Enjoy your summer vacation on your private dock that opens to the beautiful Barnegat Bay. This waterfront, 3 bedrooms, 1.5-bath home has a full kitchen, open dining and living area, and only a short drive or boat ride to Seaside Heights. The house has water views from the front and back with a bird sanctuary providing stunning views to enjoy sunsets.

Step out the back to a large spacious deck that overlooks an extra-wide lagoon with 60 feet of dock to accommodate your boat or jet ski. The house is close to several waterfront restaurants and a short walk to local Butler Beach and an adjacent marina to rent kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. The John C. Bartlett, Jr. County Park at Berkeley Island is five minutes away and features a family-oriented spray park, playground, walking paths, small picnic areas, bait stations, and more.

This 3-bedroom vacation destination will offer many wonderful experiences and enjoy all the comforts and luxury of being bayside.

Great location, reasonably priced. Each room had a box fan, however the AC was locked to go no lower than 70F this made nights uncomfortable in the middle of the summer. Overall great place would stay again!

Such a great spot

We loved our summer 2023 visit. Location was perfect for what we needed, Gary was super responsive and easy to work with, and the house was exactly as described. Would definitely visit again.

Slice of Heaven

The location is great and the owner was very helpful. The views were incredible from the dock. We would return to this house again in the future!

Perfect retreat

We stayed here during a extended stay for a dance competition, Gary was awesome called us just to introduce himself, he was accessible if need be. The neighbors were absolutely lovely to not only us adults but to our girls as well. We loved the view and the sunsets were perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back to the area.

Beautiful house in a great location!

This house was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable for my family of five. In a great location! We fished and crabbed off the back dock. There’s a small beach and a long pier at the end of the development. There were plenty of dishes and appliances in the kitchen. The only issue we had was that the bedding was not all available when we got there even though the listing says bedsheets are provided. I messaged the host and he was unaware that it was missing but he came out within a few hours with bedsheets and blankets. There were plenty of towels.

Great Stay

Nice clean house with great views from the back. Deck area to sit outside and have dinner. Small beach with playground a short distance from the house.

Beautiful rental

It was a beautiful experience and stay for my whole family. We have paddle boards and such so we love to use the yard and the Bay area to do our paddle boards Home very clean quiet definitely look forward to going back next year.

Loved this home and location.

So happy with our vacation home. Very clean, well taken care of and lots of room, wonderful location. Stores, restaurants, within a short drive. Very relaxing sitting on back deck enjoying the water and wildlife. Lots of fun crabbing and fishing from backyard dock. Looking forward to staying here again. The owner, Gary, is very accommodating and great to deal with.

You have to love the deck and the dock!!!

What can I say about this location. enjoyed every morning waking up sitting on the deck watching the sun rise and fishing for crab on the dock. Was a very clean location with great neighbors. Close to point pleasant and seaside heights you can have a great time out on the town and a quiet night at home. The owner is a guy guy who met us at the property and showed us a great restaurant name MJ's. Great food and you can sit on the deck and watch the boats in the water.

Quiet, pristine nicely located!

This house is well maintained. Everything is in working order. All basic needs are available and food, pharmaceuticals, gas, etc. are readily available A short distance away.

Cant wait to go back!

The house was super clean, Gary was so nice and accommodating. House was fully stocked with whatever you need including cooking utensils and pots. The neighbors were super sweet. Honestly we can not wait to go back. Only thing BRING BUG SPRAY. we forgot ours and paid for it.

Perfect beach house on the bay. The owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. It was exactly what we wanted for an extended weekend getaway.

Amazing House on the Bay

After searching for a beach rental, I came across this home. Gary was very accommodating and informative in regards to local stores, restaurants, and boat rentals. The home is very well equipped, and was more than comfortable for the four of us. We enjoyed the yard on the water, things were easy to find in the kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. The house is not far from local beaches, and the neighbors were all very nice and welcoming. We look forward to renting this home again, before the summer is over.

Great stay

overall loved our stay, plenty of house, clean and quiet neighborhood. Fishing and crabbing (legal ones to boot) right in back yard was great. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars all the way around is the distance to the beach, about a half hour in good traffic. I knew what we were getting into, we're not everyday beach people but wanted review to be helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again if a vacation takes us to the shore.

Very comfortable vacation house

The house was perfect for our family. It was very spacious and accommodating. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a very nice neighborhood and being right on the water was perfect for crabbing and kayaking. Had a wonderful time and look forward to renting this house again in the future.

best canal in Bayville

What a lovely house. Quiet, safe neighborhood, and deck overlooking the marshes. Place was clean, and had many extras that we did not expect. Beds were comfy, pillows not so much. However, we are very particular about our pillows...... The only complaint, if you want to call it that, is the kitchen is missing a lot of items for cooking. Only one small fry pan, a saute fry pan, and a few sauce pans. Nothing for cooking in the oven. After reading the write up, I assumed I would be able to roast a chicken in the oven, and went to the grocery store before checking in. Had to cook it on the grill. No roasting pan, or baking pans. Minimal flatware for eating. Monika and Gary have a lovely home, and we did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful home on the Lagoon

This home is gorgeous. We had an amazing time. It offers so much and more. We had such a great time. You can Crab and fish right from the backyard. We will definitely rent again.

Really awesome! The place was comfortable and clean. The water is unbelievable.

We feed ducks and seagulls in the morning. We even did some crabbing. You will enjoy the veiw. Would stay again!

The house and the area were both exactly what we were hoping it to be. Beautiful inside and out!

The area is close enough to everything to have fun, but in a perfect area for quiet and natural beauty. It was SO much more spacious than we thought it would be, giving us plenty of sleeping room for a family of six...we could have fit more. We will definitely be back!!
