops restaurants bars etc .

Best Kalkan Experience Yet

Villa was the best we have stayed in and this was our 5th visit to Kalkan. Fantastic location. Clean, well-designed villa with everything you could possibly need provided. Villa had such personal touches which made for a very ‘homely’ feel. Communication with Donna and agent Ramazan was excellent. Really could not fault anything about this lovely property. Highly recommend. Thank you Donna.

Jackpot, this is a fantastic villa

Die Villa ist sehr einfach zu erreichen. Der Hausmeister Ramazan empfing uns an der Villa. Die Villa hat einfach alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Ramazan war auch immer in der Nähe falls man Probleme im Haus hatte. Der Pool und die Terasse werden täglich geputzt. Wir hatten auch andere Villen in Kalkan, aber die hier war bisher die Beste. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic

Everything was sublime. From the pre-booking to our last day. Donna is an amazing host : extremely kind, helpful, arranging and super reactive. The villa is very beautiful, offering good services and wonderful views. Donna thought about everything : actually, you can find all you may need during your stay. Ramazan, the manager, is also very kind and reactive. We totally recommend Villa Palm, and we’ll certainly go back there in the future.

Amazing Views, Comfort, and Convenience

We rented two villas in Kalkan concurrently. One was Donna's Villa Palm for my family, and another villa 2 kilometers up the hills for my wife's family. While the other villa was stated to be more spacious, and luxurious at a higher cost, Donna's Villa Palm beat the other villa hands down in every aspect. This was due to not only the villa's location and features but also Donna's communication throughout, and her on-site maintenance team's professionalism. My entire family was smitten the moment we stepped in the villa to find a chilled bottle of wine, and the ingredients for our next morning's mediterranean breakfast in the fridge. We fell in love after seeing the view. Villa Palm itself has spectacular views on all three levels; poolside, first floor balcony, and roof terrace. There is nothing like ending a long summer Kalkan Bay day on the terrace with your favorite wine. The villa is well-maintained, and provided all the comforts and amenities needed for our 10-day stay. We could stay in and perpare and enjoy a calm meal, as well run out to the near town center to make it an adventure.

BeauVilla with stunning views

This was our 3rd visit to Villa Palm, and after last year we didn’t think it could get any better, but we were surprised, it has. The lovely new kitchen added that bit extra and the new steps to the pool were a good touch. In the villa, it’s like being at home, with the bonus of stunning views, lovely pool area and a great town. Donna the owner certainly helps make the holiday very special, making sure every little detail is covered, from the initial booking to actually going on the holiday. This review could have been shorter, by saying we have booked again for next year, and this says everything you need to know, but I felt I needed to explain.

Fabulous holiday - Simply the best!

Having stayed in this property three times now I am pleased to say that I am yet to be disappointed. Quite honestly I doubt that I ever will be. The marriage of the beautiful Turkish Coastal village of Kalkan and the fabulous Villa Palm only means one thing and that is a holiday to remember for all the right reasons. Well that is of course as long as you don’t want a head banging all night clubbing holiday that is. Perhaps I would have wanted that 40 years ago haha!.

Perfect Kalkan Villa

Our second time at Villa Palm. It was fabulous last year and this year was even better. A lovely new kitchen and lots of lovely little extra touches to ensure we felt even more at home. Donna, the villa owner, makes sure nothing is left to chance and attention to detail is obvious. From the large water cooler to providing beach towels to save you room in your case, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely comfy couches on every level with loads of sunny and shaded areas. A great location, lovely and quiet and only a 10-15 minute walk into town. We now know to just get a taxi back, as the hill is a killer in the heat, but at £2-3 for each journey, why wouldn’t you? We love Kalkan and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else now! Thanks Donna for the extra help and advice you gave while we were there.

Beautiful villa

We stayed for a week at villa palm and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It’s furnished to a high standard and all the outdoor furniture is beautiful, from the comfy sunbeds to the lovely sofas on the roof terrace to watch the sunset. Donna is always on hand if you need anything and had lots of great tips to make your stay enjoyable. We have already booked to go back next year.

Amazing Villa in Beautiful Place

The villa owner Donna was in contact immediately we booked and is available by email for any questions you may have and this helps plan your holiday. This is our 2nd stay at this villa and it is spotless. The beds are changed twice during your 2 week stay and the villa totally cleaned. The WiFi is excellent and the pool is definitely larger than average. The villa has three large bedrooms all ensuite with air conditioning in each room as well as the lounge. The kitchen has completely been refurbished since our last visit 3 years ago and the gas barbecue was also new. This villa is very well looked after and is definitely home from home. The views are better than the photographs show and you have the view from all 3 floors. Kalkan is a beautiful place and has many excellent restaurants where you can eat on the rooftops under the stars. I would recommend anyone who visiting Turkey to stay here and definitely in Villa Palm. I must mention the boat trips, we went twice and it is well worth £20 each for a full day cruising round 5 different bays and a fantastic lunch onboard. Thanks for an amazing holiday Donna and we will definitely be coming back to Kalkan for 3rd visit and Villa Palm. I 100% recommend this villa to anyone visiting Kalkan.

