Arrive to be greeted by a light-filled and comfy living area, with a snuggly sofa and armchairs, great for kicking back and enjoying laid-back evenings of movies in great company. You’ll be able to rustle up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen area and share them at the dining table, or weather permitting, outside in the private garden. Out here you’ll find a large table and plenty of chairs, as well as a barbecue. For a night of sweet dreams and restful sleep head over to the plush bedrooms, each featuring a comfy bed and tasteful décor. Wake up refreshed and ready for a new day of London exploring.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
