Come and stay with us in this luxurious condo with high end finishes. We plan to retire here so we have decorated the unit with upscale furniture and high end linens including 1000 thread count sheets and hotel quality towels. We travel extensively and wanted to make sure all of our guests’ needs were taken care of. From wine glasses to a Keurig, our kitchen provides everything you will need for your stay. Want to enjoy the outdoors? Our penthouse boasts a private hot tub, loungers to sunbathe and a seating area to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine while gazing out at the ocean. We also have an outdoor gas grill and dining set for additional outdoor living. Ready to head to the beach? Our condo is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers and even beach toys for the kids. Need a quiet day? Relax in one of the two on-site pools. Whether you are a first time visitor to Cabo or a regular, we will make sure your visit is incredible. After you book, I will send you my personal list from airport transportation to the best places to eat. We also have a property manager that is available 24/7 during your stay. He will arrange your transportation and actives and greet you at check-in with his infamous homemade guacamole and chips and cold drinks.

Medano Beach is the most popular beach shoreline with activities that include: swimming, jet skiing, parasailing and volleyball, plus a variety of bars & eateries that bring out the best the Baja Peninsula has to offer.

If you're looking for more than just life on the shoreline, take a trip out on the Sea of Cortez for a little bit of deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, whale watching, glass bottom boat tours, or even take a trip on a pirate ship!

Other beaches include the exclusive Lover's Beach on the Sea of Cortez side and Divorce Beach on the side of the peninsula facing the Pacific Ocean.

Other Services Hugo may provide include: airport transportation, car rental, water activities, fishing, diving, grocery shopping, restaurant recommendation/reservation, hiring a butler or chef for the condo, housekeepers, or even babysitters!

Transportation from the airport includes beer and bottled water for the journey, and your warm welcome into the condo includes ice cold beer, chips, and homemade guacamole.

This is a quiet complex and guests need to be respective of the other residents. The minimum age to rent the condo is 25 years old. This unit is not available for bachelor or bachelorette parties or for college students on spring break. Reservations made that do not comply with these guidelines will be cancelled.
