Welcome to Low Lake Lodge - a new lodge on The Bay Filey - with lakeside south facing deck, easy access to the pool and beach this is perfect for a family escape!

Low Lake Lodge is situated by the lake in the prestigious new gated Meadows Development and is really close to the centre of the village, the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre.

Enjoy a spacious south facing lakeside terrace and relax in the outdoors on the lovely deck (this is ideal for dogs and children as it is enclosed)!

Enter Low Lake Lodge through the step free door into the hallway with storage for coats and other essentials. To your right are the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower (wet) room, and the second bedroom with a double bed. There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.

To the left is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with lovely comfy seating for 4 with large SMART TV - ideal for movie nights (streaming passwords needed). The kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances and an air fryer for your use.

Exit through the large sliding doors to the deck with seating for 4, ideal for alfresco dining watching the wildlife on the lake!

We leave a few games for our guests to use as well as a library of books. The centrally heated lodge is ideal for breaks all year round!

We also feature a display cabinet with loads of memorabilia from when The Bay village was Butlins - feel free to look at the photos and enjoy when you visit.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Lovely short break

Low Lake Lodge was well equipped, very clean and maintained to a high standard. Lovely quiet site with local walks, particularly good for dog owners. Good base for visiting local seaside resorts. Very likely to return

Excellent short break

Low Lake Lodge was spotlessly clean (other than a stain on the bedroom carpet). The outlook over the lake is lovely, and even though at the end of September it was warm enough to sit on the deck. All of the equipment, crockery, and utensils in the kitchen was good quality, and clean. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

Lovely lake view lodge

Super Lodge for the week and lovely walks through the meadows for the dog.The accommodation was first class and was adequate for all our needs.Very close to the beach also..Definitely recomend.Garry from Cheshire

Low lake lodge

Could do with a deep clean then some tlc every week. The outside needs a good clean too. Dirty windows and spiders webs. One of the beds was a bit soft and also if you sneeze the bed creaks really loud or if you turn over the head board bangs on the wall.

The bed is a lovely king size bed and we haven't had this reported to us before. Regarding the outside - the owners are collectively challenging the site owners to improve the site road as we are aware of the dust and will work with them to get it resolved.

4 day stay in July

Well equipped lodge, including Tassimo machine, air fryer, electric fan and even a electric fly zapper! But not perfect. Wardrobe doors very stiff. Very easy to bang your legs on the bed in bedroom 1. Overly complicated microwave. We were supplied with 1 bath sheet and 3 bath towels. But all these were just niggles. We enjoyed our stay and overall was very happy with the lodge.

Excellent stay

stayed for 4 nights and the location is lovely set on the small pond. The dogs enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching all the birds. The property has everything you need for a self catering stay and plenty of towels are also provided. Highly recommended !!!

Lovely stay

Beautiful lodge. Lovely to have the view over the lake and to watch the wildlife. Showers have good power and the one is large which is good for people with mobility issues. Well decorated and maintained, lovely and clean. Parking just one lodge over. EV charge also close The site is well looked after, nice green areas and no litter. The swimming pool was clean and pleasant temperature. The pub was a 5 Minute walk away. Great stay, will hopefully be back.

A beautiful place to unwind

This is a lovely lodge overlooking a lake with the friendliest ducks around. A short and pleasant walk to the magnificent Filey beach Highly recommend the place and the lodge

Relaxing stay in great location

Every attention to meet holiday makers needs met. Good size accommodation with lovely view over lake. Only disappointment was that the previous occupants had left the oven dirty.

Lovely weekend away

Very comfortable and well presented place to stay with excellent views and all you need to enjoy your stay The welcome refreshments pack is much appreciated There is plenty of room and storage space in each of the bedrooms and both being onsuit in a bonus Location is in a quiet area and not too far away from places to eat easily walkable distance

Wonderful stay at The Bay

The accommodation, Low Lake lodge was perfectly positioned. It was overlooking the lake and the meadows. We had a very peaceful stay watching the ducks and the Herron. It was spotless with anything you could need, dishwasher, airfryer, washing machine. Lots of games and books to read. It was perfect! We'll definitely be back.

Low Lake Lodge

A lovely well equipped lodge in a very quiet area of the park. Would highly recommend staying here with lots to do in area the surrounding area for all the family including our 4 legged kids. Thanks for. Lovely relaxing week.

Lovely relaxing stay!

Great location and view across the lake. Plenty of options for dog walks too. Lodge had everything we needed, modern and clean. Minor downside being the beds/mattresses were a little hard for our liking. Lodge was only 5 mins walk from the Bay amenities. We tried the pub and the pizzeria - both good food and service. Kids and husband tried the pool which was busy but probably due to the smaller size. All in all a lovely, relaxing stay on a peaceful and clean complex.

Amazing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Low lake Lodge. The lodge has everything you would ever need and is like a home from home. We didn’t use all of the facilities available at The Bay, but we did eat at the John Jones on two nights and the food was good and decently priced. The communication from Anthony from booking through to the stay was really helpful and informative. Thanks for a great stay. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Possibly the best location on The Bay?

Wonderful Lodge, furnished to a really high standard, immaculately clean, like new. We loved having the decking to sit out and chill all hours. The location overlooking the lake is fabulous, the fields surrounding the lodge are great for a stroll or a dog walk. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us :)

Well equipped and comfortable accommodation, ideal for two couples

Excellent communication and customer service from Anchor Bay Holidays from booking to departure. This was our fourth visit to The Bay but first time booking through ABH and we would definitely do so again. Low Lake Lodge is well equipped and was warm and comfortable. The layout with two en-suite bedrooms is ideal for two couples holidaying together. The lodge overlooks a lake with outdoor seating area from which you can enjoy stunning sunsets. Plenty of parking available and decent Wi-Fi.

Relaxing place

We had a lovely stay and very peaceful. The view over the lake and surrounding fields were beautiful. The lodge had everything we needed had trouble with tin opener but we bought a new one . Our two dogs had plenty of places to walk maybe a couple more dog dog bins around the fields would be better.The site was very clean and maintained would definetly return.

Lovely Lakeside Lodge

My lodge was perfect. Spotlessly clean, stylish and comfortable. Does need more lighting outside the whole lodge area, it is very dark! Holiday village is nice to walk around. Lovely and quiet despite plenty there and felt very safe. Great doggies are welcome. On my visit only the pub was open for food. Friendly staff but mixed quality food.

Lovely accommodation and location,suits people with dogs mainly.

The bedroom was a little cramped ,the design of bed meant I was constantly banging my shins because the wood protruded further out than the mattress,the bed itself however was very comfy.Didnt really like the blanket on arm chair and bed ,felt like it was for dogs,otherwise would have been perfect.
