Centrally located, our newly refurbished home has easy access to Central London in only 10 minutes by train

Our home is light and airy with high ceilings and large bay windows. There's a lovely open-plan lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with polished wooden floors.

The two spacious bedrooms have double beds which are dressed in crisp linens. There's a main bathroom and an ensuite both are new. We've also provided fans for the hot weather!

St.John's Hill is located in Battersea. Battersea is the best of both worlds because it's basically in Central London but it also has a strong residential and community feel as well as lots of green, open space. Our home is less than 10 minutes walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops on Battersea Rise and Northcote Road.

Nearby, you'll find the recently opened Battersea Power Station which is one of the most exciting and innovative neighbourhoods in the world – a place for locals, tourists and residents to enjoy a unique mix of shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, parks and historical spaces.

Battersea Park is beautiful and peaceful. The park also hosts lots of events throughout the year, such as its famous fireworks display in November.

This area is the home of various fantastic local markets where you can go to pick up fresh food and buy other goods. There's the Northcote Road market as well as Hoxton Fruit and Veg, the Market by Battersea Power Station and Battersea Boot sale, to name a few.

The Plough Clapham Junction is a few minutes walk from the property. It is a fantastic modern-day gastro pub, serving up original culinary creations with a delicious selection of craft beers, cocktails and an extensive wine menu.
