Casa La Chiocciolina is a perfect accommodation for those who want to spend a comfortable holiday not too far from the sea. Just outside the town and the beach of Marina di Campo, it is about 1 km from all services. This means that in less than 5 minutes by car you will find yourself on the largest and most famous sandy beach on the island. The location also allows you to enjoy your holiday in complete tranquility and relaxation, in the countryside of Campo nell'Elba immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub: Rosemary, Apricots, Holm oaks and Helichrysum; near the main artery that connects the town center to the wonderful coves of the Costa del Sole: Fetovaia, Cavoli and Seccheto. Here you can change rhythms, habits, landscapes, nourish your eyes and take deep breaths of new, light air. The choice of name is not random, during the renovation works some snails were found in the window, a place blessed with luck.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

With approximately 75 m2 on the ground floor of a small building made up of three residential units, the Chiocciolina is certainly the ideal solution for those seeking the tranquility of the Elban countryside without moving away from the lively town center and the renowned beach of Marina di Campo, which are just 1km away. Access to the apartment is through a spacious and equipped veranda which opens onto a living room with a double sofa bed, television, kitchenette with induction hob and oven. The sleeping area instead offers two bedrooms, a bedroom and a double room, and a bathroom with shower.

Although air conditioning is at your disposal, the apartment is completely equipped with mosquito nets which will allow you to enjoy the fresh country air even on the hottest evenings. The external courtyard, surrounded by greenery, offers the possibility of eating outside in the shade of the fruit trees; a corner of peace without giving up everything that the town of Marina di Campo has to offer during the summer period. You will have 2 uncovered parking spaces at your disposal.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 are not allowed
- check-in at the property from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/max medium sized pets allowed (only one animal)
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) cannot be booked on site

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Marina di Campo.
