Crisp, clean white shiplap walls, walnut floors and a modern updated vibe make up this delightful 2 bed, 2 bath beachside retreat. Completely remodeled with beautiful finishings, this luxury villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind!
The fully updated and open concept kitchen, dining and living area open to a covered balcony with gorgeous views of the live oaks, the complex pool, the golf course, and the pond. In the kitchen you'll find premium appliances, stunning quartz countertops, and bar seating for three. The beautiful wood based, glass top dining table seats six additional guests. The spacious living area offers a beige sofa and 2 chairs centered around a large flat screen smart television.
The master retreat includes a king bed, a flat screen smart TV, and an en suite bath with a gorgeous walk in shower and double vanity. Just across the hall, the second bedroom offers two full size beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The laundry area is conveniently located off of the kitchen.
A 3 minute walk down the street will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool, nestled among the beautiful oak streets is just steps away. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road!
This property allows 2 dogs weighing no more than 50 lbs combined or 1 larger dog weighing no more than 50 lbs- A non-refundable pet fee is required.

We have visited Amelia Island for years and have stayed in several areas on the Amelia Island Plantation. This was our first time staying in this particular Beachwood condo and it was wonderful. Easy beach access, bright and updated lodgings, and excellent communication with the rental agency. 5 stars!

We have stayed at various VRBO properties on the Plantation and this was the best!Clean, modern design and all of the basics to enjoy our time in the condo. Very short walk to wide, soft sand at the beach and overlooks the pool. Mattress was soft for my liking, otherwise this would be a10/10.

Amelia Island Getaway

This is a beautiful, modern, clean condo, and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need, and there are beach towels and chairs available. Closets have tons of hangers! And space to place clothing in drawers as well. Super close and easy walk to the beach. The space is light and bright, and the balcony is a pleasant view that overlooks the pool and golf course. Honestly the only ādownā side is that the balcony doesnāt overlook the ocean!

Everything You Need to Unplug and Relax!
This was the perfect getaway spotāpeaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both couples and families. The location is fantastic to relax or playāright across the street from a quiet beach with soft white sand and blue skies. We loved spending time outside, spotting land turtles, butterflies, and seagulls.There are also great trails nearby for walking or biking, plus golf, pickleball, shopping, and restaurants just a short drive away. The nearby historic town adds even more charm to the experience. We had a wonderful stay and are already planning to return!

Great Stay!
We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and was a short walk to the beach! The unit was nestled in a lush canopy of trees yet the balcony overlooked the pool. It was well-stocked with cookware, beach towels, and even a wagon with beach chairs. We would stay here again!

Loved Amelia Island!
Perfect condo for our family. Beautiful, comfortable condo was just perfect for our vacation. Location is fantastic and having the pool so close was perfect for late afternoons after a day at beach. Having the beach chairs, wagon and towels another big plus! First time to Amelia Island and loved it. Will book again in future!
