Everything was fine. People downstairs had a rodent problem. My only complaint was that we could have used instruction on how to navigate through the TV channels/subscription. We couldn't figure it out and therefore were never able to use it. I felt the host was anxious to leave and cut us short.on instruction. A written explanation of the TV would have helped.

Great stay. Check in was super easy. Host has someone meet us at the Ferry and escort us to the Villa. Great amenities and anything we could have needed in the kitchen to make meals at the Villa for a night in. Would definitely stay again

Excellent location with an amazing view

This property was just perfect! Location was so convenient to Cruz Bay, but also so easy to get to Coral Bay. View from the pool and the balcony were priceless. House was well stocked, clean, and exactly as advertised! Our family had the BEST time and hopes to return to St. John and this property again soon!

Perfect Getaway spot!

We loved this place! Exactly as depicted and described, we had plenty of space, amazing sunsets and the pool for cooling off. The host made check in easy and answered many questions for us. We loved it!

We had a great stay at this villa. We had fun with the new friends and neighbors at the pool. Property Manager was very communicative and brought us a new propane tank when we needed to grill quickly!

Would stay again

Beautiful villa, perfect for a family of four. We utilized taxi service as our transportation as it is not a walkable area. Nonetheless we made friends with some of the drivers who we contacted directly for pick up. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, clean throughout, the pool was a nice touch after a day at the beach. We enjoyed a catamaran tour, private jeep island tour, hiking, and visited several beach. Highly recommend!!

Annual trip

The location of the house is fantastic. Communication with owner was on point. The house needs a deep, deep cleaning. Top to bottom, inside and out. The pool needs help as well. The pictures in listing are dated and do not give a true representation of the facilities.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The owner was very nice and met us at the ferry to allow us to follow him to the home. Driving on St John can be challenging on your first trip so this was appreciated! The roads are narrow and steep and they drive on the left. After a day or so, I was getting the hang of it. It was a bit intimidating on day 1. The drive from the house to Cruz Bay was an easy 10 minutes, once I became used to driving. The house was comfortable and had a great view of the water. I would definitely stay there again.

Did not disappoint

The view from our balcony was stunning. The apartment was exactly what we needed for our first visit to the island. James was very communicative and available to answer questions without hesitation. The apartment was clean and well maintained. I've Already recommended this apartment to multiple people that are planning their own trip to the island. Thank you for opening your space to us. It was wonderful.

Beginning of 10 trip relax mode

We loved our stay. Three nights to start our 10 days of vacation. Wonderful view from deck and pool. Great amenities, beach chairs, umbrella, towels. Great location to Cruz Bay. Will definitely stay again. Thanks James for your hospitality.

Thank you so much for the last minute reservation and for such a short amount of time. It was an emergency situation and you were a life saver. The guests commented on how gracious and accommodating you were and what a lovely place you had. James you were great, I owe you one.

From Inquiry to booking, to check in was seamless. James was absolutely amazing! Came to meet us from the ferry to escort us to the villa. Breath taking views. So quiet and Serene. More that enough space for our family. We will definitely book again. Thank you James

Great Location/Reasonable Price

This property was one of few available when I finally decided to move forward with choosing St. John. The owner was on vacation the week we arrived but his friend Scott met us at the dock and led us to the property. This was awesome because the roads and directions for properties on St. John can be very confusing. The condo is clean and the beds were cozy. I booked for a party of 5 but there were only two beds. The convertible bed must have been replaced at some point so this is more of a four-person unit. The deck furniture is very comfortable and the cat "magpie" made several appearances. There were lots of beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, etc. Super handy! The outdoor shower wasn't working to rinse off after hot tub/pool use but we just went inside to shower. Our only issue was the downstairs people. This is a shared unit so three different units share the pool/hot tub area. Our neighbors were fairly quiet but the day we arrived the hot tub was clean, the very next day it was full of sand and other debris. We tried to skim it out but by the third evening, it was too dirty to even get in. Totally not the owner's fault at all but I expected more from our elderly neighbors. There is a hose right next to the pool and hot tub to rinse off your feet before getting in! The location is very close for going to restaurants and stores and shouldn't take you more than 5-10 mins, although finding parking in Cruz Bay may take you a bit longer. Thanks James & Scott

Great St John Villa

My husband, me, , brother, and sister-in-law stayed for 6 nights at this 2 bedroom villa on St John. We rented a jeep and had a marvelous time going to different beaches and restaurants. The villa is very nice - comfortable beds, great kitchen and grill, wonderful deck with a great view, and a nice pool and hot tub. Beach towels, chairs, and coolers are included. James is a wonderful host and everything worked very well. One note - the living room furniture should definitely be replaced- not very comfortable. But otherwise a great experience!

Great stay!

The property was perfect my husband and I and our children. The deck was wonderful for eating dinner together and enjoying the beautiful view. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and coolers that were available as we spend many days at the beach. The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. James was super helpful and even accommodated early check in for us. We would definitely stay here again!
