Completely remodeled Ray Ryan & Associates 1965 Mid-Century Modern Home in the World Famous Bermuda Dunes Country Club. This private 3 bedroom, 2 bath desert home is centrally located, just a 10 minute drive to the BNP Tennis Tournament and 30 minutes from the PS Airport. Cool interiors and a spacious newly remodeled outdoor space in a quiet gated residential neighborhood make this the perfect home for families or couples looking to relax and unwind.

The open bright and airy interior includes polished concrete floors, clean lines and new cabinetry throughout the house. The open concept living area includes a 60" Samsung Smart TV, comfortable seating, period furniture and dining seating for 8 (high chair and booster seats available). The kitchen boosts stainless steel appliances including a Viking gas range, large refrigerator and expansive cesearstone countertop with bar stool (4) seating as well. Sonos wireless sound system throughout the home.

Sink into a firm California king bed in the spacious primary bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and spacious walk in shower with custom tile work. The second bedroom features a queen bed with desk. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with 2 twin beds and a loveseat. The shared bathroom has a shower and oversized tub combination.

Home amenities include a washer and dryer, free wi-fi and parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No access to garage or primary closet. Tons of children toys and games, puzzles and books for both children and adults.

The newly remodeled outdoor living space offers dining for 6, lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, burner and sink, outdoor speakers, Solo stove fire pit, a large gated/locked newly remodeled saltwater pool and oversized heated hot tub. Swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee (not able to heat in January). 2 adult beach cruisers available to use. Pool fence can be removed if requested.

Excellent on all counts

Property suited our needs. Perfect for us and for visiting adult children and grandchildren. Very nice and fresh pool and hot tub area which have recently been redone. Huge private outdoor space in the back. House is modern, clean and simple. Great set-up. Would go back.

Accommodating hosts

Property was great and was all it was described as. Excellent for young children but also perfect for adults. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative and particularly empathetic to extremely unusual and extenuating circumstances brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Excellent location and great house!

We were in town for a 2 week horse show at Thermal and this house was perfect! Great location to the show park, grocery shopping and restaurants. The house is exactly as pictured and even better! The owners have done a wonderful job updating the home and providing all of the amenities you may need. The layout worked well for our two teenage daughters, who wanted their own rooms and space. It's located on a quiet cul-de-sac and the yard is private and we loved the private pool and hot tub. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is one of our favorites!

Excellent!!

My husband and I stayed at this great home for four weeks March-April 2019. The location was very convenient, just a couple of miles to La Quinta and close to quality restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. Access to I-10 was easy for excursions. The gated community felt very safe. The entire place was perfectly clean and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. The layout of the home felt spacious for four adults and two children. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of quality cook and serve ware and just about everything one would need to prepare a gourmet meal. The real value for us was all of the extras included: plenty of beach towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry and dish soap, trash bags, spices, pantry items, games, books, etc. The shed had lots of pool toys, floats, bocce, ping pong table, bicycles, balls and lots of toys. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids happy all week! The pool and spa heater worked well and the yard was private. The pool fence provided an extra layer of safety with the little ones. The owners were super easy to work with and were always available by phone or text. Their pricing was fair and an excellent value. We loved our time at this updated mid-century home and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely choose to stay there again when visiting the area.

5 Star experience!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a month dodging the winter in the Midwest. We could not have chosen a better home for our family! We have two kids, age 3 and 7, and my wife and her parents joined us. This home is incredibly kid friendly! We brought toys for each child and didn’t need them as the hosts had plenty. The yard was perfect for playing outside on the playground. The fenced in pool made it safe for our kids to enjoy playing. We used the pool every weekend and gladly paid the fee to have it heated so we all could enjoy. The outdoor area was very spacious, which made us feel comfortable to host other family in the area as we could distance outside with ease. There is a grapefruit tree on property with which we made juice once a week and we used the fire pit to make s’mores. The home itself was beautiful and had a nice open feel to it, plenty of space for the 6 of us. They had a great tech/sound system that made it easy to play music throughout the home and patio area. The home was very clean upon arrival and very well organized. They provided a binder that answered any question we could think of. The service we experienced from beginning to end was spectacular. Lindsay’s communication was top notch throughout our stay and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine upon arrival.. We never had an ounce of stress staying here. The community is safe and very pleasant. We went on walks or runs almost daily. The location is great, 15-20 Miles from downtown Palm Springs and very close to many great restaurants and shopping in between. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the desert.

Super kid-friendly home

My husband, my mother, my three kids and I stayed here for 10 days. The house was very clean and well stocked. The linens and towels were great quality. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, gadgets, that we needed. The homeowners had some snacks in the pantry that helped when we first arrived, and left us a nice bottle of wine. The kids loved all the toys, books, outdoor play areas and the hot tub. My three year old boy especially loved picking a grapefruit off a tree in the backyard for his breakfast each morning. The community is very quiet and we felt safe.

Great home in Bermuda Dunes!

Thank you for providing us with more than we needed. We enjoyed our stay and found the house perfect for our family. Our kids, 5 and 2 felt completely at home and enjoyed themselves thoroughly. The location of the house was central to everything the Palm Springs area has to offer It was a very quiet neighborhood. The photos are 100% accurate and the home is very clean and well maintained. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time and our kids loved the yard, toys, pool and bike friendly street. House was comfortable clean and well stocked. Owners were extremely accommodating. The only issue we had is it is a bit of a drive to Palm Desert and Palm Springs. Other than that, it was perfect.

Beautiful Mid-Century Home - great for kids and adults!

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home! Traveling with a toddler can be harrowing, but this house was perfect for our family - toddler bed/crib, booster seat and highchair, and LOTS of books and indoor and outdoor toys made our stay so much more convenient and relaxing. But, don't let that comment deter you if you're looking for an adults-only getaway - the house is hip and spacious and very well-equipped, and the toys are neatly tucked away to not overrun the space. The master bed is super comfy, the Sonos music system was so convenient, and Lindsey made our stay easy and care-free. Good location with grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away. It was too cold for the pool while we were there, but we did get to enjoy the hot tub. The yard is quite large, and there are lawn chairs, beach towels, and other outdoor toys provided. We'd most definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home and a little kid's wonderland

We stayed for over a week, and were delighted. The house is gorgeous - it's been redone meticulously and is a pleasure to be in. The pool is great and the spa is perfect - in the shade, so my little guy could be in it without getting sunburned. Kitchen is well stocked, Sonos music system is super, bedding is very comfortable. The owners are responsive and clearly care about their property. And in my son's opinion - the best part is the toys! He's four years old, and was delighted by the toys, books and puzzles in the house, as well as the toddler beds. As we were leaving, he made me promise we'd come back again.

Beautiful home, very close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden...and so much more!!!

Stayed at this lovely home for 3 nights during Indian Wells Pro Tennis Tournament. Very close to the venue. House is great! Spacious, well decorated...very comfortable. Kitchen has all the modern amenities. You will not be disappointed if you rent here! We'll be back next year!!!
