You have found the perfect Amelia Island Plantation condo! This updated Beach Wood condo is situated on the second floor and overlooks the incredibly peaceful complex pool. The ideal place to settle in for a longer visit or just a short getaway, 2112 Beach Wood is conveniently located on the south end of Amelia Island, near many state parks and the picturesque Talbot Islands. It's just across the street from one of the most dreamy stretches of beach, and it's a quick walk from the main resort hotel for those attending conferences or weddings.

When not lounging in the sand, cooling off in the crisp, clean pool, or relaxing on the balcony gazing up at the gorgeous oak trees, guests will enjoy the condo's comfy furnishings and well-equipped kitchen.

The plush accommodations include a King Bed and Full Bath in the Primary Bedroom, and a Queen Bed and Twin Bed in the Second Bedroom, with a Full Bath right next door.

For the modern traveler, the condo is equipped with WiFi, HD channels, extended cable, and a DVD player.

Hoping to explore our enchanted island further? There are numerous bike and golf cart rental companies nearby, and the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) has a Nature Center that offers various tours. Golf opportunities are plentiful, with the Little Sandy course right there.

There are a plethora of adventure companies nearby, boat rentals at area marinas, a smorgasbord of excellent, one-of-a-kind restaurants, four putt-putt courses for families, as well as museums, art galleries, two community theatres, and a movie cinema.

Charming downtown Fernandina Beach is 20 minutes away with its unique shopping and dining options, and it's frequent festivals.

Please be advised that this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenitiesā€ (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!

Wonderful, spotless condo within easy walking distance to the beach, and with a beautiful pool and golf course view out the back door. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are super-comfy. Management company kept us fully informed as our stay approached. They even offered us a 25% discount if we wanted to stay a few extra days! Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Omni. If you are coming to Amelia Island - this is the perfect place!

Location is the best!

Location was perfect. WiFi disappeared after first night. I just used my phone for internet when necessary. TV wasnā€™t easy to figure out. I spent most of my time on the beach or riding my bike so no internet and no clear tv instructions was minor and not very important .

We had a nice time and the location is excellent. Beautiful area with clean efficient grounds. Easy to get to anywhere on the island. The condo is nice and sufficient for what you need. However itā€™s amazing to me, for the cost of the unit the beds seem 20 years old. The furniture is dated but thatā€™s not the issue. Mattresses are not expensive and you can get great quality foam ones from Amazon. There is no need to have awful beds. I came home tired. The view is lovely and peaceful. Keep in mind it is an older complex so you do hear everyone above you. Allowing guests to visit was easy as was the walk to the beautiful beach. Overall we had a wonderful time but please replace the mattresses so people can relax at night too.

Amelia Island is fantastic!!

Our unit is in a fabulous location. It is right across the street from the ocean, steps to the swimming pool and right on the bike path. The bathrooms could use an update. Our refrigerator sprung a leak due to a break in the ice maker hose. We contacted the manager and it was repaired within an hour. The balcony door was difficult to open. That issue was remedied in a matter of days. A new dryer was delivered shortly after our arrival. All of these things were minor inconveniences because management took care of the problems right away. We thank them for that!!

It is the second time we have stayed at this property. The location is incredible- close to the beach. There is construction going on behind the property and the closest pool was closed this time but this didnā€™t bother us much.

My family and I enjoyed our stay while I attended a conference. It was a little more than a short walk to the beach but there was beach access parking that got you closer. We enjoyed the pool several times. Would love to go back and stay again, especially with no pandemic going on!

This location is very close to the beach. Just a short walk down a wooded trail and youā€™re on a quiet and beautiful beach. We found the condo to be clean. The beds are comfortable . We have booked a second stay.

SO INVITING

We were treated with the upmost respect. We had a water issue at the property and I have to say management went above and beyond to take care of us. The condo was very clean, and nice and the bed was so comfortable/ I wish my bed felt that nice! I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I would change the huge rug in the living room area, only due to it hurts your feet when you walk barefooted due to its roughness. I love how the huge spanish moss filled trees covered the property and it was very shady and so beautiful. The walk to the beach was a little far for an older person with back issues, but for a normal person it was fine. We were able to drive a very short distant to public beach access as well. . The swimming pool was very well kept and wonderful! I don't get in the ocean due to my fear of sharks, but I enjoyed the pool as much as possible. I was happy it has some areas of sun and shade to fit everyone's preference.

Wonderful condo

We had a great time at this condo. The communication prior to arrival was fantastic making the check in very easy. The only drawback, and it was a freak accident, was a water leak in the building that soaked the laundry room. The actual source of the leak was very difficult to find, but the property manager made the calls to get it fixed ASAP and helped to find a resolution to the inconvenience. We will rent this unit in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very roomy with plenty of space to relax. It was clean and had everything we needed - coffee maker, washer dryer, towels and sheets, etc. Everything was clean and neat and easy to navigate.
