Villa Rose is on a beautiful hill close to Pistoia and is surrounded by about half an acre of olive groves and fruit trees; there is a nice lawn in front of the house which leads down to the swimming pool, which is 8 metres by 4 with a depth of 1.4m, with outdoor teak paving, complete with sunbeds and a large beach umbrella, an outdoor shower, a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts and two barbecues. The owners live in an an outbuilding, not far from the villa and with its own entrance. The entire outdoor area is well-kept, and there is also parking within the property.Interior
The villa is entirely made of stone and has been recently refurbished by the owners, who maintained the property’s traditional aspects while adding precious touches, such as marble flooring and ceramics in the bathrooms. The electrical and water works have all been installed recently. The ground floor leads to a bright entrance hall, with a large living room on the right with satellite TV and a very well-equipped dining room/kitchen with a modern wood stove, an electric oven, induction stoves and a fridge with its own ice maker.
On the left guests will find two living rooms, one with an upright piano (the owners love music!), the other with a fireplace and satellite TV as well as a small bathroom. An indoor staircase leads up to the upper floors. The first floor has three double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined), each with air conditioning and two windows, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, and a small library with balcony. On the second floor guests will find a bedroom with two single beds with air conditioning, one bathroom with shower, a fitness room (with a bench press, bike and TV) and one living room with satellite TV with access to the washing room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and sink.

Location
Villa Rosa is on a hillside full of olive groves, not too isolated and not far from other properties, surrounded by olive and fruit trees and a great view. It is quiet, peaceful and calm, making it perfect for those looking for a relaxing or sporty holiday in nature. The property overlooks the countryside around Pistoia.

Important information

The property is the Montalbano hillside, with shops and a weekly market in Larciano square not far (15km) from the province of Pistoia. The other villages, such as Lamporecchio, Vinci, Empoli, San Miniato, Padule di Fucecchio, and Montecatini Terme, are all easy to reach by car. Florence an hour’s drive away, and Lucca is about 40 minutes away.
