5th Floor, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH, King Size Bed in Master, Two Double Beds Secondary Bedroom. The Large Diagonally Laid Tile takes you through out this designer decorated unit. The Large Glass Doors in Living Area and Master Go out onto the Open Balcony where you can relax and enjoy the Beautiful Jetty/Bay view from morning coffee through gorgeous sunset and evening activity (fireworks on Thursday evenings in the summer). The Mirrored Wall in the Living and Dining Area expand the space. The Kitchen is accented with Solid Surface Counter Tops, Bead Board, and Recessed Lighting over the Breakfast Bar. The Angled Master Bedroom entrance and Ceiling Fans in the Bedrooms add to your relaxing environment. There is a Beautiful View (sliding glass doors) of the Jetty/Bay from the Master Bedroom to wake up to or relax to in the evening. Watch the 37 inch LCD TV and DVD Player in Living Area or watch the LCD TVs in the Bedrooms. Use our promo code JETTY10 for 10% off during the fall and winter(holidays are excluded) Guests are allowed only 2 cars no exceptions!! Starting Oct 20th until March 15th 2025 the resort is replacing the center stairwell , there will be temporary stairs set up for guests, so there will be a possibly of intermittent noise from 9-5 Monday through Friday

Great condo. Clean, had all we needed for a week's stay, easy check in, awesome views and close to restaurants. Only inconvenience was the AC was loud, every time it stopped it did very loud clicking noises that woke us up during the night.

Home Away From Home

This condo comfortably accommodated my family of 5. We felt right at home. It was clean and had all the conveniences, comfortable beds, and best of all was in the perfect locationā€¦.next to the beach. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Perfect getaway!

This is hands down our new favorite location! The beach access is by far the easiest and most convenient weā€™ve experienced in our 8 years of coming to Destin. The sunset views from the balcony are amazing and the perfect ending to the day.

We had a lovely week stay in Destin at our condo rental. The description of the condo was accurate and all of the amenities were great. This was our first time renting a condo versus staying in a hotel. We will definitely book again!

Great weekend

We were in town for our 40th HS reunion. The view from the unit is amazing. Beach access and pool were great as well as parking access. Gave us the room to catch up with friends without going out to eat for every meal.

Perfect getaway

The location was clean and high quality. Gated private parking with a 24 hour guard. Beach access to multiple beaches all within walking distance. Short drive time to find food, groceries and attractions. We would stay here again and again.

Beautiful views!

The views were excellent! The condo was beautiful and clean. Our one and only complaint was the bed pillows. Only one very flat pillow per person. Please add more pillows, even if it's just in closet for our use. We loved our stay there! Highly recommend.

A decent stay

Perfect Stay

Property is in process of being updated, however the amenities are very enjoyable and the communication about the updates were timely and accurate. This is our second time at this resort/condo and we are making plans on returning. This is in an area in Destin that is not so heavily populated as others and yet close to restaurants and other attractions. The short walk on the beach and to and on the Jetty is relaxing. The overview of the lagoon is soothing as you can admire the water fowl in this habitat from the balcony as the fishing ships and dolphin watching ships depart and return.

Family vacay

This unit was great for a family of six. Easy check in, unit has a door code so no keys to pick up. Unit is perfect for viewing fireworks! Decor needs to be updated and owner needs to remove junk in closets. If this would be done hands down this unit would be five stars. Jetty East has the BEST pavilion for grilling, white Sandy beaches and beautiful crystal clear water. The complex has become very strict on outside guest visiting. We did have an issue with this. We had a great week in Destin and would definitely return for the price.

Great quiet location

We really like this location in Destin. It is not on the main road 98. It is close to all the amenities of Destin too. The unit was very clean and loved the view for sunset from the balcony. All furniture was in comfortable condition except the beds. The mattress's need to be changed out in both bedrooms. The TV in the non master bedroom was comical. It was not even a 15 inch TV. We went out and bought one to use. The staff on the property were great! NOTE: I hope the beach gets repaired over the winter. It was about 20 feet wide during our stay.

Nice place weird check in process

Overall the condo wasn't bad. The place was great from the inside very comfty beds but we were limited on the drawers we can use since owner locked them. The building seems like it needs some upgrade it looks kinda haunted but the inside of the condo was very nice. Loved the short walk to the beach we had a private entrance so it was great. Pool and hot tub were a plus! The check in process was nerve wrecking didn't really get a call, text or email had to call myself for accommodations. Wished it was more easy and convenient. I called because a drawer was broken in the fridge never got an answer had to report it when I left wish their was more communication. Overall great place liked the location and it has a beautiful beach view.
