Newly Renovated in 2021. 14th Floor unit with beautiful view of the ocean from balcony and view of bay from front door. Located in north Ocean City, 115th Street across from Gold Coast Mall. This air conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo comes with fully equipped kitchen, 4 TV's, full size washer and dryer, with private oceanfront balcony off family room. The amenities are, by far, the best in one facility in OC. Large complex with direct beach access, outside showers, Indoor/Outdoor pools, Kiddie pool, Fitness Room, Sauna, Tennis & Basketball courts, Volleyball court, Playground, Game Room with pool tables, Private cinema, and pizza/deli store on grounds. Free Wi-Fi available and within walking distance to local shopping and restaurants. Security Guard on duty 24/7.
Family-oriented building with year round occupants.

Please provide your own linens and towels.

Directly across the street is a Movie Theatre, Three Brother's Pizza, Rite Aid, Liquor Store, Family Dollar, Candy Kitchen, and other small shops. Greene Turtle is also across street.

Building Vehicle Registration Fee: $50 CASH ONLY (per week), Non-Refundable Vehicle Registration Fee required per Vehicle due at check-in.
(7` clearance). Non-smoking. No pets, please.

NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS!!! MUST BE 28 YRS OF AGE OR OLDER, PROOF OF ID IS REQUIRED WHEN MAKING BOOKING RESERVATION (excluding families with children).

Ocean City is named one of the top 10 resorts in the U.S. for a family fun vacation or weekend getaway. You will enjoy Ocean City's famous boardwalk where you can shop, enjoy restaurants, amusement rides, great for a perfect family bike ride, an invigorating walk or run, or a relaxing tram ride. Great fishing, golfing, and other resort fun. Other Water sports include parasailing, jet ski's and more! Mini-golf courses (inside and out) are plentiful!

This property is only available for a weekly rental from Saturday-Saturday during prime season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) and mini-week rentals (Sept-May), check-in any day of the week, 3- or 4-night minimum during the off-season.

PLEASE NOTE: Property does not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 28. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Love the view!

Great place to stay for a beach vacation. Convenient access to the beach. Pools and playground were a hit with the 2 yr old and his parents. Having building amenities (food, pools, playground) on site was a plus. Enjoyed our week!

Great time

The Sea Watch is in a great location and the property was well-maintained. We had a quiet, relaxing beach get away. My friends and I were comfortable, and the condo was very clean. It could use some updating, but overall the view, beach access, and location is perfect.

Wonderful!

We vacationed with our kids and grandkids, and couldn't have been happier! The balcony had such a great view of the Ocean and the bay area, we spent a lot of time out there with our binoculars. The condo was clean and well-furnished, and the kids had such a great time in that Nemo pool and at the playground. We hope to come and stay again sometime!

Kreider family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay again this year. The condo is clean, the owner a pleasure to work with. We upgraded to three bedrooms last year and will never go back to two. Two bathrooms are also a huge bonus. The view from this condo is excellent and the building is well maintained as well.

Beautiful! Excellent views!

We have always loved The Seawatch! This was our first stay in 1405 and we thought it was great! Our group of 7 had plenty of room and we thought it was beautiful! The only complaint we have was the water pressure in the master and the balcony furniture. The owner is very quick to respond and very nice! We would definitely stay here again!

SeaWatch is amazing

We have been staying at SeaWatch for 25 years. Love the new renovations of some of the units. This unit was wonderful, updated and clean. The owner is very quick to respond and great to deal with. What a wonderful week.

Beautiful & great location

This was our 2nd year staying here. We visit OC annually and have for years. We absolutely loved this condo as it had enough space for the 4 of us. The condo is always clean and chatting with Christina is always a pleasure. The amenities are fantastic if you have children and the view from the condo is great. The condo is renovated and very nice and upscale.

Awesome Condo!

This condo was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Recently remodeled and they spared no expense. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with pots, pans, matching dishes, mugs, glasses etc and the appliances were top of the line. Christina was also great to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiry. Great place!

Ocean City Vacation - from New Jersey

What an awesome week. The place was better than advertised and we had high expectations going in. Christina is great to work with for any questions. The fact that our kids (19 and 16) had their own rooms was a huge bonus. All around great vacation for us with wonderful views from this lovely vacation home.

Perfect

This particular room was one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed in Ocean City Maryland. We’ve been going there for a very long time and really loved this place! Everything was literally brand new and we love the style and cleanliness. We had a couple of damages and the owner Christina was great taking care of it all. Hopefully we can get this room again

Wonderful, spacious place with spectacular balcony view of the ocean and great amenities

Our experience was awesome! The place felt like home and we enjoyed relaxing there. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was outstanding. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. There were plenty of amenities on site and we were just steps from the ocean. The landlord was very attentive and welcoming. Gorgeous View

This is a beautiful, comfortable property. The view from the balcony is outstanding and so peaceful. The condo building is well kept and safe and 1405 is a nice unit. Due to COVID restrictions we ate in quite a bit and were able to find everything we needed. Having a laundry room right outside the door was an added plus as items with sand on them could be kept outside the unit. The property owner was great to work with and check in could not have been easier.

Beautiful & great owners

This condo did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family. The 3 bedrooms is wonderful with allowing our boys to each have their own room. The renovations to this unit are high end and great quality. We had easy & friendly contact with the owners while on vacay and they are very great to work with. We will be back as we vacation every year to OC but we will back to this unit. The boys also loved the basketball courts and beach volleyball on site. Many amenities like a resort would have.

I loved it!

I had to cancel my trip to North Carolina due to Hurricane Florence, so I booked extremely last minute in Maryland. Christina was very quick with responding to and confirming my reservation request. The pictures that are posted are exactly what the condo looks like, which isn't always the case. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had an amazing view of the ocean! Kreiders beach week 2019

My family has been renting at the beach for more than 20 years. We had to add a bedroom this year for our growing family. We loved Sea Watch 1405! It was perfect for our five adults snd two little ones. The only thing better than having two bathrooms was the spectacular view. Having a code to get in was also a plus. No going to an office for keys and not worrying about who had the keys during the week. We would highly recommend this property, and this owner!
