We do not have AC.

The hardest daily decision may be whether to lounge in the conversation area by by the salt water pool (with lights for evening pool enjoyment) or take the short drive to explore the world famous North Shore, East End or South Shore beaches. We even supply folding beach chairs for your use along with beach towels.
Well lit and camera monitored parking area with a dozen lighted stairs down to the front door and pool area. With multiple access points to pool the house is not suited to children under 13.
Fully furnished with bed linens, towels, maps of local interests and beach towels provided. Washer and dryer available (clothes line available if you like that sun-kissed fresh air smell to your towels - and we often find line drying faster than the dryer..). First Aid kit in downstairs bath.
This is located on one of St John's famous Dirt roads with concrete corners Any vehicle with good ground clearance will do.
There are 2 studio apartments with quite long term renters below that have separate entrances from the VRBO rented 2 bedroom apartment , the pool would only be used by the VRBO renters.