Loved it, again

The villa certainly didn’t disappoint for our second visit, with everything as good as our first visit last year. The facilities and bedrooms are plentiful and clean, with lovely views from all the balconies. The pool and it’s surrounding space adds to the great holiday experience. The location is excellent with only a 15min walk into Kalkan centre, with its numerous beautiful restaurants and bars. I would certainly recommend this villa to family and friends.

Holiday heaven at Villa Palm

Everything about Villa Palm is just special. From the minute you arrive you know that it’s someone’s home, not just a holiday accommodation. Donna couldn’t have been more helpful right from the point of booking and all the way through. Comfort is found on every level of the property with great views from all the rooms and attention to detail everywhere. We’ve been to Kalkan before but will definitely be booking Villa Palm for next year. We walked down hill into town each time (10-15 mins at a comfortable stroll) but after a couple of trips walking back up in the heat, we gave in and got taxis. 15TL (less than £3) fixed price so was well worth it. The pool area is really spacious with really comfy sun beds but also a big comfy sofa area and an under cover dining area. Perfect for sun worshippers and sun avoiders alike! On the first floor, we loved to have our first and last glass of wine of the evening on the bedroom terrace, just looking over the town, the sea and the mountains. Bliss! And then there was the rooftop terrace covered seating area too with full views across Kalkan. Spoilt for choice. Thoroughly recommend it and a big thank you to Donna for all her tips, help and advice from booking through to leaving.

Ideal villa in a perfect location

Villa Palm was for us (family of 4, 2 teenage sons) completely perfect. It has lots of space, three bathrooms and is really great on a practical level, with lots of storage and the teenage essential WiFi connection, but we also really loved the views across the bay from virtually all the rooms in the house. We spent hours just gazing out to sea or watching the moon rise over the mountain - completely beautiful. The villa really felt like a home rather than a holiday let and there was really nothing I can suggest to improve it. The arrangements to rent it were really smooth and Donna was exceptionally helpful and effiicient, and gave us loads of useful information on car hire and visits/restaurants. We booked with Brave Tours car hire and everything was really reasonable and well organised. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean with a much appreciated welcome pack, and we had 2 more visits from the lovely cleaner who also changed the sheets/towels etc, so it was fresh and clean all through our stay. The pool area is fabulous with lots of space and very comfortable sun beds - and of course those fabulous views! Kalkan itself was as lovely as ever and we ate out every night and had some lovely meals - the Nar and Olive Garden being favourites. We also booked Captain Ali and his boat Zeus and had a brilliant and memorable day sailing round the islands and swimming in secluded coves - highly recommended. We very much hope to return to Kalkan in future and if we do we will arrange around Villa Palm availability as it was, for us, perfect.

A True Turkish Delight

Villa Palm is absolutely FABULOUS!! Views to die for from every window and terrace, which overlook the beautiful town of Kalkhan and it's beautiful harbour. This was our 5th time to Turkey yet, our 1st to Kalkhan and we had an amazing time. Donna arranged transfers to and from the airport which ran smoothly. On arrival there was a welcome pack ,which was a nice touch. An even nicer touch was the mobile phone with taxi and restaurant numbers, oh and Ali the boat man.Ali's boat is a must!! Highly recommended(Zeus is the boats name) Villa Palm is so spacious, with couches on every terrace to chillax from the midday heat, either with a book or a cold beer or 2(simply bliss) The pool area was every spacious with outdoor table,chairs and barbeque, plus further couches with large parasols to chillax and cool down. Such a spacious, clean and beautiful villa. Highly recommended. Thank-you Donna. Will return.

Best holiday yet

Excellent and immediate "meet and greet" from Gareth, the villa manager, Generous welcome pack that more than tided us over until we went down to shops .The villa was immaculately clean, spacious bright and airy. It was very well equipped. I cannot think of anything that wasn't provided. Huge pool and patio area. We loved the outdoor seating and oversized umbrella Although the villa was fairly high up, the view over Kalkan was to die for and more than compensated, The location was peaceful and private. We have been to Kalkan 7 times now, always staying at different accommodation but we have already booked the Palm for next year as we feel we could not find anywhere better

We are a married couple with 2 grown up daughters. As a family we have been visiting Kalkan for many years. We spend as much time as possible in our Turkish home and have made many wonderful friends in this beautiful village.

Having visited many countries and several destinations in Turkey, this beautiful village is the only place we chose to return to. Wonderful scenery, fabulous food and the genuine hospitality of the local people is what makes it home from home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our main reason for buying Villa Palm was the fantastic views from every level of the property. Situated slightly on the hillside, the villa attracts a gentle breeze, very welcome in the height of summer. The position of the villa allows the sun to shine on the property from early morning until late evening although we are fortunate that the villa benefits from a large covered veranda allowing for shade, essential when eating al fresco in the summer months. There are several outside seating areas from a fully furnished roof terrace at the top of the property to soft seating on the ground floor terrace. You will always find your own little quiet corner in Villa Palm.
